- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely Stay - We loved the hotel, the room and the service. The receptionists were always very helpful and extremely nice with us. The room was perfect with a lot of amenities and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and we certainly come back in our next trip to New Delhi

We had to ask for the hot water and air conditioning to be turned on and then they asked for a tip for making it work. The hotel is on an okay street but the walk to the Metro station is challenging as you need to navigate through the railway station.. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
- Raymond (4/5): Centrally located cheap hotel with character. - Quick friendly check-in, clean comfortable room, but safe locked - we will send somebody - he came but safe still locked (nothing was stolen from my room, but the "conditions" say "local your valuables away, hotel not responsible for theft". Complained about no hot water; disbelief! They came to check - surprise. Next day - still no hot water! TV makes unpleasant loud buzzing noise. No drinking water in room. For a cheap, central hotel in Delhi - acceptable (just!) - for a tourist hotel - don't even think about it!

When you look in the map when making the booking, it shows the hotel in a nice area near India Gate Park. But after you book, they give a different addresss which is in a dirty slum area of New Delhi. Do not stay here!

- Nicole (8/5): Excellent experience - Good location, not too far from all the attractions of the city. Lots of cafes and shops are within walking distance. Rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The food choices in the hotel restaurant were amazing, everything you could want and more.
- Syam (10/5): Almost perfect hotel - Almost perfect hotel at this price, very reasonable, and convenient to the attractions. Food selection was nice, but restaurant was very busy, so we had food in our room. The housekeeping was good and efficient, and the reception were excellent.

Housekeeping staff was very good, they helped us with our bags. The location of this hotel was quite nice, a bit noisy sometimes, but convenient to all city sites and public transports.

Breakfast was adequate and the food was very delicious. The service was very quick and staff of this hotel was superbly attentive. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Super cozy bed linen and the room was huge. Reception staff excellent with full of smiles and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job all the time.
