It is very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel manager should consider upgrading the facilities and investing in staff service training. The noise from surrounding bars can be quite disturbing. Cleanliness is a concern – some areas feel old and not properly cleaned.

• Patricia (8/5): Perfect location - Lovely little hotel, very central location and easy walking distance to the historic centre, shops and restaurants and bars. Very easy to communicate, Lisa was very friendly and helped us arrange tours and airport pick up. Breakfast hit the mark for all of us with decent selection and eggs on offer. It can get a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants over the bridge.

The hotel is in a great location for getting to the old town, lots of food / shops to explore nearby. Rooms spacious (we had twin room with room to leave backpacks open) and clean. They also arranged airport pick up and a private driver for our check out day so we could explore the marble mountains on our way to our Da Nang accommodation. Breakfast was nice too, with lovely eggs made to your order. I highly recommend! Nothing!

• Katharina (9/5): Perfekte Lage, ruhig und sauber - gerne immer wieder - Die Lage ist grandios und das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie begrüßen einen persönlich und sie kümmern sich um Fragen und Wünschen. Die Bettwäsche und ha Handtücher riechen so gut und es gibt viele Ausflüge, die man über das Hotel buchen kann. Leider hatten wir ein zwei Mal für einige Minute Stromausfall und den einen Abend kein Wasser, sodass ab 21:30 Uhr bis morgens weder die Dusche noch die Toilette benutzt werden konnte.

Die Kommunikation lief vorab schon sehr gut und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Seien es Ausflüge, Transfere oder Tipps und Tricks. Dankeschön. Die Zimmer sind toll. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick von unserem Balkon auf das Treiben auf dem Fluss und in der Altstadt (besonderes Highlight in der Nacht). Die Lage war sensationell direkt an die Altstadt angrenzend und so konnten wir alles mehr oder weniger zu Fuß erreichen. Auch für kostenlose Fahrräder ist Vorort gesorgt. Diese sind komplett neu und laden dazu ein einen Ausflug in die Reisfelder oder den Strand in der Umgebung zu machen. Ich empfehle jedem das Ivy Hotel in Hoi An und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

A localização é excelente, perto de todas as principais atrações da cidade e que vc pode fazer tranquilamente a pé. Toda a equipe é super solicita, estão sempre prontos para te ajudar e dar dicas sobre o que fazer. A Lisa desde antes de chegar já se preocupa com sua chegada. Me senti segura e muito tranquila no hotel.

They had suggestions for things to do and even at the end they gave us a small gift. Very nice of them! ❤️ The breakfast was also great. We got breakfast everyday as they offered omelets, sausages, croissants, coffee, fruits, overall very good. The facilities were always clean. I dont have a negative thing to say about the hotel. Beautiful spacious room with 2 balconies. one overlooked the streets below and beyond in the old town and the other overlooked the river, bridge and town beyond. Clean room, huge bed, stand to arrange clother, table chair, welcome snacks. It was perfect. just 5 minutes walk from old town and the shopping streets, everything was perfect

The welcome we received from lisa and Ngue ( apologies if not spelt correctly) was wonderful and continued throughout our 18 night stay.They are so helpful with everything from trips ,local knowledge,printing flight details, even laundry and both women are a credit to this lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a good nights sleep. The air-con was quiet and efficient. Even the t.v came into its own as we had some very bad weather for a few days, and was great to have some english channels to while away a few hours. The bathroom was modern and had hot water, which is unusual in asia, but much appreciated by my husband who wet shaves. The breakfast was plentiful and topped up all of the time. A good mixture of western & asian food. The young man who cooked all the egg dishes was obliging and friendly . The cleaning staff didn't speak much english but always tried to comunicate with us when checking if we needed anything for the room or cleaning of room.They did an excellent job. Towels ( hand & bath)& bedding where of decent quality The hotel is perfectly placed overlooking the river and old town. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops nearby, an ATM just across the road and the hotels bicycles where in good condition to ride around town or to the beach. If you are looking for a charming authentic hotel with an old world charm with great service then look no further.You are in for a treat. Nothing.

• Haja (10/5): Great Boutique hotel, conviently located and helpful staff. - We stayed at Ivy hotel. Nice clean and adequate size rooms and bathrooms. The receptionists were very helpful and can arrange for tours and transport of needed, though we had arranged everything before hand. The Breakfast was adequate for us though limited because of our dietary requirements. The chef arranged for more items for us the next day. Thank you. The location is perfect just outside the old town walking area. Located on a not a busy street road, it’s easy if u want to get grab to places outside old town or the other end etc. Thanks for making it pleasant stay for us. Nil
