- pascal (10/5): Super endroit proche des activités nocturnes de Patong. - Chambres très propres et confortables, très bonne climatisation. Le personnel et la direction sont d'une exceptionnel gentillesse. L'hôtel ne prévoit pas de petit déjeuner, mais il y a une multitude de petit restaurants dans la rue qui proposent des petits déjeuners et plus à partir de 5 euro. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très passante et relativement bruyante mais c'est général pour Patong qui est un quartier très actif toute la journée et jusqu'à 2h du matin. Idéale pour les voyages entre copains. Les familles chercherons certainement un endroit plus calme.

Günün en güzel saatleri akşama doğru 4.20 de otelin varendasında san mig biranı yavaş yavaş içerken trafiğin akışını izlemek. Hala hiç korna çalınmaması bende aşırı hayranlık uyandırıyor. We stayed here by chance for a short time, but we were treated like guests, not customers. The hotel management and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping is excellent, which is very important for me. The location and nearby facilities are very good. It is a perfect value-for-money hotel. I came for 3–5 days and ended up staying for one month. I definitely recommend it. A truly friendly hotel in every way. The best time of the day is in the late afternoon, around 4:20 PM, sitting on the hotel veranda, slowly drinking a San Miguel beer and watching the traffic flow. I am still amazed that there is almost no horn noise at all. Thank you Sissou :)

- Louis (9/5): Surprisingly good "budget" hotel. - I had an appointment in Patong and needed to stay in Patong for a night. So I booked the cheapest hotel that I could find in very short notice (less than 24h before my stay). While it was not very cheap (around 1200 THB) it was still the cheapest non hostel hotel that I could find. I was really surprised by how nice the room was. Very clean, big bed, big bathroom. They offered 2 bottles of water and some coffee packs. In the bathroom there were 2 soaps, 2 shower caps and 2 pakcs of q-tips. Everything was great. I was on the 6th floor and it was very quiet even though Nanai road tends to have a lot of noise at nights. In the entrance of a hotel there is a small bar and that was great because I could get extra water or snacks in the middle of the night. There are restaurants all around (Thai, Australian, etc) and a 711 less than 4 minutes away. If it was a little bit cheaper I would give this hotel 10/10 There was nothing wrong with the hotel. Front the outside it doesn't look like much but on the inside it was really good.

I got the room on the side of the street, it was too noisy and loud from the bars and traffic. I felt like I’m sleeping on the street. I asked to change the room and they told me that they are fully booked, but I saw that there was a frree room on the day when I asked.

- Daphne (9/5): i love this stay! - i loved the cleanliness and the staffs are very friendly. they will chat with you, asking where did you go etc. even gives suggestions on where to go in Phuket. they are really helpful, they made you feel comfortable for staying there none to be mentioned. i really like the place. it meets our expectation. furthermore, we didn't stay much in the hotel, we just leave the room for them to clean, and they really clean it well. i love it.

There were many questionable individuals hanging around outside, and we stayed without water, no water to flush the toilet! No water to take a shower! Also, in only 6 hours we had water, the housekeeper left the hot shower running, and when we returned, our room was like a sauna. Additionally, the cameras at the location are useless, I noticed that someone checked our door in the middle of the night, which was quite unsettling, especially after we heard someone running up the stairs. Given all these issues, the accommodation was not worth the money we paid. We had a short stay and had to endure it, but I expect you to process a refund.

The staff members (the manager and the owner) were so lovely and caring, they went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate that. It was open 24-7 so coming and going at late nights was not a problem. They had a restaurant downstairs and served alcohol and beer as well. We booked the two bedroom suite, and the only downside was one bedroom did not had any windows at all. Therefore, if the lights were turned off, the room was pretty dark even in the middle of the day.

The second time when I switched to a cheaper room they let me check in early. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around.
