- Linh (9/5): A bang for your buck - The place is really easy to find. Great access to restaurant. And the area was kinda quiet. The staffs are super considerate. When they knew I wouldn't want the G floor room, they upgraded it for at at a reasonable price. Nothing in general. I hoped I could have booked sooner to see if I could upgrade the room.

- Jens (4/5): Der letzte Besuch - Das Personal ist nett und die Lage gefällt mir gut Die Ausstattung ist mittlerweile sehr schlecht .Alles ist irgendwie irgendwo kaputt .. der haartrockner verbrannt oder mit defektem Kabel. Licht funktioniert nicht richtig . Dusche kaputt und die Küche ist kaum zu gebrauchen .fehlendes Besteck usw.

- Luukvijverberg (10/5): Exceptional - When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! Thanks guys, see you next time.

I tried another hotel at a similar price, but it wasn't worth it. The room there was not clean like they only cleaned it once and left it there. It's my second time staying at Hana and it doesn't disappoint. The breakfast is good too. Good value for your money, highly recommend. The water from the shower is way too strong and it doesn't have any option to turn it down. But it's not a big deal to me.
