The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. There is also convenient parking available, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place.

Definitely recommend this hotel! - This was my second time staying here and once again everything was great. The cleanliness and amenities are up to standard, but I have a few recommendations. 1. We were traveling with our two year old son and I had some concerns about the door windows in the room. They didn't even have a lock for extra security and the mechanisms for opening upwards on some of them were broken. You can't turn your back on him for a second because he could open them and go out onto the terrace. Even though there is a railing, it's pretty scary to even think about it. Ние пътувахме с нашият две годишен син и имах някои притеснения относно вратопрозорците в стаята. Нямаха нито ключалка за допълнителна сигурност и на някой от тях механизмите за отваряне нагоре бяха развалени. Няма как за една секунда да му обърнеш гръб, защото може да ги отвори и да излезе на терасата. Въпреки, че има парапет си е доста страшно дори да си го помислиш. 2. Also, the key in the toilet does not come out of the lock, which is again a prerequisite for the child to get locked inside and have to break it down. Също така ключа в тоалетната не се вади от ключалката, което отново е предпоставка детето да се заключи вътре и да трябва да я разбиваме. 3. Last but not least, as people who don't speak Turkish, we couldn't even watch anything on YouTube because the TV didn't have an internet connection. We asked at the reception and they said it wasn't possible, which was quite disappointing. Напоследно място е факта, че като хора, които не говорят турски нямахме възможност дори да си пуснем Youtube за да гледаме нещо, защото телевизора нямаше връзка с интернет. Попитахме на рацепция и ни казаха, че не е възможно, което беше доста разочероващо. The staff was extremely nice and I have no other complaints. Персонала беше изключително мил и нямам никакви други забележки.

• Daniel (10/5): Excellent hotel for short and long stay at Edirne. - The warm welcome, a tasteful home baked (?)cookie was offered, so original and appreciated gesture. Clean room, good breakfasts buffet, that starts clean, ends clean and is staying clean in between, all thanks to an amazing professional and hard working staff. I can highly recommend (stayed at 3 hotels in Edirne and Alan Suites became for me the number one) It is a pity no beers / wines are served in the restaurant. The food is of perfect taste and quality and a good beer, wine or aperitief would make the meal complete. But I understand and respect the choise made by the hotel.

Στο δωμάτιο που ήμασταν μπροστά στο δρόμο είχε φασαρία, δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση, ακούγονταν η μουσική από το μαγαζί και η φασαρία από τον δρόμο. Και φυσικά ο ιμάμης από το διπλανό τζαμί στις 5 τα ξημερώματα...
