- Alexandra (8/5): A great stay that can accommodate different budget preferences in the heart of Shinsaibashi - A good hotel option for the price close to Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping area and walking distance from the Osaka Metro. Lovely staff who are very helpful and complimentary vending machine tokens for drinks. The larger rooms which we upgrade to if we are staying for more than 3 days are spacious and comfortable - the smaller rooms are more budget friendly but bear in mind they are small if you have lots of luggage Nothing really but if you have not travelled to Japan before, you can't check in before three (though they will hold luggage) the small rooms can be quite small (we upgrade to larger room if we stay for more than 3 days) and there is no onsite onsen or laundry so bear that in mind if that is important to you

- Alexandra (8/5): A lovely and friendly hotel close to shopping, eating and Dontonbori - I have stayed here three times and the location in Shinsaibashi is great and hard to beat, close to two metro stops and lots of eateries and shopping. The hotel doesn't have laundry facilities to keep that in mind if that's important to you, but the staff are lovely and even held our luggage free of charge for 5 days while we travelled to Okinawa with just backpacks until our return booking. nothing really - if you are looking for extras like onsite onsen or laundry they dont have it - but its a great location and very neat and tidy hotel.

- Abigail (2/5): Not worth it. Too loud and rude staff. Left early - Simple bed and room No clue how this is a 4 star hotel!!! Very small room and amenities however the worst part of this hotel is the pub down stairs. My fiancée and I booked 3 nights here however left after 2 and had to pay to stay somewhere else just to get some sleep!! The pub is so loud and the hotel seemingly has no sound proofing. On the third floor and could hear every single conversation from patrons of the loud pub downstairs from intense yelling, swearing and ordering drinks until their 2am closing time. I get the area is filled with bars like this but not having any sound proofing is ridiculous!!! When we informed the staff of our departure he just said yes it is noisy. I was told I could get no refund and the small apology that was given was not sincere and when I asked for the contact information of someone higher up to file a formal complaint I was met by the concierge calling someone and laughing then informing me I am unable to do so and can only leave a review. So here it is. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Nothing, I expected a small room. The mattress was slightly firmer than what I usually sleep on but I don't care.

- Ashneel (5/5): Ok, won’t stay again but value for money - Location was very close to Dontonbori Bars and clubs downstairs meant very noisy till late night. Room was small (expected) and the grey everything made it look very blend. Wasn’t the cleanest. Some of messages, notes had a very condescending tone which I did not like.

- Wan Ching (10/5): - 離心齋橋走路非常近，附近也有很多吃的 我們是自駕前往，飯店也有配合停車場有優惠 市區房間空間不大，但以這個價位及地理位置我覺得很不錯了
- Miguel (9/5): - La ubicación genial, nuestra habitación de muy bien tamaño para la media en Japón, camas cómodas, solo había una almohada por persona y el baño muy limpio. Habíamos enviado las maletas desde el hotel de Kioto a Osaka y ya estaban dentro de nuestra habitación esperando las maletas. Estábamos en la segunda planta y entraba algo de ruido de la calle por la noche pero a partir de las 12 ya no había ruidos y dormimos genial todos los días.

- ChiaYun (9/5): - 離商店街非常近，逛街吃飯很方便，附近也有24hr超市可以採購(donki稍稍遠一點點) 退房後散步走到難波站轉南海電鐵的步行距離還算舒服(四大兩小)

- LiLy (8/5): - We had a pleasant 3-night stay here overall. The staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping was available daily if needed, and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient — close to many attractions, restaurants, and everything you might need. The only downside is the noise at night. There are quite a few nightclubs nearby, and we often heard loud talking and shouting from people outside, especially late at night. If you’re traveling with kids or are a light sleeper, this could make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also, they dont have microwave/ washing clothes facilities. Overall, a good stay thanks to the service and location, but the noise is something to consider before booking.

- Meliza (8/5): Good stay for 1 night - The location was good, near to Daimaru, Shinsaibashi station and Dotonbori. The staff were helpful and gave me a free welcome drink from the vending machine. The room was also clean and had the basic room amenities. The room was so small - enough to just have the length of the single bed. Once my large suitcase is open, there is no place to walk anymore. I guess this is quite standard for Japanese hotels so I can't really complain since I only stayed for 1 night. You also get charged with 200 yen / night upon check in for the tourist tax. This is fine but it would have been better if this was included in the room rate to begin with.
