- Heiko (10/5): Moderne Unterkunft mitten in der Natur mit sehr netten Gastgebern - Modernes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und toller Aussicht bis zum Horizont. Mehrere große Fenster, die man Abdunkeln und auch nachts offenlassen konnte. Fliegengitter vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die nach Verspätung unsererseits uns auch noch nach Check-In sehr freundlich empfingen. Sehr leckeres, selbstgemachtes Frühstück (Eier, Obst, selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Pastete, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt, etc). Großer, schön angelegter Garten mit Pool, der angesichts der Hitze sehr hilfreich war. Vor der Tür beginnen Rad- und Wanderwege. Toller Aufenthalt in der Natur.

- Angelique (10/5): Don't miss this gem! - What a lovely stay we had at LA Chabetaine. Every detail and need thought of and such kind and hospitable owners. They have a lovely, updated home and our room was fastidiously clean. Comfortable bed, in fact the only stay in Europe where I had a top sheet and we appreciated that so much!! Bathroom was large and nice hot shower with good pressure. We had two delicious breakfasts during our stay and they are ever accommodating. One morning we had to get up super early to drive to Brussels, yet we had a nice breakfast and fresh hot coffee waiting for us downstairs despite the time. They have a great set up and we only wished we had booked a longer stay in Bastogne. Don't miss this! Oh and did I mention the view?!?! If your from the city, you will never want to leave ! There is nothing not to like! It was exactly like the photos , in fact, even nicer!

As a solo traveller who had had a long journey, Alin and Béa made me feel so comfortable in their home and really went over and above to speak with me in English and basic French. The room was very comfortable and immaculate, with a welcoming tray of water, nuts and lollies. Tea and coffee was also available. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The homemade jams were my favourite! Overall I had a really lovely experience and would definitely love to stay again if I'm in the area. Having a car is a must to travel to the property.
