• Oscar (10/5): Estancia perfecta - La habitación era increíble, decorada con mucho gusto y no faltaba de nada, el personal muy atento, te sientes como en casa, inmejorable el trato. • Eduardo Antonio (10/5): Conoces muy de cerca la cultura del país - El Riad es muy bueno, tienes que tener claro la diferencia cultural ya que es un país africano, por lo que puede impactarte el sector, pero está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Medina que es lo que como turista quieres conocer, la cultura, el mercadillo y comida local. Es seguro, el hotel tiene muy buen internet. En general el hotel cumple las respectivas, hablan marroquí y francés, por lo que cuesta comunicarse en inglés o español; pero es detalle que tiene fácil solución.

Alì è stato super disponibile per qualsiasi informazione . Il Riad è stupendo e la nostra camera super bella. La pulizia della camera impeccabile e il letto comodo. Il giorno del volo di rientro Alì ci ha preparato un sacchetto con colazione al sacco . La posizione è ottima sia per visitare la città sia come punto di partenza per le varie escursioni . • Laura (9/5): Tolle Gastgeber - Super freundlicher und informativer Empfang, leckeres Frühstück und sehr gute Lage, um die Medina zu Fuß zu erkunden. Parken kann man außerhalb der Medina, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von der Dachterasse toller Blick über die Stadt und z.B auch den Sonnenuntergang. Liebevoll eingerichtet, wir würden wiederkommen, besonders wegen der herzlichen Gastgeber! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das recht hellhörig war, wenn andere Personen sich im Gebäude bewegt und unterhalten haben oder nachts angereist sind und geklopft und geklingelt haben - Ohropax empfohlen :) Außerdem war es im Zimmer etwas stickig, da es keine Fenster gab (logisch bei einem Riad und Zimmer im Erdgeschoss)

• Matteo (10/5): Bellissimo Riad gestito da uno staff molto cordiale - Lo staff è molto cordiale e accogliente. La colazione è molto buona, con prodotti preparati freschi giornalmente. La camera era ben curata, spaziosa e con tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre, veniva pulita quotidianamente. La posizione è comoda per visitare i suq centrali ed il cuore della Medina. Camminando circa 25 minuti è possibile raggiungere altre attrazioni, come la moschea koutoubia o piazza gueliz. La nostra camera (piano terra) era esposta a maggiori rumori provienenti dalla sala colazione. Sapendolo prima avrei prenotato una camera al primo piano.

Но ю, как потом выяснилось, это частое явление в Марокко

Gutes Frühstück mit wechselndem Angebot, am zweiten Morgen herrlicher Obstsalat! Helleres Licht im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Sehr schlichtes Bad. Recht teuer.

Se hai bisogno ti chiama il taxi per l'aereoporto, ti organizza le visite alla citta' e nei dintorni, ti fa trovare la colazioneda da asporto se devi partire presto per un' escursione. Attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Le camere confortevoli e molto pulite. ti senti veramente in un posto sicuro e in vacanza. niente

• Bunnik- Van Rooij (8/5): Goede prijs/ kwaliteit - Zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Zeer behulpzaam. Riad ligt in het wat lokalere deel van Marakesh net uit drukte van toeristen. Alles op loopafstand. Om de hoek een taxi plrk, zodat je maar 3 minuten hoeft te lopen. In buurt winkeltjes en restaurantjes.. Kamer beneden is heel stil. Dakterras erbij. Simpel maar goed ontbijt. Helemaal goed! Het bed was wat krap met 2,03 lengte! Verder prima prijs/ kwaliteit.

Lo unico que aun que ponga que se puede hacer el chek-in a cualquier hora , puedes hacerlo pero esperando en cualquier otra parte de la habitacion , en la habitación no se puede entrar hasta las doce , pero eso fue nuestro problema por falta de comunicación

From the start, he made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable, facilitating and serving dinner at the hotel our first night as well as breakfast in the morning. • Anne (9/5): I can recommend this as a clean, safe, cost effective base for a few nights in Marrakech. - From being greeted by Ali with a mint tea, right up to booking and walking us to our taxi as we left, our 4 night stay exceeded expectations. The small team of Ali plus 2 lovely ladies were friendly, efficient and kind to us, making us feel very welcome. Cleanliness levels were high and the riad had been thoughtfully decorated. The photos give an accurate depiction of this property. Hardly a complaint but we would have loved some yoghurt and maybe a little more fresh fruit with our breakfast. Wouldn't put us off staying again though!

Und Ali ließ uns marokanische Gastfreundschaft erleben. Er bewirkte dass wir uns sehr geborgen fühlten, holte und brachte uns sogar zum Taxistand. Er sprach zu arabisch, französisch und vielen anderen Sprachen perfekt Englisch. Vielen lieben Dank, Ali!

• Silfaciap (9/5): Bonito riad donde alojarse en Marrakesh - Un alojamiento tranquilo, familiar y bonito en la Medina de Marrakesh, pero a 15-20mnt del bullicio del centro, motos y gente. Lo mejor sin duda su personal, Ali es super atento y amigable, y las mujeres que trabajan allí hacen unos desayunos estupendos y ponen todo su amor para que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. ¡Gracias por todo! El riad es pequeño, con 5 habitaciones, y es cierto que si están en el patio interior desayunando, se escuchan los ruidos de la gente hablando. Pero suele ser a horas que ya hay que levantarse para hacer turismo. Osea que tampoco es un problema.

• Lucía (9/5): Buena experiencia - El alojamiento era bonito, el desayuno era bueno y nos gestionaron un transfer desde el aeropuerto al llegar, a pesar de ser medianoche. El día de la salida tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente, avisamos y acudieron a solucionarlo inmediatamente, preocupándose después de que estuviese solucionado y de nuestro bienestar. Está en la medina y se puede ir perfectamente andando hasta la plaza principal y las calles del zoco, pero está un poco alejado y en una zona poco transitada, aunque no nos sentimos inseguros.

• pentecost (10/5): Fantastic value, people, and vibes - The whole hotel had a lovely vibe. Ali made us so welcome and was always contactable and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and the lady who made it was very kind. The terrace was a nice space to relax on and the whole atmosphere was very calming. There wasn't anything to dislike. Our room was off the breakfast room with no windows to outside, however we knew this when booking the lowest priced room and for the money you can't complain.

• bianca (10/5): - A place that overcome all my expectations. Ali was the best host I’ve ever had (I travel quite often). He arranged a car to pick us up from the airport and brought us straight to the Riad (he did the same thing when we left). We stayed three nights in the room Louisa and it was the same as the pictures online, pretty, clean and comfortable. The ladies in the morning prepared our breakfast and even though they couldn’t speak English they were so kind and friendly to us. They also have a rooftop where you can chill and see the city from the top, it’s very cozy. It was an unforgettable experience and I can’t thank Ali enough for treating us the way he did. He shows how much he puts his heart in this place :)
• Roger (6/5): Disappointing - Riad in need of a complete refurbishment. - The pictures gave a false impression of how nice Bianca was. The room was dirty, the drain in the bathroom smelt, the toilet seat was broken, electric sockets broken and lighting so dim it was impossible to read in bed at night. Stray cats wandering into the room if door left open. No choice at breakfast. Unwelcoming manager. Positive reviews on website questionable - gave a false picture. Location was next to a building site down a dark alley some 20 minute walk to tourist areas.

• Annamária (8/5): - Ali war sehr lieb, er kümmerte sich um uns wie ein richtiger Gastgeber. Die eigene Dachterrasse war perfekt am Abend noch für 1-2 Zigaretten 😉 Meine frühere Buchung hier, in November 2024 mußte ich wegen eines Todesfalls stornieren...damals wurde die Nachfrage für eventuelle Erstattung aus Kulanz nicht beantwortet. Jetz erwähnte ich die Vorgeschichte, aber Ali war in dieser Zeit noch nicht im Riad, sonst keine Reaktion erhalten. Außerdem haben wir am letzten Abend ein typisches Essen bestellt , es hieß leider eine überdimensionierte Portion Couscous mit 2 Hähnchenschenkel.
• Klaus (8/5): Super Aufenthalt am Rande der Medina. - Unser Zimmer war genauso wie beschrieben. Es hatte passende Größe und das Badezimmer war auch völlig ausreichend. Das ganze Haus macht ein gepflegten Eindruck und Strahl ein orientalischer Flair aus. Die Besitzer und das ganze Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, aber dafür nicht durchgelegen.

He took excellent care of us from the start, helped with any questions we had, and even checked in later to make sure we arrived safely at our next stop. • Cathalijne (10/5): Fantastische Riad, wij zouden er zeker weer naar terug gaan! - Prachtig en goed verzorgd Riad! Wij zaten in de kamer met eigen dakterras. Dat was heerlijk om even bij te komen en in de zon te zitten! Personeel was erg vriendelijk, Ali stond altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en dingen voor ons te regelen. -

• Kamile (10/5): - The hosts were very helpful and nice. They took care of us the whole time and gave us good advice on various things about Marrakech. They offered us tea and we got some more because my partner was sick. The rooms were cosy and beautiful! The room was a bit cold at times, but that could be because of the weather outside.

• Lopez (10/5): Super felices. - Las instalaciones hermosas, cómodas y limpias. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta a nuestras dudas y nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos. Tal vez que para nosotras no fue tal fácil llegar, pero nos mandó a dar el alcance con una persona que trabajaba en el Riad.

Valerie and Ali were perfect hosts, looked after us brilliantly, breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful (stayed in the top room with the outside space)
• Kate (10/5): The best stay in Marrakech - I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at the Riad Bianca. Ali took care of everything I needed. I had a ground floor room which worked out great for me and I found it quiet and comfortable. I wanted a small refrigerator, which is difficult to find in riads in the medina, but the one in my room here worked really well. The ladies working there were so helpful, and let me make hot water for my tea anytime I needed it. I just felt like I was part of the family while I was there! They even walked me down the street to a good restaurant the first day, when the medina was still unfamiliar to me. The breakfasts were all very good, and I appreciated the days where eggs were served. One day I had to leave early for a tour, and Ali gave me a bag full of food the night before, so I could eat a little something before leaving. My room was serviced every day and I was given fresh towels and the bed made up, which was nice. I thought the riad was in a very convenient part of the medina for getting picked up for tours. It was very close to Bab Yacout (gate) so didn't have to walk too far to get a pickup. It's important to think about that when staying in the medina, because cars can't come to get you in most areas. I can't think of anything that would have improved my stay. I'm so glad I picked Riad Bianca for my wonderful stay in Marrakech.

Valerie und ihr Team sind herzliche Gastgeber in dem schönen, sehr geschmackvollen Riad, sie umsorgten uns mit tollem Frühstück und Tipps. Lage perfekt, nah am Leben, aber sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank an alle, besonders an Ali, für diese schönen Tage in der Oase ❤️. 100 %ige Empfehlung!
• Larisa (10/5): Beautiful traditional Moroccan home - Everything! It was very traditional and clean! Colourful and welcome! Cozy moroccan home Everything! For sure we’ll come back here in the future. The breakfast was very nice, local pastries and delicious coffee. The room, I loved the tiles and the colours of the decorations. But the best part was the view from the rooftop, just speechless!
• Lledo (10/5): Confortable - Me encantó el alojamiento las habitaciones muy limpias, tranquilas sin ruidos del exterior; veníamos de otro Riad con buena situación pero el ruido nos hizo desplazarnos. La atención recibida por Ali y Bahía impecable dos dieron todo tipo de facilidades. No hay nada que no me gustara

• Gemma (7/5): Riad correcte però una mica sobrevalorat a booking. - El Riad és molt petit però bastant bonic. Les vistes de la terrassa son molt espectaculars. L’Alí ens va resoldre els dubtes que teniem. L’esmorzar era a partir de les 8:30 però quan vam baixar a aquesta hora, l’esmorzar encara no estava preparat i ens van fer parlar extremadament baix per no despertar els altres hostes. Però erem gairebé les 9 del matí! Per altra banda, quan ho vam contractar ens van dir que pagariem 15 euros pel transfer de l’aeroport i ens van cobrar 20€. Quan vam demanar per què ens van dir que era perque erem quatre persones :(

• Andreea M. (10/5): Lovely stay in Marrakech - Riad Bianca in Marrakech is a lovely place, clean and very comfortable. We felt really good during our stay. The ladies who prepare the breakfast and take care of the cleaning are very kind, and Ali was a wonderful host. The room is spacious, clean, and has air conditioning, which was very helpful during the chilly evenings.
