The breakfast, paid separately and taken in the cafe opposite, was exceptional value albeit slightly limited in scope. Again lovely staff in the cafe. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation
• luiz (6/5): Muito barulho na madrugada! - Estabelecimento sem portaria.. apenas um telefone na entrada ! Esperamos um pouco e veio uma pessoa nos atender .. imagino que quem chega à noite não consegue entrar.. os quartos ficam nos andares superiores , sem elevador! Se vc abre a janela vem o cheiro de comida dos restaurantes que ficam embaixo e muito barulho! Dentro do quarto um mau cheiro que vinha do banheiro! A rua é bem movimentada com muitos bares .. e a noite inteira tem gente falando alto , gritando, brigando, etc.. nenhuma instrução para a saída , simplesmente deixamos a chave dentro do quarto e saímos! Não voltamos e não recomenfamos

Bathroom smelt of drains. Shower door very stiff and came off the rail, grout mouldy lime scale around the bottom showing signs of leakage.

Breakfast was 6€ per person at the small cafe across the street (in partnership with the hotel). Best freshly squeezed orange juice! Would highly recommend!

The bathroom sink nozzle wasn't attached, grime building up in shower and along base boards. Sewer like smell in bathroom as well. Stayed for one night . No view unless you like staring at a wall when you open a window :) A little tricky to find since it has a small entrance on the side, but no big deal. Spacious room with full kitchen. I would stay here again and with my family next time.

Les restaurants sont en bas de la rue , les magasins sont un peu partout , le centre commercial et l’hypermarché Auchan se trouvent derrière la gare . Le personnel est très accueillant , merci à Sonia et Katarina pour leur aide sans oublier le manager Ibrahim qui me doit d'ailleurs 2 pasteis de Belém . Il faut réserver bien à l'avance les chambres de 25 m² qui sont plus calme car il y a un bar au rdc .
• Megan (10/5): Gem in the heart of Cascais - My husband and I stayed here for one night but we wish we would have stayed longer. This place is a total gem! Located right in the heart of Cascais. The balcony facing the street is so lovely in the morning. Quiet area even being right in the main pedestrian area. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly. Very walkable and close to the train station. Highly recommended!

Fiquei no quarto localizado atrás, então não havia barulho da rua. O ruim é que o táxi não chega até a porta, então as malas têm que ser levadas pelo calçamento até onde o carro pode parar. Falta manutenção nos móveis e no banheiro, que tem vazamento. Mas o custo x beneficio foi bom.

O rapaz que me atendeu, (não lembro o nome, mas era como o de algum jogador de basquete) me esperou depois do horário, pois não consegui chegar até as 22h. Mesmo depois do horário me deu muita atenção, separou algo para café da manhã do dia seguinte, já que eu iria embora antes do café abrir. Foi um atendimento digno de dono de estabelecimento. Não sei se é o dono do local, mas um atendimento tão prestativo como esse só costuma ser feito pelo próprio dono do negócio. Voltarei numa próxima viagem.

• Steve (10/5): A Mini Ritz - This is a spotless, charming 'Guest House', really, it's a small hotel on a pedestrian street, literally in the middle of everything. The staff were beyond helpful, attentive doesn't even begin to describe them (For the record I have stayed at a few Ritz Carlton's and while Ritz staff are amazing, the staff here were as good, if not better.). Good WiFi as well as a nice breakfast is included (with the option of fresh squeezed orange juice) in the small restaurant across the street. There is no elevator, which wasn't a problem for me - if it's a problem for you however, you'll have to pass on Sui7es and stay at a lesser property.
• Melissa (10/5): Loved Sui7es Guest House!! - The Sui7es Guest House is the most charming little place in the middle of the cafe and shopping area of Cascais and right next to the beach. You can people watch from your balcony over the bustling mosaic sidewalks. The staff were so helpful.

But found it nosy at times, even though the room was supposed to be soundproof so had to take sleeping tablets. Coffee and tea facilities I found was poor as it was on the landing and not in room, no tea bags or milk. Air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Even though I requested a room with no stairs we were on the 4th floor which we found very tiring as we are in our late 60s.
• Natasha (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable, friendly hotel - This hotel is literally a minutes walk from a lovely, sandy beach and also very close to the marina and other town beach. It is in a pedestrian area and is surrounded by shops and restaurants so it is the perfect location. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and modern with nice bedding and towels. The hotel also provide free beach towels which is a great help. The buffet breakfast which is served in the adjoining restaurant is excellent. Great quality, and plenty of choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
• J (10/5): Excellent location close to everything - We arrive via train from Lisbon and we were incredibly early. Staff made sure we got in earlier than normal and was very accommodating throughout our stay. In middle of town and you can walk anywhere from there. You do have to walk stairs to get to room, but we were fine with that. Thanks!!!!

Google maps kept getting us lost because you can't drive on the street. Park in the train station parking and walk up the street near the McDonalds. Worth it once you get there.
