Bequeme Betten, in der Maisonette gab’s Platz für 5 Personen (eine zusätzliche Matratze auf dem Boden) Tolle Aussicht, nettes Personal, tolle Wiese, Pingpong-Tisch, Trampolin und viele Wanderwege. Nicht versäumen: Schiffsreise von Murg nach Quinten-Au!

Chegamos às 08:30 para comer e estava praticamente tudo vazio, não havia opções de frutas, legumes, um ou outro queijo. O que me incomodou foi que ninguém se preocupou em repor pelo fato de termos chego. Eu comi uma única fatia de pão e saí com fome. Fora isso, a cama não era confortável e muito pequena para um casal. Não havia tomadas ao lado da cama, enfim, coisas super básicas. Honestamente mesmo com uma vista linda, não tivemos uma experiência agradável.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Personal im Restaurant waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, haben gut bedient , Kaffee gemacht und den Tisch schön vorbereitet bevor man zum Frühstück gekommen ist. Wir hatten zwar „nur“ ein Budgetzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsdusche und Toilette aber es war alles super sauber gemacht und überhaupt nicht unangenehm.

The room was great, the size was comfortable and had a special part for kids. The daily menu for the dinner in the restaurant is really convenient and for a good price. The matrac in the bed was too soft. Not everybody speaks English, but they all trying their best for the good communication.

- Jakub (3/5): Nice Alpine view, but filthy freezing room, awful breakfast - not worth 150 CHF. - The only thing I liked about this hotel, was the view on the Alps. First of all, arriving to your room smelling piss all over the place is not really a good impression when you have to pay 150CHF for a stay. Power outlets were not available near your beds, so if you wanted to charge your phone, you'd have to go all across the room for the outlet. The room also didn't have it's own shower and a toilet, so you've had to use one in the corridor. At night, it was extremely cold, waking up multiple times due to inhaling cold air. I thought maybe breakfast will save the impression but no, the breakfast did not offer any hot meals, only hams, cheese, yogurt, cereals and some fruit with vegetables were available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We initially treated it as an overnight on our way to Italy and thoroughly regretted not staying longer. We had a family room with ample space and loft beds for the kids. The room was immaculate. The view from the hotel is stunning, it is situated in a very quiet part off the road, and you do not hear any traffic noises. The staff stayed late to wait for our arrival and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend the hotel for the price and excellent quality. Lots of hiking opportunities around as well with stunning views of the lake and mountains. nothing, we loved everything.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wonderful panorama terrace! Oddly, housekeeping did come into our room and changed towels, replaced water, but didn’t make our bed (?). Not the end of the world, but we found this rather strange. Perhaps a mistake!

- daniel (8/5): Hôtel d’étape agréable - Très bonne situation sur le lac de Walensee. Par beau temps, la terrasse offre une belle vue sur le lac. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Personnel de restauration et de réception très sympathique. Possibilité de menu de 4 plats ou à la carte pour le dîner
