- Christine (10/5): Loved Hotel White Lisboa! - We arrived before noon, so our room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our luggage so that we could go on a tour of the city. The desk staff must have heard our tour guide, who picked us up in the lobby, say Happy Birthday to me, or else they saw it on my passport. Anyway, when we finally went up to our room around 6:00 after the tour, there was a little tray full of treats and a sweet note wishing me a Happy Birthday. When I told them how sweet I thought it was, they seemed really happy. It was just a warm and fuzzy moment! I only wish we had had time to see the rooftop area.

- Ramon (9/5): Buen Hotel y bien situado - La situación en la ciudad y la Parada del Metro directamente en la puerta del Hotel. El personal de Recepción muy amables y muy serviciales, y muy atento y educado un joven llamado Raouf. Una pena que no disponga de un Restaurante.

Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable egalement Le petit déjeuner et un peu léger niveau choix et la fenêtre dans la chambre ne fermer pas vraiment…

- Sandra (9/5): Nice boutique hotel with surprise touches - Great location, clean, modern. Bed very comfortable. Water and apples daily were unexpected. Enjoyed the breakfast, and they even had soya yogurt and berries, salad, toast, pastries, and excellent coffee from the machine (no plant based milk). Metro is directly outside so easy to get to and from the airport. We were able to open the window to bring in fresh air. A little light on the towels would be nice to have one extra. The room was very hot, and AC didn't do much to cool it. Heavily scented in the entrance, which was overwhelming (if you are sensitive, it could be a problem). The rooftop pool was nice but unheated, so with the cooler temperatures, we couldn't take advantage of it.

L hôtel est top , chambre très soigne , moderne , piscine sur le toit non chauffée 😅. Possibilité d y prendre une douche même après le Check out . Petit déjeuner assez cher 20 eur / pers pour ce que s est . Bref à recommander Le prix du petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que s était , si vous arrivez un peu plus tard , saucisses , lardons trop durs et froids .

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, et la piscine est vraiment top pour se détendre. Un grand merci pour la délicate attention à l’occasion de mon anniversaire, cela m’a beaucoup touché !

We walked around the neighborhood and felt very safe. The roof top pool and surrounding area was fabulous. We went up there to watch the sunset and see Lisbon at night. The breakfast was very good and a nice variety of offerings. The room was spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a very nice size. There were chocolates on our pillow, fresh fruit and water in the room. There are only 5 rooms per floor but when someone went in or out of their room, you could hear their door slam. There really wasn't a quiet way to close the door - at least we couldn't find one.

- João (8/5): A nice stay at a great location but with a major drawback - - Rooms were equipped with pretty much everything we needed and they even gave us a water bottle and some snacks! - Shower pressure was good and bathroom was spacious - Beds were hard, but comfortable enough - Location is unbeatable. Literally in front of a very convenient metro station, close to many good restaurants and attractions by foot - The noise level was a huge disadvantage. Even though the hotel was successfully blocking street noise, the noise from inside the hotel (e.g. people chatting in the hallways, doors slamming extremely loud at around 8am) could be heard so clearly that ear buds didn’t help at all. - Even if people wanted to close the doors smoothly, they are just not well built. You just couldn’t easily shut a door without slamming it, and it essentially lets all sound through. The hotel really needs to improve their room doors.

One thing, there is no smoking area (for a smoker that's a issue), the window couldn't open fully to allow smoking at the window. Again, not a deal breaker for me as smoker but it could be a little different. I'd like the breakfast to have a bit more variety, quality was good, just add more options, that's all

- Holland (9/5): Conveniently located, exceptionally clean hotel was a great spot to land in Lisbon - The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We arrived at the hotel early and appreciated that the staff let us store our bags free-of-charge while we explored Lisbon. The location is easy to reach via public transit from the airport. The soundproofing could be improved - we could hear other guests on our floor having what sounded like phone conversations in the hallway. Fortunately everyone went to bed early and we didn't have any noise issues while we were trying to sleep.
- Maccorr (8/5): Dobrý hotel s rychlým spojením na letiště - Snídani jsem nevyužil. Velké plus: přímá linka metra z letiště, výstup před vchodem do hotelu. Odpad ve sprše velmi špatně odtékal. Dálkové ovládání televize mělo vybité baterie.

- DARRON (9/5): Good place to stay with more local less touristy vibe but easy access to main attractions by Metro - Location, Good value Some internal noise, sound isolation wasn’t bad but not sound proof. Door slamming from other rooms very noticeable. No outside street noise
- YM (9/5): - 地鐵站就在門口，非常方便。飯店很乾淨，服務很好，工作人員非常親切。房間有迎賓蘋果、水、巧克力、餅乾；還有熱水壺、茶包、即溶咖啡、奶球。我是凌晨班機，飯店可以寄放行李，也提供舒適空間休息等候。飯店雖然三星，但服務超越四星。 飯店門口地鐵站只有樓梯，如果帶行李箱可以利用對面的出口有電梯。這兩天電梯故障，我行李箱都是用扛的，飯店左邊也有一個出口，也只有樓梯，但階梯數比飯店門口少好幾階，建議扛行李可以利用左邊那個出入口。
