Спали в свитерах, штанах и носках Ремонта давно не было Соседи так готовили еду, что через день срабатывала пожарная сигнализация, что приходилось это время ожидать на улице

• Sylwia (7/5): Pobyt był w porządku, jednak jego komfort obniżały niedostateczna czystość oraz zniszczone wyposażenie. - Najbardziej podobała mi się świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko centrum, przestronność apartamentu oraz bliskość komunikacji miejskiej i sklepu, a także dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Najmniej podobał mi się niedostateczny poziom czystości oraz poniszczone wyposażenie kuchni i pokoi.

Cuidado NO RECOMENDABLE - Las vistas a la ciudad Mi hermana fumo en la ventana, yo no fumo, es cierto que está mal pero hay habían muchas colillas de cigarros por eso entendió que en la ventana podía hacerlo y a los dos días llegó un hombre con muy mala forma sin identificarse y nos dijo que teníamos que abandonar el apartamento plena nevada y 7pm oscuro y obviamente sin rembolsarnos nada, nos trató muy groseros, y fue injusto por qué hay habían muchas huellas que fumaron en muchas ocasiones, la luz se iba y se bajaba los plomos de la cocina si decías cocinar, en ascensor se traba y las personas quedaron encerradas por 5h, los pasillos huelen a mariguana, está sucias las áreas comunes, NADA RECOMENDABLE

• Nadine (3/5): Bloß die Finger davon lassen! - Die Lage ist nett. Auch wenn das Appartement direkt an einer Tankstelle und großen Straße ist, ist das generelle Stadtviertel Grunerlokka nett. Wir würden das Appartement definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Es roch nach kaltem Raum, der auch nach längerem Lüften nicht verschwand. Die Fotos auf Booking.com sind deutlich besser als in Realität. Die Einrichtung ist billigstes Ikea, der Geschirrspüler funktioniert erst nicht und nachdem er gebaut war, machte er ca. alle 30 Minuten ein automatisches lautes Abpumpgeräusch (auch in der Nacht). Im Wohnzimmer hing die Gardinenstange so tief, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Die Küche zwar sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte völlig eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, nicht zuletzt weil kein Teppich im Zimmer lag, obwohl auf den Bildern zu diesen Appartement ersichtlich.

• Claudio (1/5): No recomendable, estafa. - Fácil ingreso y ubicación relativamente buena. Limpieza bastante mala, taza de water sin limpiar, sofa lleno de mugre y manchas por todos lados, cortinas también rotas y con manchas de todo tipo. Ventanas no aíslan ruido, a la noche se escucha todo lo que pasa por la calle, nos tocó una obra en la calle de madrugada. El baño se inunda cada vez que te bañas. Lavadora mala, también inundó el baño. Otros electrodomésticos también malos, hacían caer el automático. No se puede regular la calefacción. Preferimos irnos dos días antes de lo estipulado, avisamos y se hicieron los desentendidos con el reembolso, aunque es lo de menos. Las imágenes que presenta Booking son todas Photoshopeadas.

• ashley (8/5): Great location - Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and cafe. As well as a less than 5 minute walk to a bus/tram stop and subway station. Beds were comfortable. The room itself was super hot and took forever to bring to a comfortable temperature. It was in the high 80s-90s when we were there. There were 2 small fans in closest. They didn’t even. Make a dent in the temperature. We went out and bought a bigger fan.

Good location, easy access to city centre with public transport. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was set so high it was difficult to stand on the floor! Impossible to regulate as no thermostat in the flat. Customer Services slow to respond to this problem.

• Maddie (6/5): - The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was nice. However, the street it is on is not the best. There were scuffs on the table and stains on the couch, which made it feel less cleanly than it was. My biggest complaint is that the apartment was hot during the day, so to cool it down, we had to open the windows (no big deal), but there was constantly people smoking right in front of the building which meant that our apartment frequently smelled of smoke.

• Stefan Thor (10/5): Ljómandi góð dvöl - Þetta stúdíó er á afar hentugum stað fyrir okkur þegar við heimsækjum fjölskylduna í Ósló, aðeins 3ja mínútna gangur. Staðsetning er líka góð að öðru leyti, stutt í flybussen, kjörbúðir og veitingastaði. Frábært útsýni úr íbúðinni og aðbúnaður þar býsna góður. Þessi fimm nátta dvöl var afar ánægjuleg.

• Jakob (3/5): I would never recommend this for people using this for a work trip. - Incredibly hot inside the appartment. Very little fresh air. Kitchen facilities were so-so. No spare garbage bags. Having to clean by myself was a surprise.

• Lynn (6/5): Memorable - Two bedrooms. Pastry shops nearby. It was really hot and the tram runs until 2 a.m. right next to the apartment. There is also an open after midnight pizzeria under it with a lot of noise which would have been ok if we didn’t have to keep windows open due to how hot the apartment was.

I bought chlorine and cleaned the apartment, which had an unbearable greasy smell.

The apartment is quite well equipped (except for kitchen towels) It's quite hot in the main room and should be great in cold seasons. There are not many dishes and table cutlery or glasses. There is a lot of traffic at the crossroads at the bottom of the building (but the insulation of the windows is good)
• Frances (8/5): Great value for money apartment - Great vfm small apartment in Oslo. 2 minute walk to tram/bus links to centre, 17 into centre. Download Ruter app, a must, will keep you right regarding travel. Below building is tandoori, Chinese, kebab takeaway and sit in for the Indian, too. Lots of places to buy food shopping, so close. Down side of this - corridors to apartment strong smell of cooking. People talking/laughing below can be slightly annoying, but nothing too bad. The apartment is bijou. 2 tiny bedrooms, but very comfortable and clean. Don’t be taken in by the photos in adverts for the apartment, in reality, very dark and little light, the corridors are not light at all, but automatically come on, with movement. The bathroom, small. The toilet, don’t do what we did, it took us 24 hours before we realised the shower doors move! Don’t use the toaster in the kitchen, the alarm will go off. Learning the hard way, used in the bedroom! Good communication if you have any issues, they do want you to enjoy your stay. Overall, loved it. Washing machine, dishwasher (tablets provided), great cutlery, random amounts of crockery and cups/glasses, but it was fine. Would book again.

• Dzmitry (5/5): Passable - Quite close to the city center. There is no need to communicate with anyone, the door code is sent via email/sms. Firstly, the photos are not real, they are just renders and in reality the whole apartment looks a bit tired. The description of the room says 2 single beds and one double, but there were 4 single beds. There is a problem with the water, there seems to be some kind of boiler with a very limited amount of water, so there is not enough water for 3 adults to take an evening shower. There is also a problem with windows, it is uncomfortable to sleep because of the wind from the window.

• Agnieszka (2/5): Tragedy - helpful receptionist and 24/7 call center So starting off with the most important thing is that in the building there is a brothel, not only one but two. So there are a lot of people coming in be coming out of the building. Smell in the toilet and on the corridor can knock out a horse, like a mix of puke and kebab (there are 3 Chinese kebab restaurants in the building ;) The room was dirty when we arrived, under the bed we discovered someone’s orange/brown something just dried on the floor. The door next to us there were a lot of people smoking something other than cigarettes. in general if you want to feel safe and get good value for your money, don’t come here. it’s terrible.
• Lars (6/5): Cheap solution - We booked this for a 3 day weekend. It is lying a bit from the city center and the neighborhood seemed a bit on the not charming side. But can not recognize what other wrote about feeling unsafe. The apartment is okay, not anything special – it was clean and all, so okay. We did not use he kitchen, but would not call it a full stocked kitchen. We only need a scissor for a band aid and this was not part of it. The apartment is lying to a street with heavy traffic and also the public tram that drives all night. The windows are not soundproof and could not close correctly, so the wind was blowing in. The heating in the apartment with the curtains kept it warm, so no problem. But the sound made of 3 nights with very little sleep. Also our internet and the remotes to the TV did not work, so this meant that we could not Chromecast or anything. The company could first help Monday where we anyway left. But okay you do not go on vacation to see TV. All in all okay for the money, but would not do it again.

Fine, the staff cant control it since its unmanned but they can make sure that the doors to the hallway locks and be polite when taking complaints. Got offered 10% on my next visit... what a joke.. Spend ur money elsewhere

• NATHALIE (4/5): DECEVANT - appartement payé pour 5 personnes: 3 chaises pour s'asseoir, une petite table et 4 verres pour boire ! !!! salon , salle, cuisine sans fenêtre alors que les photos de ma réservation montrent un séjour très lumineux. pas un porte manteaux dans l'entrée pour accrocher ses vêtements et le comble il faut ouvrir la porte de la douche et monter dedans pour pouvoir s'asseoir sur les toilettes !!!

Transpo links on the doorstep great to get around the city, The customer service staff respond immediately .. Make sure you have laptop/or tablet/or smart phone as the TV only works if you connect to you tube ( no broadcasted TV channnels)

The apartment is generously equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The only item we missed was a safe. The apartment is kept in good state and was clean upon arrival.

Leider waren nur 2 Betten vorhanden und jemand musste auf dem Sofa schlafen, ist ja ansich kein Problem nur wurde für 3 Betten bezahlt und reserviert somit fehlte auch das Kissen und die Bettdecke. Wir würden das Appartement dennoch zu jederzeit nochmal buchen. Zu empfehlen
• Nicolae (8/5): Overall was ok. - The apartment is well located and has everything you need. However, the cleaning could be improved. There is no parking attached to the apartment, need a bit of luck to find on the street.
• Katelyn (8/5): - Easy to get in by following instructions. On first night we wanted to go out. The pamphlet said the apartments can order a taxi for us but they actually couldn’t. Second night our code stopped working. We called the 24/7 service and they helped us get in and reset everything. They were very helpful there. Clean, big space, modern furniture, close to transit. Would definitely stay there again.
