- Jill (10/5): - The hotel was a great location. Easy access to everything in Boston. It was very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great and lots of room in the bathroom. Staff were indifferent.
- Karen (8/5): Comfortable, clean and met expectations - Breakfast, staff, place was updated nicely. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Layout of the apartment was good as well. This was a good experience, our first at Homewood, and we will look to stay with this brand again in the future. AC in the room was confusing - it ran even when it was off and there was no way to control it in the living room. Customer reviews have pictures of a pool - but there is no pool on site - you have to ask to use the pool at a hotel next door. Small things when we arrived that were quickly addressed: no hair dryer, not enough towels for 4 people, shampoo empty.

Asi deberia ser el cobro no? - La ubicación, instalaciones son muy agradables el aseo de la habitacion no la hacen diario, la verdad yo si estoy pagando por un servicio completo de limpieza. Por esa razon escogi un hotel y no un arb&b. Deben hacer limpieza diario sin que el cliente lo tenga que solicitar.
A nosotros no nos indicaron nada de este tema en la recepcion al llegar. Por lo que nos llevamos una desagradable sorpresa al ver que al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada no hicieron el aseo.

To - The breakfast was good the hotel itself was nice and modern and roomy and close to the Chelsea commuter line train station The staff the level of service most of them seemed very uninterested in trying to be even do a decent job, let alone a good job ...gave us One of our two nights that were already prepaid for and booked ahead of time online after our flight got delayed one day and I even called and informed the hotel and left messages online about not being able to make it there for the first night of our stay, but we would definitely be there the second night. I didn't change or cancel anything that I kept them updated on the status of why we weren't checking in on our original first night which was flight cancellation related - still ended up cancelling our whole stay And when I called when I got a message right before my flight was about to take off they were trying to not even give me the second night of my stay. Which like I said was completely paid for and they were not refunding any of it ever. Even if I wanted it refunded they made sure to tell me that! Especially because I booked it through a third party site-booking.com. they were super attitudy about that!like it was disgusting to them I had to ask for a manager just to get confirmed for my one-night stay out of my two nights that were both fully paid for and not getting refunded by them. They had no intention of doing anything about it except just canceling my stay and giving her room away to other people without my consent! Even after my phone calls to keep them informed to KEEP our room for us.Also only booked it as a suite room because of being by the airport and clearly offering a free airport shuttle on their website. The same day I spoke to the the employee about our trip getting delayed and one of our nights not being able to check in for but definitely being there for our second prepay for night.

Location was good, close to station and SL3 silver line, also supermarket. Room didn't have any dinner plates, only small side plates and bowls, which seemed odd considering the cooking facilities and size of fridge and freezer.
The note on door said rooms were cleaned ever second day, but my room was only cleaned twice during week long stay

The front desk staff were not that friendly but maybe that’s just the way their personality is. Also, the bedsheet did have a stain, made me think if they had been changed or just reused.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, the rooms were spacious with a kitchen and living room area, and the workout area had a lot of equipment. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was just 10-15 minutes from all highlights in the city.

Fabulous breakfast Was told bar would be open for a beer but over weekend it wasn't at all so had to walk minimum half a mile to get a beer.

- Diary (9/5): It was a good stay. It was closer to - The room size is big and clean. The Breakfast is good. The area is very clean. Garbage bags are too flimsy and smaller than the trash cans.
- Sarah (6/5): Housekeeping is seriously lacking! - Very clean inside and out! Free breakfast was great! Close to downtown Boston! They seriously need a new housekeeping manager. We were supposed to have our room cleaned every second day during our stay and by the third day we still had not had our garbages emptied or more toilet paper supplied or fresh towels replenished. On the third evening around dinner time, housekeeping was working on our floor and I put a pile of garbage out in the hallway and woke up and it was still there. There’s no way that they didn’t see it. When I politely mentioned to the front desk that our room had not been cleaned and it was now our fourth day staying at the hotel, they did not seem to care at all. I had to ask for them to make sure that the basics were done in our room. For the price that we paid for five nights the very least we should have is light housekeeping.

- Sherry (1/5): - Location No toilet for a full 24 hours, no mention of compensation for it. When I called to ask the mentioned that I hadn't paid the $50 pet fee which I was told was part of the security deposit when I checked it. Also was told over the phone that I had not paid a $250 deep cleaning for having a pet which was not mentioned anywhere verbally or written. They said that those are the reasons I would not be able to get any compensation back for not having a toilet.
