I just wished there was a public bath in this ryokan so that I didn’t need to walk 2 minutes but nothing beats the price of this one!

- Egor (8/5): Good value for the cost - Almost everything is great - room, food, service. The hotel's individual "private onsen" was a huge disappointment. Literally 0/10, no point of even visiting. The main onsen in a neighbouring hotel is alright, but do not expect much. Great water there though.

- Yasuko (10/5): こじんまりとしてプライベート感あるホテル - こじんまりとしていてプライベート感があり、アットホームな感じがよかったです。 また館内にある温泉は時間を予約すれば貸し切りで使えるのも良かったです。 歩いてすぐのところにある本館の温泉はいつでも使えるので、両方の温泉を存分に楽しめました。 お手洗いは共有でしたが、特に気になりませんでした。 館内はどこも綺麗で、清潔がありました。 それと特にスタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしかったです。 駅までの送迎や、出先で雨が降っている時もお迎えに来ていただいて、高齢の両親と一緒だったので大変助かりました。 本館での夕食もとても美味しかったです。 ロケーションも歩いて2分くらいで有馬温泉中心部に行けました。 お勧めのホテルです。 特にありません

- CHUN-TSAI (10/5): 這裡位置晚上非常安靜，而且基本上晚上活動就是泡湯休息，所以也不會超過門禁24點。離太閣之湯不算遠基本上走過去就好，如果喜歡比較安靜的環境我蠻推薦這裏的。 - 這家旅館房間空間很大，窗外也可以看到不錯的景色，讓人覺得非常舒服。早餐和晚餐也是非常豐富，讓人充滿滿滿的活力。溫泉除了館內有銀泉外也可以到姐妹店去享受金銀泉的大浴場，非常舒服。 稍微比較不方便應該是廁所是共用的我的房間算是離廁所比較遠。（不過我個人覺得沒有差反倒是這樣我有更大的空間非常舒適，而且其實也比較遠也只是1分鐘左右的路程所以其實還好）

- 慈芳 (8/5): 泡溫泉很舒服，可以享有本館跟姊妹館的溫泉來說真的很划算，晚上一泡，早上也可以泡，整個人都清醒舒爽起來！日式床墊非常的好睡！ - 可以預約本館的個人泡湯，對於不好意思在公共於此一起泡湯的台灣人來說很適合，由本來的大眾浴池已經改成自己可享有很讚！也可使用姊妹館花結的泡湯，每間房內都沒有廁所一二層樓分別為公共廁所，如果一家人分開行動的話只有一張房卡比較不方便，訂的是可住到四個人的多人房型，但是要注意只有免費招待一歲的小孩，其他歲數要額外加購在訂房網上原本寫可以免費同住，但是在當地被多收費用一泊二食小孩10歲15,000日幣左右，晚餐懷石料理在姐妹館花結享用料理很好吃，早餐在本館1樓享用純日式也很棒！ 接駁車的部分提早到的話可能會因為日本人無法及時更新訂房網的訊息，導致我們還是用走的方式抵達寄放，退房時跟姐妹館共同一台接駁車，有可能需要等待比較久的時間，如果轉乘時間抓得比較剛好的旅客要小心，其他都很棒！ 無法即時收到抵達時的訊息，因為我們沒有日本手機依賴的是訂房網的訊息，抵達的時候並沒有及時回覆，所以加上天氣了，不可能讓家人在巴士站等，所以我們最後還是用走的上去，大概在下午兩點多抵達，按電鈴可以寄放行李，但是無法暫借廁所使得當時內急的家人們，緊急導航公廁解救！必須再走7-8分鐘到山腳下的公車站旁公廁去上，對於長輩來說不太友好（我知道他們在休息，有用日文詢問，但是也沒無法通融幫忙，家人差點因為這樣發生慘案🥲）

However I can imagine a non-Japanese or non-Asian guest may not be comfortable with the local Japanese only option. Some of the dishes had been so local and foreign that I was unsure how to enjoy. But nonetheless I was well fed and had a good meal. No shower facilities in the building unless you book a private onsen slot. Should have option for a shower cubicle in the toilet at least on the second floor. That way guests who do not want to use the onsen can have a quick shower wash-up without having to book a slot or walk to the next building.

Despite their limited ability to speak English, they used translation device to communicate with us. Shuttle service is provided to the bus terminal including Rokka Ropeway. Half Board was good and value for money. Overall we enjoyed the 2 nights stay in this Onsen hotel. We would recommend this hotel. I misinterpreted the toilet facility and didn’t know the toilet is outside the room that I have selected and booked. Fortunately we didn’t have to visit the toilet frequently at night. Be clear on the type of room you select.

- Sabine (8/5): - Das Abendessen im Partnerhotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal war bei der Begrüßung sehr nett. Das Onsen im Hotel hatten wir nur für uns. Wir hatten zur angegebenen Zeit (11 Uhr) ausgecheckt und unser Gepäck zur Aufbewahrung gegeben. Als wir zurückkamen, um das Gepäck zu holen, benötigten wir das Internet, um die Möglichkeiten für den Rückweg nach Kyoto herauszufinden. Wir fragten, ob wir das Hotelinternet nutzen dürften und uns kurz in den allgemeinen Aufenthaltsraum setzen dürften. Das wurde uns nicht gestattet, da wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist schlecht, der Direktbus von Kyoto aus war ausgebucht. Rechtzeitig buchen! Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral.

- GruyereBob17 (9/5): Authentic and extraordinary ryokan experience in the heart of Arima Onsen. - We enjoyed the facilities: cozy, clean and traditional. Even the shared bathroom was spotless! Very friendly ryokan staff. Nothing better than relaxing after a day of bathing in the local onsen in the futon. The room was very spacious, reminded us of Doraemon's house. The restaurant was amazing, above expectations. The staff were extremely welcoming and high quality food. All and all they made us feel at home. Room was too cold and we couldn't change the temperature of the AC.

Источник, который можно было забронировать на 45 минут, очень хорошо расслабляет (этого времени нам показалось более чем достаточно, долго в такой температуре смогут сидеть только самые стойкие любители попариться). Очень удобные матрасы и одеялки. Туалет был в коридоре, но для одной ночи это не помеха, а в номере была раковина и всякие баночки для ухода.

- Masaki (9/5): 快適 - 本館と別館に分かれていて、その間に少し外を歩いたのですがそれぞれの館に良さがあり、どちらも楽しめたことです。 貸切風呂は他のお客さんを気にしなくていいのでとても気に入りました。 敢えて言いますとトイレに行く際にロビーの人と顔合わせになることくらいですが、私は他のお客さんと会わなかったので全然気になりませんでした。

- Sheila (8/5): Cozy stay - Great service, I appreciated that they could offer a shuttle service to and from the station, as well as private time in the onsen. Food was fresh and unique (for me). Toilet was far from my room.
- adam (8/5): Baby's first Ryokan - I was looking for an affordable ryokan experience and this fit the bill. Lovely, big room with comfortable futons. Nice view over the town. Was fun to 'dress up' and go for dinner in the adjoining property then come back for a relaxing private bath. The outdoor public bath is also lovely. Breakfast comes with instructions! I loved it but bland western tastes may differ. Cash only for drinks. May have been a language issue but it was impossible to get a beer added to my room bill so i went thirsty. That was annoying.

- Nadine (9/5): Tolle Onsen Experience - Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Vegetarisches Essen (mit Fisch- Dashi) war möglich. Wirklich hervorragendes Essen im Nachbarhotel. Dort kann man auch den Onsen nutzen. Im Kotori selbst kann man sich den privaten Onsen buchen.
