• Sandra Maria (8/5): Um bom hotel em Izmir, uma cidade incrível - A localização do hotel é excelente, e permite visitar as quase todas principais atrações da cidade a pé. O quarto é confortável, de um bom tamanho, e a cama, muito aconchegante. O breakfast é ótimo, super completo. O único senão é esquema confuso de limpeza do quarto. Você precisa ler todos os inúmeros avisos em papel para saber que eles limpam o quarto uma noite sim outra não, a partir da segunda noite, e que para limparem todo dia (o que também implica repor as 2 garrafas de água e e retirar o lixo) é preciso por um alerta verde do lado de fora. Tudo em nome da sustentabilidade. Parece mais corte de custo do que sustentabilidade. No meu caso, em quatro dias, limparam o quarto uma vez. Ainda assim, paradoxalmente, o hotel é bem limpo. O esquema de limpeza é complexo e executado sem constância.

Banheiro escuro e chuveiro sem porta ou proteção, molhando muito o lado de fora. Como fiquei no 7o andar, sofri com barulho de movimento dos móveis no andar do restaurante no 8o andar.
• John (10/5): Very nice hotel / excellent 4-night stay - The location - 1 block away from the waterfront and one of the water taxi piers - was excellent - we mostly stayed in that area. Hotel breakfast was excellent, and excellent location (roof - with tables both inside and outside). We splurged for a suite with a water view. The suite exceeded our expectations (even had a 2nd toilet/sink) and watching the water taxis come and go - and the sunset - made the extra cost worth it in my opinion. We never dined at the hotel's restaurant on the top floor (except for breakfast) so cannot comment on that other than it looked expensive and more elaborate than what we wanted. So we ate all of our dinners at the sports bar. The pizza there gets a special mention - the crust was extremely good - they must have a wood-fired oven in the back that they use. All hotel staff I interacted with were pleasant. The sports bar - obviously a part of the hotel - apparently takes reservations for the locals. One night we went down there for dinner and found EVERY inside table reserved. Some big soccer match. What sports bar on the planet takes reservations? This one. I don't think they should allow reservations such that hotel guests cannot even use the hotel's own sports bar. We found a table outside that wasn't reserved - we finished our meal and left before most of the 'reserved' tables were ever occupied.

• Büsra (5/5): Würde nicht nochmal kommen. - Lage Die Mitarbeiter sahen alle etwas unzufrieden aus mit ihrem Job. Die Zimmer waren sehr stickig und immer wenn wir reinkamen war da so ein komischer Abflussgeruch im Raum. Dadurch, dass es so stickig war, konnte man nachts kaum schlafen. Es hat denke ich mal vielleicht daran gelegen, dass die Lüftungsanlagen defekt waren. Man hatte sich beschwert und erst in der letzten Nacht konnte man wieder halbwegs gut schlafen. Ich frage mich, wann die Vorhänge das letzte Mal gewaschen worden sind? Die waren wortwörtlich fast schwarz vor Dreck vor allem oben. Die Fenster wurden zwar gereinigt, aber glaube eher nur mit Wasser, und sogar danach waren Flecken auf dem Fenster zu sehen. Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich befriedigend. Mal war es eine kalt gewordene Suppe, die man getrunken hat, mal hatte etwas gefehlt am Buffet. Manchmal gab es leider kein frisches Obst. Der Tee war auch nicht warm. Das schlimmste war, dass wir mitbekommen mussten, wie ein Hotelgast aus einem Servierlöffel gegessen hat und es wieder zurück gelegt hatte. Da würde man sich wünschen, dass ein Mitarbeiter am Buffet steht und es betreut, um solche ekelhaften Situationen zu vermeiden.

Nonetheless I received an email from radisson saying that I created a radisson reward account, which I did not and did not want. Furthermore temrinating the account (that I did not create) requires another online-form, that I do not want to submit for obvious reasons.

• Xiaotong (4/5): 卫生管理水平差，设施质量差，服务水平不一致。 - 地理位置好，在我忍无可忍抱怨卫生间下水道臭味和房间不干净后，前台还是愿意帮我换房间，赠送了水果。 第一：需要认真清洁地板，更换新的干净的被套枕套，需要维修下水道，让卫生间不泛恶臭味道，这是最起码的！！第二，水龙头水小，空调风很小，马桶水量大的按钮按下去没反应，部分前台人员态度冷漠，觉得就是这样的。这和经济发达的中国酒店设施以及服务水准相比，落后太多！这家也是我在土耳其住的5家酒店里，水平最差的，你们真的应该好好反省改进下，也希望你们的总经理看见这篇意见。
• Cana (8/5): - The hotel is quite well located. The room was nicely decorated, looked quite new and was very clean. Just a little bit dark and warm. I had no noise problems even though it’s situated on a main road. One can be at nice restaurants and cafes just after a short walk. The breakfast was very satisfactory and came even with sea view. Personnel in general were nice and polite. I think I would stay here again for short getaways.

• Mae (8/5): Good hotel in a convenient location - Convenient location and short walk to the seaside. Our suite could accommodate our family of 4 and had an extra toilet, which was very useful! We rented a car and staff assisted with parking it in the hotel car park for us. Although we booked a sea view suite, it was a very limited view as there are two large buildings between the hotel and the sea (see photo). It was fine because we just walked out to the promenade instead…

Guvenli otoparki bizim icin cok ønemliydi ve burasi oldukca guvenliydi. Kahvaltida bir tik daha fazla cesit olabilirdi fakat bu sekilde de cogu otelin uzerindeydi. Yolumuz Izmir e duserse kesinlikle tekrar tercihim olur.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit einer separat gebuchten Bootstour und mussten eine Nacht stornieren, normalerweise war es kostenlos nicht möglich aber das Personal war sehr kulant und hat uns die insgesamt zwei Nächte storniert und den gesamten Preis erstattet, vielen Dank!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Orkac (8/5): - Lage. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bei der Sauberkeit – vor allem an den Fenstern – gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Insgesamt fühlt es sich eher wie ein einfaches B&B an.

• Moti (5/5): Discomfort Caused by Strong Odor - The hotel staff were polite and approachable. They acknowledged the issue, accepted responsibility, and apologized for the inconvenience. While this did not resolve the situation itself, I appreciated their calm and respectful attitude. I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel İzmir and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering this is marketed as a luxury hotel. When I first entered the room, there was a faint smell, but it wasn’t very noticeable. I opened the ventilation and didn’t think much of it. However, during the night, the smell became progressively worse and eventually unbearable. It was clearly a strong sewage-like odor coming from the bathroom. Due to the intensity of the smell, I started experiencing a headache, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and concerning. I contacted reception and, after waiting around 10–15 minutes, I was offered a different room. However, I was told that I had to move all my belongings myself because the next day was a cleaning day. This meant that at around 12:30 AM, I had to pack and carry my luggage from one room to another — something I would never expect in a hotel of this category. What made the situation even more frustrating was that no one came to inspect the room, investigate the source of the smell, or offer any meaningful assistance. The odor kept getting worse every time I entered the room, and the issue was simply left unresolved. Being exposed to such conditions, experiencing physical discomfort, and having to move rooms late at night on my own is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a luxury experience. Sadly, this stay did not meet even basic expectations in terms of comfort and service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far from what one would expect from a Radisson property.

Ovaj put smo dobili jako malu sobu, kupatilo je bilo minijaturno, i nismo dobili bočice sa vodom, vjerovatno su zaboravili ostaviti, ali obzirom da smo došli kasno u noći sa puta, to nam je stvarno nedostajalo.
