- David (5/5): A lovely placed ruined by constant noise. S - I liked the location and helpfulness of reception staff in sorting out many issues we had. Breakfast was good, NOISE, NOISE , NOISE!! The hotel has a band playing until 11pm every night . we were in room 2 near the front. After the band finished about 11pm, on two of our 4 nights I could not sleep because staff started to clear up and pack empty bottles and cans opposite our room. A few words with management finally got that to stop. Swimming pool opens at 8am but kids were in their well before that making a news, again until I made complaints. Staff group and speak loudly around our room , with no consideration for guests. Finally every night between about 8pm and 10pm we could hear loud chopping sounds coming from the adjacent hotel (cojoined wall with bedroom) which was the next hotel's kitchen

- Maximilian (9/5): Clear recommendation - Amazing location, 7/11 and good spot of alona beach on the left, sea directly in front and many restaurants and dive schools on the right. Couldnt be better. Restaurant is also good with great beach view. Nice and modern rooms (we had the deluxe). The water flow of the shower was very very weak, but thats mostly everywhere here. We also understand that water has to be saved.

So much to improve - In front of the beach From the beginning to the check out it was clear this place needs improvement. -no replies on booking.com about location and pick -didnt inform there is no road access (only walking from the sand, it easy to arrive or find) -room had soap used in the shower from previous guest -beach front room extremely loud because of live music and people, no sound isolation -staff had a bit of an attitude if you complain about something, unwilling to help -food wasnt good and people were complaining about long waiting -usually something will come wrong in the order -laundry service delivered my clothes dirty -upon check out they wanted to charge me 500pesos from someones else order Management seriously needs to improve a lot here. After 1 month in the Philippines this was by far de most dissatisfying hotel.

After my accident, I needed help with wound care, and the team went above and beyond. Lea took amazing care of me — she carefully cleaned and treated my wounds, always making sure I was comfortable. It truly felt like more than just hotel service; it felt personal and genuine. The entire staff was super responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you might need medical assistance or extra care, you can feel safe here — they will support you without hesitation. A very special thank you to Lea as well for her help and attention — your care did not go unnoticed. - Alisha (10/5): Perfect stay - This place is magical, the staff organised our pickup from the ferry, the food is great, breakfast was ordered off the menu, and cooked fresh and the omelette was delicious, views are spectacular, live band every night, our room was huge, we did notice there are smaller rooms but ours was so big and very clean and modern..I would highly recommend this place Nothing i loved it

The staff arranged a transfer car to be waiting after we arrived by ferry and the bell boy helped us with luggage from the road as you cannot drive right up to the hotel. I had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. However we were only supplied with two single beds to accommodate us. When I enquired about the bedding I was informed it would be another 1000peso for a mattress on the floor. I requested two mattresses, but on arrival only one was set up. Also, we were only given water and breakfast for the amount of beds. So in summary be careful, even though you may be booking for a family you may be insufficiently provided and required to pay more.

Breakfast was a nice add and they can make it for you if needed for your early morning tours. The place was also clean and the room I got was by the pool area which my kids got to enjoy.
