Der Tisch war nicht aufgeräumt, und das Personal verstand meine Bestellung nicht. Selbst nachdem ich sie aufgeschrieben hatte, bekam ich das Falsche. Die Lage ist zwar hervorragend, aber der Service ist unzureichend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Schon beim Empfang wurde ich herzlich begrüßt – ein wirklich freundliches und professionelles Team. Das Zimmer war top, sehr sauber und komfortabel, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: große Auswahl, frisch und einfach klasse. Das Hotel selbst beeindruckt zudem mit seiner großen Geschichte und einem ganz besonderen Charme. Ich kann das Hotel Goldener Anker nur weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder! Alles Top

Przepyszne śniadanie, przygotowane bezpośrednio pod zamówienie gościa(dzięki temu nie marnuje się jedzenie i jest przygotowane na świeżo). Liczne dekoracje kwiatowe rozstawione w różnych zakątkach hotelu poza efektowną dekoracją "roznoszą" miły zapach. Pokój bardzo czysty, kosmetyki w łazience mają bardzo ładny zapach. Pokoje urządzone w stylu "Bellepok" w dobrym smaku. Liczne meble,dodatki,fotografie czy pamiątki ukazują historię miasta i okolic oraz przenoszą nas do przeszłości. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Hotel znajduje się w sąsiedztwie opery,starówki oraz zamku z przepięknymi ogrodami. Polecam wszystkim, którzy mają ochotę zatopić się w historii i muzyce.

- kenneth (2/5): Sehr schlechtes Hotel - Lage gut Kein Aufzug ( bin Gehbehindert ) Sehr hellhörig Sehr klein , zwischen Bett und Wand auf beiden Seiten keine 50 cm Platz Keine Dusche nur eine alte zekratzte Badewanne Frühstück a la Card ...ca. eine halbe Stunde aufs Personal warten . Parkplatz nur für Mini geeignet . Kosten für Parkplatz pro Tag 18,50 Euro was einem aber erst bei Abreise gesagt wird . Vorher wird da kein Wort darüber verloren das der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist .

- Mathias (8/5): Gerne wieder in einem anderen Zimmer - Ein wunderschönes historisches Gebäude mit teils antiquarischen Ausstattungsstücken. Das Frühstück war vom Tisch zu bestellen, das lief gut. Das Brucknerzimmer (29) war wegen der winzigen Sessel für uns gestandene Männer etwas unbequem, wird würden nächstes mal ein anderes Zimmer bevorzugen. Die TV Kanäle sollten überarbeitet werden, das 1. Programm , 3Sat RTL und One sind nicht zu empfangen. Der Zimmerservice sollte Mängel, wie das lockere Glasboard unter dem Fernseher, zur Reparatur melden. Der Duschkopf fällt immer von der Halterung und muss hoch gehalten werden; das sollte eigentlich nicht von Gästen reklamiert werden. Der Spiegel im Bad hängt zu hoch, man sieht nur seinen Kopf. Das wird wohl wegen der Fliesensituation nicht zu ändern sein. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass das schöne Restaurant nicht zu besuchen war. Nur für Gruppen ab 8 Personen. Ich habe die grossartige Kritik von Wolfgang Siebeck zum Haus und Restaurant noch vor mir liegen, überaus bedauerlich ist der Verlust des Restaurants.

A visiter absolument si séjour à Bayreuth Personnel adorable, conseils et services impeccables. Parking sur place disponible et sécurisé. Petit déjeuner compris, copieux et très bon. le wifi qui ne marchait pas et ça ne capte pas le réseau exterieur dû à l'épaisseur des murs.

Uns hat es gefallen, gerne wieder. Der schwere Duschkopf im Zimmer 29 löst sich beim Duschen selbständig und ist meiner Frau auf den Fuß gefallen, sollte unbedingt gemacht werden.

- Benjamin (3/5): Erstes und letztes Mal guten - zentrale Lage Das Hotel müsste dringend renoviert werden speziell im Bad und in der Ausstattung ist es nicht auf dem Stand eines Viersternehotels (Fenster lassen sich kaum öffnen, weil der Rahmen komplett verzogen ist. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig Abfalleimer im Bad nicht geleert worden. Es befand sich noch Müll vom Gast vor mir darin. Frühstück musste bestellt werden, aber wenn von drei bestellten Gerichten zwei falsch kommen, kann man nicht von einem guten Service ausgehen
- BLAEUBEECK (6/5): Toplocatie...voor de rest nogal stoffig - Locatie ideaal naast het oude operatheater en in het hart van het oude centrum. Er hangt een wat muffige ouderwetse sfeer. Bed is redelijk maar niet meer dan dat. Kamer ruikt stoffig. Onhandig voor mensen met een allergie.

Wunderbares Foto vom reichlich gedeckten Tisch bei Booking com und dann mussten wir jede kleine Käsescheibe, oder Wurst, Milch, Brötchen oder anderes erbetteln. Personal sprach auch nur englisch....War echt ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art-unvergesslich!!! Ausreichend Aufschnitt und Brot bereit stellen, nach Art des Saftes-Kaffee oder Tee fragen und wie das Ei sein soll-basta.

- Martina (4/5): nie wieder - positiv ist nur die Lage des Hotels Der ausgewiesene Parkplatz istr nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, wenn man Kritik übt wird man von der unfreundlichen Chefin sofort angefahrn. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den ausgewiesenen 4 Sternen, max 2 sind gerechtfertigt. Von losen Teppichen, Fenstern die man nur mit viel Kraftaufwand zum öffnen bekommt bishin zu nicht funktionierenden Badezimmern / Duschen - insgesamt eine mega Enttäuschung. Das Frühstück das serviert wird ist mehr als übersichtlich und rechtfertigt den Preis überhaupt nicht.

Da das Hotel schon sehr alt ist, wäre hier und da vielleicht einmal eine Erneuerung nötig . Was gar nicht geht, ist Schimmel in der Badewanne und Dreck am Ausfluss des Waschbeckens. Auf Vorhalt hat man Besserung zugesagt.

- Rene (8/5): Pleasant short stay - The location was great, right next to the Opera House and the pedestrian zone. Our room had windows (that couldn’t be opened) that looked over these areas. It was a beautiful hotel, very much old world charm. We could order breakfast off of a menu rather than getting the breakfast from a buffet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, carrying our bags to our room, since it was on the top floor and there wasn’t an elevator. We appreciated having on site parking, although it was a bit challenging to get to and very tight spaces. While the staff was friendly, the staff at reception was new and not fully trained so both check in and check out were a bit confusing. While we could order breakfast from a menu, the food was served very “piecemeal”. The room key had old world charm but was huge. There was very limited space in the bathroom for our toiletries.
- BLAEUBEECK (8/5): Great location on a somewhat dated accomodation - Locatie is meer dan ideaal! De status en geschiedenis van dit hotel is best bijzonder maar wordt wellicht ook iets overdreven. De ontvangst lijkt wat gereserveerd wegens personeel dat niet erg poliglotte ingesteld is. Er lijkt soms wat onduidelijkheid. Maar uiteindelijk is het hier aangenaam. De bedrijfsvoering lijkt een tikje pushy op bepaalde punten waarvan ik denk dat dit een beetje over the top is voor het geboden niveau eerlijk gezegd. De kamers [ik heb er 2 meegemaakt] zijn ouderwets en lichtelijk stoffig. Voor deze prijsklasse en uitstraling zou ik echt urgent gaan investeren.

- Gulliver_2014 (10/5): Top Hotel. Top Lage. Top Personal. - Die Lage dieses traditionsreichen Hauses ist wunderbar. Das Frühstück - mit Spezialitäten aus der Region - ist exzellent. Das Zimmer mit der Geschichte der langjährigen Stammgäste ist persönlich und komfortabel zugleich. Wirklich außergewöhnlich hat den Aufenthalt für uns aber allen voran das freundliche Personal gemacht! Wenn es einem "Familien-Betrieb" gelingt, eine solche Gastlichkeit an Mitarbeiter:innen zu übertragen, wie man das im Goldenen Anker erlebt, dann ist das ein besonderes Erlebnis.

- Angela (8/5): Great location, nice hotel, overpriced, disappointing breakfast. - Great location, nice hotel but could use some renovations The breakfast is ridiculous. While the quality of the food was good you almost had to beg to get more. The salami (one slice!) was so thin you could read a newspaper through it. The little silver coffee containers are pretty but you burn your fingers on the handles. All in all the hotel is very overpriced, and the breakfast is extremely disappointing.

- Marika (7/5): Good - Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. Rooms were clean. Location is nice for someone who would like to stay right in the center. Hotel was listed as if it would have charging service available for the electric cars which it did not. Feedback on this misinformation or lack of it was not well received by the presumable owner. Be it historical location but to some extent the maintenance of the property was not up to its star rating through the property not to mention the lack of professionalism when feedback was provided. After reading some of the previous comments by other guests I understand now this better and would have chosen differently.

- Jeffrey (10/5): - Great old hotel, come experience a unique 300 year old structure, fully modernized with all the comforts. Restaurant was closed for dinner but breakfast wonderful, fresh cooked eggs, bread local jams and honey.

- Susanne (4/5): Disappointing - the location is great and generally the hotel is very pretty. The mattress had a deep dent in it. The shower head was wobbly and only pointed at the wall. When I arrived for breakfast all tables were occupied and the waitress did not know what to do with me- even when I asked her if I could get some coffee while I waited. Thankfully, another guest invited me to join her at her table. Then it took about one hour before I received my breakfast, and not until after I had given my order to two waitresses.
