Hope to stay again! - To have breakfast included in what we already thought was a great deal what fantastic and the breakfast was great, brought to our room and covered so that we could consume at our convenience. Food is great here. We loved the sizen of the property and the rooms, infact we came back to the hotel after our safari trip because we knew it was everything we needed. We also used the laundry service which was very cheap yet done lovely. Unfortunately the spa was working when we were there, this would have been nice.

• Mary (9/5): My family and I will definitely stay here again when we are back in Nairobi. - The flats are very clean and homely, with housekeeping attending daily! The staff are very polite and accommodated most of our requests. I can still smile in my heart with the reception I got from the very friendly security guards who even provided me with info on safety as I went out for walks most mornings around 5.30 or 6am The compounds are well kept with eye catching tropical plants and flowers, and there are benches to sit and relax. The pool area is lovely, but we didn’t get to use this very much as it was a cold spell in Nairobi, so we opted for heated pools elsewhere. Our only small issue was some noice disturbance from events happening outside of Mimosa Court, like the gym in the neighbouring property. But this only affected Block C which is the block we occupied. If you love peace and quiet, Block A and B are quieter. But the management did assure us they are working hard to see that the issue is resolved with the gym owners.

• Dommett (10/5): Fantastic home from home - We have come to mimosa court many times over the past 10 years and we are always happy with the excellent service we are provided. When we are there we feel so well looked after and it now feels like our home away from home (especially when we often stay in the same apartment). What was nice this time was the plumbing had been improved so water was not scolding hot. There were only a few small issues. One we already knew about. The pool was not heated. Not normally an issue but when we came was a cold spell in Nairobi. One of our burners on the hob did not work.

We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Walking distance to Kenyatta Hospital. Very poor internet. I wish the breakfast service started before 8am, we missed the free breakfast most days.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, full of architecture detail that the newer apartments lack with all the amenties we needed. The location was quiet, the staff were polite and always available to help. We enjoyed the clean pool, gym, basketball court and restaurant options. The proximy to stores made our stay excellent. I would recommend this apt to anyone visiting Kenya. It is very safe and well maintained and you get to navigate the city easily.
• Malte (9/5): Superb - We're returning again and again. Lovely staff, great location, good facilities. The big flats are super convenient for travelling with children, and not much more pricey. This time, the city view was especially appreciated for New Year's fireworks! On good days, the wifi is just shamefully unreliable. On all other days, it's virtually non-existent. This is something we brought up during three previous stays and nothing has changed. Prepare to use mobile data all the time.

• Hellen (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay here and the apartment was clean but dated. I think some renovations are needed ASAP. The internet was terrible! Overall, it’s a good choice and the location is awesome.
• Robert (10/5): - I stayed only one night. It is not a typical hotel, but apartments managed like a hotel (in terms of booking, and cleaning service of the rooms), but you can stay pretty on your own in look on food (full equipped kitchen), if you wish so. They have a gym you can use, and a pool. Parking spot available for every single department. The only thing, what I noticed was not working well, was the WiFi, It went off and on all time. But this time, I did not need it really. I was in Block C, department C10
• Rebecca (10/5): Great stay - well worth the money - The staff were exceptionally nice. Security staff, in particular, and Maureen in reception were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Security was fantastic and made sure to let Ubers in and out so we were safe. Kitchen staff and housekeeping were very attentive and provided us with everything we asked for. I'd stay here again if visiting Nairobi. Well worth the money, clean, great location and great facilities. Nothing at all.
• Seyram (6/5): Our stay was okay. - Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff The facilities need a facelift, especially the bathrooms. Mosquitoes were an issue as well. We got stuck in the Elevator as well for 20 minutes. That was scary!

• Kipngetich (8/5): Apart from the noise everything else was good. - The Staff were very good. The property was also well secured. It was very noisy due to its proximity to the main roads. They should install noise cancellations to the rooms. Also the beddings were old and appeared dirty especially pillows and bedsheets.
• Lynnette (10/5): - We loved the layout of the 3 bedroom, so much room for us all. Only issue we had was waiting for our bill for our breakfast, it took longer than we would've anticipated.
• Edwyn (10/5): - We stayed for 3 nights on arrival into Nairobi. It worked well with 3 kids, they loved the pool. You need to use Uber to get around which worked well. Not much immediately around the hotel, but pretty similar to most. Snack bar is really useful and hist was very helpful. Enjoy.

• Emira (10/5): - Absolutely loved staying at Mimosa, and when I am back in Nairobi again I will stay here. The staff are spectacular. The cooks are incredible, the breakfasts are amazing as are any other meals you order. The property is well kept, the apartments are spacious and clean and it's perfect for a short or a long stay. Next time we are in Nairobi we'll be staying here. You can also walk to a Carrefour that's only an 8 minute walk and there are lots of other shops in the same complex.
• Richard (10/5): Spotless - A very comfortable stay here the apartment was spotless so impressed will stay here again and again.
• Eddy (4/5): Good location, that's the only good thing. The apartments are quite old, the staff seemed grumpy and annoyed. - The only good thing is maybe the location. The staff was rushing people to checkout at 10am, they seemed frustrated and not very welcoming.

• Elijah (10/5): It was a home away from home - Attention to detail, friendly staff and the cleanliness Nothing to fault. It would be great to have washing machine in the apartment as well .
• Aislinn (6/5): Pleasant - Apartments were spacious and clean. There was traffic noise at night in certain blocks but we swapped to a quieter block with no trouble at all. Staff friendly. There is a small cafe which closes at 1800 but we cooked each evening. Swimming pool refreshing snd clean. The WiFi which dropped in and out all day.
• KUNIKAZU (8/5): - Good venue, but no hair dryer.
• Saba (7/5): The overall experience was average considering the amount spent, but it would be great if the break - Although breakfast was included, we had to pay for it. The breakfast was below standard and it took more than an hour to prepare. We checked out on Saturday and requested our invoice, but were informed that we would have to wait until Monday due to staff being out. This is not standard practice.
