Персонал приветливый,проблем не возникало. Номера небольшие,даже люкс номер тесноват. Зато есть целых два телевизора. Завтраки были вполне сносные,опять же учитывая стоимость отеля. Халаты,тапочки есть,но нет ватных палочек и зубных щеток в ванной. Сама ванная небольшая,раковина так вообще микроскопическая.

- Sergey (10/5): Идеальный вариант! - Информацию об отеле я увидел на сайте Hotels.com случайно, когда покупал авиа-билет и был приятно удивлён ценами и разнообразием вариантов. Выбрал подходящий мне ещё до поездки в столицу- всё оплатил, и в путь. Прилетел во Внуково, оттуда 35 мин. на аэроэкспрессе до "Киевского вокзала" (ст. метро "Киевская" там же), затем- до "Охотного ряда". Соответственно, от отеля до Кремля- всего 5-7 мин. пешком! Отель отличный, внутри чисто, персонал оставил Очень приятные впечатления!👍 В номерах убирают каждый день, меняют бельё и полотенца. Есть бесплатный wi-fi. На "ресепшене" есть кулер с горячей и холодной водой, в любой момент Вам могут приготовить чашку заварного кофе. За отдельную плату можно получать питание от отеля. Но, повторюсь- Вы будете находиться в 5-7 мин. пешком от торг. центра "Охотный ряд", где есть еда на любой вкус- и мой любимый KFC, и МacDonalds, и т.д. и т.п.- голодом точно не останетесь!😉 Вообщем, учитывая местоположение и расценки, "Ключевой элемент" - идеальное место для остановок в Москве по очень приятным ценам! Мне очень понравилось там находиться, и я обязательно там ещё раз побываю!👍👍👍

- Matthew (8/5): Rangers Away in Moscow! - A great clean hotel located very close to Red Square with great access to bars in surrounding areas and a shot walk to multiple Metro stations. Only problem, and I've found this with multiple budget hotels in Moscow, is the consistency of the hot water in the shower. Sometimes it was perfect, sometimes it was luke warm, sometimes it was cold, and sometimes it didn't know what it wanted to do. But it's a clean room with friendly staff.

- Oscar F P (4/5): Does not deserve a star - Great location, despite an incorrect address (it is nearly impossible to find the hotel without local people help). No elevator, A/C broken, no explanation ou fixing, mattresses and other materials stacked in the corridors and escalators. Terrible breakfast. However, good people at reception. Trying their best.

Unfortunately a refund was not available, as it was a pre-paid rate due to World Cup Check in was efficient and the location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms / bathrooms are rather small and we could hear the snoring from the adjacent room.
- Marko (8/5): Good place to stay near Ref Square - This is a great place to stay for a fre days and is near Red Square and all other nea re by sights. There is a 24 cafe right next to it that serves great coffee and food, and is a bar and restaurant too. The hotel room is small, but cleanup. And the hotel staff are friendly and speak English well enough.

Room was not spacious but the comfort of the bed/bedding and its just what I needed for 1 night. Air conditioner worked well (it was hot in Moscow). Only draw back was lack of iron and ironing board in room, if you want to use one they have it in a spare room that you iron there and not in your room. Bathroom provided good hot and cold water. WiFi was very good and fast. Have to go up two sets of stairs to get to lobby and rooms, not a problem for majority of people. Hotel location was close to Metro (5 minute walk) Plenty of options for restaurants/food in area. Within a 10 minute walk to more restaurants and shops. Red Square, Kremlin and St Basil Cathedral a 15 minute walk. Safe to walk at night. Overall would recommend hotel for a stay in Moscow.

Friendly, helpful staff at reception desk, who helped me to book a table in restaurant nearby. Room is not to large, but for one person it is really good. Everything is clean and comfy.
