• Lara (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Pool im hübschen Innenhof - Für uns war es ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer wundervollen Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber, die Dusche hatte einen angenehmen Wasserdruck und das Wifi hat auch gut funktioniert. Zudem war das Frühstück lecker und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Highlight für uns war aber vor allem der Pool im Innenhof der Anlage. Das Wasser war sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr angenehme, erfrischend kühle Temperatur. Es gab 5-6 Liegen, die gemütlich gepolstert waren und durch das Gebäude angenehm im Schatten lagen. Die Lage ist auch gut, allerdings nicht direkt in der berühmten Altstadt von Hoi An. Diese wird aber fußläufig innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten erreicht. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Basteln einer eigenen Laterne, was direkt gegenüber möglich war. Auch der vom Hotel organisiete Transfers zum Flughafen bei Abeise hat sehr gut funktioniert und war günstiger als ein Grab. Eigentlich fast nichts. Die Polster an den Poolliegen waren jetzt nicht ultra sauber (lediglich natürliche Spuren wie Blütenblätter o.ä.), aber wenn man da sein Handtuch drauflegt kein Problem. Und das Zimmer hatte zu Beginn unserer Ankunft einen leicht modrigen Geruch. Wir haben aber dann erstmal ausgiebig gelüftet, danach war dieser auch verschwunden. Insgesamt waren wir aber wirklich sehr froh unseren Aufenthalt in Hoi An spontan verlängert zu haben und dabei eine so tolle Unterkunft zu haben.

• Dupont Giraud (10/5): - L'emplacement au calme, et proche du centre quand même. Juste à côté de l'eau. Le personnel est super gentil. Les vélos sont gratuits. On peut louer des scooters et ils peuvent organiser pleins de choses pour vous. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes. Nous étions avec notre petite de 3 ans. La piscine était propre et assez grande.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – die Altstadt, der Night Market, der Fluss mit den Booten und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool war angenehm erfrischend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und bot alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Falls eine Weiterfahrt nach HUE benötigt wird, können wir die Buchung eines privaten Fahrers über das Hotel empfehlen.

• Maria-O (10/5): Very memorable stay. Will definitely come back! - Location was ideal, quiet area and close enough to walk to the busy part of hoi an. The staff were just the best - friendly and they made us feel at home. It was easy to book transport options with them. The room was clean, spacious with a separate bathroom and shower with tub. Breakfast options were not extensive but was very much sufficient for us. They surprised us with a cake and sang happy birthday for my partner who had his birthday the day after we arrived which was unexpected and was just the sweetest. It was one the best hotels we stayed in on our Vietnam trip! Nothing! Maybe the fact that we only booked 2 nights.

Wij hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad, het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel en de heerlijke ontbijtjes. We hadden graag nog langer gebleven.

• Abigail (10/5): Gem of a hotel, everything was good for us - This really is a gem of a hotel. It is small and informal but immaculately kept. It's located a short walk from the old quarter but when you enter the courtyard (around which the rooms are arranged) you step out of the throngs and into tranquility. The pool is at the centre and is open until 9pm (much later than in other hotels) which allows you to relax in the relative cool of the evening, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and there was a bath (!) which helped soak away aches and pains from travelling. The breakfast combines western and Vietnamese influences and there are always vegetarian options and everything is prepared fresh behind the counter. The reception staff arranged a number of activities and transfers for us without turning a hair, bikes are provided free of charge. It's compares extremely favourably in terms of price too with similar hotels we've stayed in on our travels through Vietnam.

• Gareth (10/5): Beautiful place to stay as a couple with in easy access of everything in Hoi An. - This hotel is a beautiful little oasis in the centre of Hoi An. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the swimming pool is lovely and the level of detail in the landscaping is beautiful. The breakfast is a nice fresh selection of fruits and other lovely treats and they will cook you fresh eggs whichever way you would prefer all with fresh bread. Our stay was spot on, we much prefer this style of hotel with the little personal touches to the big mega resorts around the area.
• Lia (10/5): Gorgeous little properly - Cute building and pool - loved the garden, bonsai trees and the beautiful lights in the trees by the pool. Decent size rooms, nice and quiet. Good breakfast with eggs, fruit, cereal and decent bread - even Vegemite for the aussies! About 5min walk from all the action in the old town, but still very quiet. I liked everything! It’s definitely not 5 star but has a really nice feel to it. We met several people who return to Little Villa annually and I can see why. There is construction nearby but we only heard it once in the time we were there. Also there is a nearby rooster - but he was mainly a day crow-er🤣🐓

• George (8/5): A charming hotel in a convenient area with an inviting pool in the center courtyard. - This is a charming small hotel with very nice pool and excellent breakfast. We appreciated that staff provided an early breakfast for us as we had a 7:00 AM departure. Bikes were always available. Location is good; lots of shops, restaurants and other points of interest nearby. About 10 minute walk to the historic center area of Hoi An. Room #205 (Superior King Room) is at the very front of the building, facing a construction site and a busy street. It was noisy and lacked privacy. The small balcony was not inviting as a result. This was dissapointing as we had booked this hotel because it had a balcony, among other reasons. The room itself had a few faults: No shade over bulb hanging from ceiling when you walked in; a wall by the bed that was all scuffed up and in disrepair. The hotel was unable to accommodate our request for another room. Also, note that there are no elevators. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs (no assistance offered by the staff).
• schweinsbratn (8/5): - Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr, sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war schön mit allem was man braucht. Den Abzug bei den Sternen gibt es nur, weil während unseren Aufenthaltes direkt daneben,bzw schräg unter unserem Zimmer, Bauarbeiten schon früh morgens begonnen haben und wir kein einziges Mal ausschlafen konnten. Es war wirklich sehr laut, aber ist ja auch nur zeitlich begrenzt.

Sin duda lo recomiendo. Habían mosquitos en la habitación, pero lo habitual en un país tropical, nada que no pueda solucionarse con un buen antimosquitos! Otra cosa negativa es que el edificio de al lado estaba en obras, y empezaban temprano. Personalmente a mí no me importó porque yo me levantaba temprano pero entiendo que pueda resultar algo molesto.

• Fleur (10/5): A peaceful oasis and only a short walk from the craziness of the old town. - Such incredible value for money! Huge rooms, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfasts (especially those banana pancakes!), friendly staff and a beautiful pool surrounded by incredible bonsai. The family who run the villa also own the tailor next door and we got several pieces made. And on our last day, when we had to leave at 5am, they even prepared a breakfast for us to go. Nothing

• Eileen (10/5): Fabulous stay in hoi an ! - Family room was very spacious. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was a added bonus, had something for everyone Nothing. We happened to be guests during destruction of a neighboring property. The jackhammer started at 7:30 a 😩

Además me permitieron hacer el check-in un poco antes de lo previsto. El olor a humedad en la habitación. Para ello, hay un deshumificador.

• Bill & Mae (9/5): Quaint taproom - Little Town villa is a quaint, traditional "homestay" style hotel well located within close walking distance of the river and night market. The stay are friendly and helpful and the manager is always on site to personally welcome guests. Being traditional, there is no elevator so the steps could be a challenge for guests staying on floor 2 or 3 The view from the corridor / balcony outside the room overlooks the swimming pool courtyard and neighboring properties, which isn't the best. Very limited choice of English language tv channels, so hard to keep up with the news

• Kimheung (10/5): Parfait - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Un souci à notre arrivée a été réglé rapidement et efficacement. La dame à l’accueil a été particulièrement professionnelle, réactive et à l’écoute. Ensuite, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé : le séjour était très agréable et l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment très sympathique. La chambre était agréable et propre. Pas de bruit malgré le fait que l’hôtel soit près de la route. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix et recommandons cet établissement RAS

• Philippa (10/5): Lovely hotel just on the edge of the old town. Very lovely staff who are very helpful. - The staff are fantastic, very helpful! We wanted to extend our stay and they were very quick to allocate us rooms so that we could enjoy Hoi An for a bit longer without having to move hotels. We loved that we could use the pedal bikes to head to the beach and other areas around. Couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing, it was great!

Персонал невероятно вежливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и создать комфортную атмосферу. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные завтраки — большой выбор и всё очень свежое. В целом всё просто супер-классно, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

• Christina (8/5): Three nights in Hoi An with young child - The hotel was nice and the location was convenient to the 'old town'. The staff were very friendly especially the young lady at reception. The room was a big size, we requested an additional bed for a our child which was unnecessary. We had booked a superior king which had an enormous bed (two double beds together). Our room was at the back of the hotel which sheltered us from the noise from the road and construction across the street. The pool had a sectioned off shallow end which is great for kids. On request towels for around the pool were provided by the staff. Breakfast was eggs and banana pancakes on request as well as a buffet of fruit, cake, salad, rashers and bread. There were no fly covers at the breakfast buffet or candles to deter flies. It is important to know that if you book taxis through the hotel, room service (beverages, laundry etc) this will need to be paid in cash at check-out, they will not accept card for these services.
• Raul (10/5): Muy recomendable para pasar un par de días en HoiAn - Aunque no empezó bien porque el conductor se retraso en el pick up del aeropuerto, la estancia luego fue perfecta, el sitio tiene mucho encanto y la dueña se esforzó al máximo para que estuviera satisfecho con la visita. Muy recomendable al estar alejado del bullicio del centro de HoiAn pero que llegas en 5 min caminado. Realmente es un oasis en medio del jaleo que es la ciudad. todo perfecto.

Hotel posiada również prywatny basen, a dla chętnych darmowe rowery do wykorzystania na wycieczki po polach ryżowych. Dla chętnych możliwość wynajmu skutera za symboliczną opłatą. Bardzo pyszne śniadania z możliwością zamawiania dań na ciepło oraz duża ilość innych potraw oraz owoców. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Polecam

• Michelle (9/5): Excellent location! - Great location , very good condition, beds are firm but we liked them, (for Aussies its a balianese style decorative) room, there was enough basic selection for breakfast, free bikes to ride around, free umbrellas to borrow as it rained quite a lot while we were there. Would definitely stay again. Nothing! but there is no lifts if you needed one.

• 寺岡 (10/5): 心地良すぎた！ - 部屋のリクエストに関して完璧に答えてくれた。 宿泊前からのメールの連絡、宿泊中のスタッフさんの対応が親切で大変良かった。 部屋の広さ、設備の充実具合が大変良かった。 風呂の給湯設備が適切に作動しなかったのが残念。
• Familie Clemens (10/5): Top Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Man konnte alles direkt fußläufig erreichen. Das Frühstück hatte genügend Auswahl und es war alles sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat für uns auch Ausflüge gebucht. Eine top Adresse die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Nichts, es war alles bestens.

• V L (10/5): Hidden gem, great staff so highly recommended - A little gem in a good location just away from the main area but an easy walk to the old town. Staff were great, decent breakfast and everything clean and tidy. We had a room at the back so nice and quiet. Pool was a bonus and nicely lit in the evenings. That also organised us a cheap transfer back to the airport. Only 13 rooms at the hotel suited us fine. Would highly recommend. Nothing
