- sonal (7/5): Unfortunately due to the construction it was noisy and the distance to the main square had to be done by taxis as it’s f - We had 2 rooms booked one room faced the river which was spacious and comfortable . Spa and food cafes walkable Unfortunately there is lot of construction so was very noisy and the rooms overlooking the sea was not a pleasant view and is not beach front . You have to cross the road.. the location is a bit further away and need taxis to get to the Main street

- Serafina (9/5): Tolles Hotel, aber zu weit weg von der Altstadt - Tolles, sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Poolbereich ganz schön, aber vor allem das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man Strandnähe bevorzugt. Es gibt auch zwei mal täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Strand, wo Liegen und Handtücher vom Hotel gestellt werden. Wir haben festgestellt, dass man doch die meiste Zeit in der Altstadt verbringen möchte und dort kommt man zu Fuß nicht hin vom Hotel aus und die Strecke ist nicht sonderlich schön mit dem Fahrrad. Ein Grab kostet zwar nicht viel, aber es läppert sich trotzdem bei mehreren Tagen und vor allem kostet es jedes Mal Zeit. Würden also im Zweifel eher eine Unterkunft in der Old Town empfehlen.

Only had one diner there but it was very good. Spa was extremely good and well priced. Above all the staff were excellent. I can’t remember all their names but Lyly at reception and Helen in the spa in particular looked after all our needs Nothing

Notre vue sur mer était obstruée par un chantier gigantesque accompagné des centenaires de déchets... Heureusement que le personnel était attentif a nos demandes et a eu l'amabilité de nous attribuer une chambre avec vue sur rivière qui était plus calme et avec plus de charme.

- Christa (10/5): Perfect stay for our family - Wyndham garden was a great hotel for our family. Staff were super lovely, helpful and always smiling and saying hello. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of space with a joining room. The pool was lived in by the children with a bar on offer next to it and plenty of beds and towels. The beach was just a short walk across the road, but we spent more time in the pool. The hotel offered free bike hire which was great for going exploring, finding restaurants and massages. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide spread of options every morning. The hotel offered free shuttle rides into the old quarter/markets a few times a day and pick up, but super cheap through Grab app to get a taxi too if you miss the shuttles. There is a restaurant on site, but lots of options around the hotel and in the old quarter. A little grocery store next door with basic options and the family do laundry super cheap for you too. Great hotel, will definitely stay again

- Cátia (7/5): - A localização e a variedade do pequeno almoço , bem como a dimensão do quarto e a disponibilidade de bicicletas para os hóspedes utilizarem Não cumpre os standards expectáveis para um hotel de 5 estrelas, estivemos em alojamentos de 4 estrelas no Vietnam cujo serviço foi superior. Ausência de serviço de bar às 21:30h - chegamos ao hotel por volta dessa hora e já não existiam alternativas para fazer uma pequena refeição. Existia um shuttle para a cidade que deveria ser marcado com antecedência, coisa que sempre fizemos, no entanto numa das vezes deixaram entrar hóspedes a mais e eu acabei por ter que fazer a viagem sentada no chão ou no colo do meu companheiro. No momento do check out, precisaram de mais de 15 min para verificar o quarto e questionaram-nos, de maneira incriminatória, se havíamos utilizado o saco descartável da lavandaria , coisa que não fizemos nem entendemos a questão, já que o serviço de lavandaria seria sempre requisitado ao próprio hotel.

- Joel (6/5): Friendly staff but not an amazing hotel - Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast had a good choice. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach You had to be careful walking around the pool as the sun loungers were very close to the edge and there was very little space so it felt a bit cramped. Also the rooms were quite noisy as you could hear the people in the rooms next door and above you. Plus we had a room on the side of the hotel and we had a rooster waking us up at 4:30 in the morning.

- Carlie (8/5): It was perfect for what we wanted - The hotel was very clean, rooms get cleaned daily which was amazing, breakfast was great, staff were amazing! You get to use the pool across the road right on the beach which was incredible! Swim up bar, you just pay for drinks. The hotel pool is also nice and quiet and friendly Initially you arrive and there is a hotel getting built across the road and it looks a little daunting but this hotel is fab.

- Ana (5/5): Hotel is overrated. - Proximity to the beach, residential area around I did not like the service, pushy trying to sell trips, once you don’t buy, you are treated with indifference. Bicycles are old, rusty and badly maintained. Family room is small.

- Curtis (10/5): - Excellent hotel and the value can't be beat. Breakfast was huge with lots of options. Pool was very nice and in the sun most of the day. No problems finding chairs even though there are a limited number of chairs for a hotel this size. Staff were great - welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Views on the river side are good from the upper floors. Free shuttle to Hoi An three times a day. Gym was small but had an adequate amount of equipment. The beach is very nice and an easy walk across the street. WiFi was sketchy and would disconnect quite a lot. This is something that they should remedy. Somewhat secluded which is good and bad. It was quiet but not many decent restaurants close by. We mostly went into Hoi An or to An Bang beach to eat at night. Closest half way decent grocery store is 800m away.

A short walk to the beach and a shuttle bus to a private Beach which provided free towels, comfortable sunbeds and some umbrella. The pool area was quite shaded if you wanted to sunbath
- Farrell (10/5): Phenomenal value, clean and well maintained - Value for the price is unbeatable.Some minor imperfections due to the age of the property however the maintenance program must be among the best in vietnam because i have payed a whole lot more for a far worse experience. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is better than what most hotels require additional payment for. Probably the best hotel breakfast i have seen in vietnam. There is construction ongoing as of March 29th 2026 across the road so when booking a room garden/city view is the better option as of the end of March. That said the construction did not wake us.
- Peter (10/5): A wonderful hotel with high value for such luxury and class in Hoi An. - I would rate this hotel as one of my top five of hotels I’ve stayed at throughout Asia. Impeccably maintained, stylish decor and tiling, the food was excellent, staff extra helpful and friendly. Hard to find anything bad to say other than I wish the pillows had been softer. This is a common problem with hotel pillows.
