Dani (10/5): Exceptional - We only stayed here for one night, but it was a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious - perfect for a restful stopover. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the bus and train stations, and close to shops and local eateries. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in the area!

Close yo train znd bus station for travelling connections I personally prefer a mosquito net in my room as there are so many mosquitos in Sri Lanka. It is a bit on a steeper hill in Kandy so not very easy to walk.

Harshana (8/5): Budget Friendly Place - Staff was friendly. It's near to the Kandy city. Comfortable beds. Hot water availability is vary with the weather because they using Sola power system. But I like it because it's environmental friendly step. Almost good ✌️ It's not soundproof. But the owner clearly mentioned that in reviews also.

Weerasooriya (10/5): This is a great place to Stay 👍 - We booked the Kandy Holiday Centre for just two days, but due to the long weekend, all places were fully booked. I called and inquired about the details over the phone, and at that time, only a budget room was available. The owner forwarded pictures of the room and asked if it was acceptable. After confirming, I completed the booking through Booking.com. Additionally, the owner sent the location details. This place is truly value for money, especially because the owner is very accommodating. Upon our request, he provided an electric kettle and filtered water free of charge. Hot water was also available in the bathroom. The place was really good and conveniently located within 1 km of Kandy town. Finally, the owner arranged a tuk-tuk for us at a reasonable fare for our early check-out at 5:00 AM. Highly recommended – this is a great place to stay!

Matt25400 (5/5): Passable - Let's start with the likes: bed was comfy Now the rest: we arrived from Adam's peak on a rainy and cold day and ... No hot water Were told it's due to rain as it's solar heater. Ok I understand, but the only solution offered was a bucket and a kettle to boil water ... They had AC in the room, I would expect as a gesture that he at least offer us AC to warm up ... Nope AC came for an additional 1000lkr! Want more? They had a bike motorbike and started using it at like 6am, of course waking us up over and over. No mosquito net, only 1.thin blanket for us both which we had to even request. To be honest, for the same budget you're far better off somewhere closer to town with hot water ... Wasn't terrible, but definitely not wow and no sense of client service.

We got late to check-out from the location but they deal with us very friendly. Good location. Good staff. Comfortable. Close to Kandy city. Hot water showers are not working at all the times.

L.g.kithsiri (8/5): good - The location is good but the location road is small and the road is broken and the hotel locations on both sides of the road are unexpectedly overcrowded. The dining area is very cool and the room area is very calm. Security and staff are good. The facilities are better than what they charge. I think it would be better if a welcome drink is provided like in other hotels.

Sally (2/5): Just don't use this 'hotel' - Where shall I start?! They were not expecting us, could not find the booking, we were then shown to a filthy room (someone's dirty soap and wrappers in the bathroom and matchsticks and peanuts on the bedroom floor). We rejected that and were given one which was slightly better. We asked for a meal in the 'restaurant' and were served a pretty poor rice and curry which it turned out had come from the local takeaway shack. The wifi was non existant and we were given so many excuses we asked to meet the manager/owner the next day. He told us that he did not want to be listed by Hotels.com and had asked for his 'hotel' to be removed. He also promised that the broken handle on our room would be repaired, but that did not happen either.... Add to all this the incessant fighting & barking of dogs belonging to people living in the basement & I'm sure you will understand why we couldn't wait to leave.
