Que nos cobrarán un suplemento por llegar por la noche, cuando nuestra hora de llegada (condicionada por nuestro vuelo) no requirió que nos esperara y atendiera nadie del personal, sino que nos dejaron la llave en un armario junto con unas indicaciones. Además, el lavabo se atascaba y tuvimos que quitar el desagüe para evitarlo. Por último nos sorprendió que la ducha no dispusiera de gel y champú . Únicamente nos dejaron un bote minúsculo de gel para 3 noches. Tuvimos que comprar champú.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great room, fantastic location - Great location! Right in the middle of luxury shopping, and easily walkable to all attractions. In the evening there were opera singers in the piazza! The room was nice and clean with daily housekeeping. It was a few floors up, but the elevator was reliable. We were staying in town after checkout, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and pick it up on our way to the train station. The reception is t staffed all the time, and we were delayed getting into town, so we missed our appointment to check in. It wasn't really an issue though, we just had to call the number and someone came by right away.

• Lindsay (8/5): - The location of this hotel was perfect! The elevator was charming and thought the codes for entry were a great idea. The bed was very comfortable and the water had good pressure and got hot as well. There were several places to plug in things which i appreciated! We didn't have an issue with soundproofing so there must not have been people next door to us. I wish there was a safe in the room to keep my passport and computer in. I ended up taking my passport with me but would have preferred to leave it in a safe place at the hotel. I also wish there was a place to sit besides the bed.

Da ritornarci assolutamente - camera molto confortevole e silenziosa, arredata in stile contemporaneo e con gusto raffinato buone dotazioni con macchina Nepresso e prodotti toilette essenziali affaccio sulla deliziosa Piazza Santa Trinità e Via Tornabuoni posizione centralissima nel cuore del salotto buono della città possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in loco dopo il check out il lavabo di design esterno al bagno bello esteticamente ma non è proprio comodissimo

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und trotz Buchung und Bestätigung erhielten wir ein Doppelbett, anstatt zwei Einzelbetten mit EINER gemeinsamen Bettdecke. Nicht verfügbare/erreichbare Rezeption, Seife wurde von der Putzfrau entfernt, obwohl nur einmal verwendet.

There was no breakfast included but great options nearby for a cappuccino and croissant! There was really nothing disappointing about this place! Very nice, comfortable and modern room and bathroom. Host was very friendly and kind. The elevator is very small and sometimes it doesn’t work.

Everything was walkable from the apartment - good restaurants, famous landmarks, museums and even the overlooking view of Florence. We would have loved to have a microwave inside our room to heat up food, but it's not a deal-breaker. We still enjoyed our stay.

Disponibilité du personnel sur place et par messages. Matelas beaucoup trop mou (avis personnel!) Pour le prix il serait appréciable de disposer de quelques agréments tel que crème pour le corps, bouilloire et tasse pour le thé.

• Lena (9/5): Perfect location, stylish interior, the overall impression is great! - Easy to find and check in. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room is stylishly decorated. Tea, capsule coffee maker, complimentary bottle of water. Comfortable bed. We didn't need public transport - thanks to the hotel's convenient location. We walked everywhere, explored the city and when we got tired, we went back to the hotel to take a rest before the next walk. Not the best soundproofing. There where three HUGE fragrance diffusers – one in the hallway, one in the room, one in the bathroom. All the time I was afraid of accidentally knocking the diffuser off the table – this could lead to a disaster.

Το στρώμα ήταν πάρα πολύ μαλακό, το σεντόνι ήταν σκισμένο, το πάπλωμα δεν είχε παπλωματοθήκη, δεν υπήρχαν βραστήρας, κουτάλια και φλιτζάνια, ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν και μας τα έφεραν την άλλη ημέρα. Την ημέρα της άφιξης μας, περιμέναμε 1 ώρα έξω από το κατάλυμα παρότι είχαμε ειδοποιήσει ότι φθάνουμε σε λίγα λεπτά, διότι δεν μας είχε ενημερώσει κανένας ότι έπρεπε να χτυπήσουμε ένα συγκεκριμένο κουδούνι για να μας ανοίξουν. Τα λουλούδια στο μπαλκόνι χρειάζονται φροντίδα.
• Janet (5/5): Frightened by lack of safe emergency exit. - The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It was also nice and quiet at night. Nice to have a kettle and coffee maker and the small table and chairs were perfect for us. During our stay there was a fire alarm. An announcement on a loudspeaker said to vacate the building quickly, using the staircase. At the same time there was a power cut. There were no emergency lights inside the hotel. The front door of the property can only be opened with a key from the inside. With no electricity there was no light. It was hard to find our keys and we had to use our phones to find our way to the main door, and put our key in the lock to open the door to make an emergency exit. We would have been trapped inside the building if we had not found our key - and we only had one set! What if one of us had left and had the key to get back inside? The remaining person would have been trapped inside.

• Angelo (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Posizione super centrale, a due passi da Ponte Vecchio. Camera molto carina, soprattutto per la vista (il balconcino era delizioso). Tutto pulito, staff gentile. Non potevamo regolare la temperatura, la stanza risultava eccessivamente calda e le pareti delle stanze sono troppo sottili, riuscivamo a sentire gli altri ospiti.

On entend tout dans la rue, les gens qui parlent dans le couloir ou dans les chambres. Douche très petite et pas pratique pour se laver les cheveux longs. Manque de place pour poser les produits de beauté et maquillage ! J’aurais bien aimé avoir au moins une capsule de café par jour.

Lo staff davvero gentilissimo, venuto incontro a diverse richieste, come anticipare il check-in o poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out mentre visitavamo la città. La stanza è piccola, ma non stretta. Il bagno spazioso e fornito con il giusto necessario. Il balconcino una vera chicca! È vero che si sentono le chiacchiere nel corridoio, ma nonostante fosse sabato sera è stato davvero molto tranquillo. Dipende molto dall'educazione degli ospiti! Mi sento di consigliare questo b&b, e sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo qui quando tornerò a Firenze.

• Marta (2/5): Imposible descansar por el ruido, sin aislamiento acústico - Buena ubicación, personal amable con fácil comunicación Las paredes no tenían ningún tipo de aislamiento, se oía absolutamente todo, tanto conversaciones como ruidos de entrada/ salida. Ruido de fiesta hasta las 4 am.

Ascensore vecchio e piccolo, avevo portato mia figlia neonata e il passeggino non ci entrava, dovevo ogni volta smontarlo e chiuderlo, molto scomodo. Check-in per forza entro le ore 20:00, come nel mio caso, per chi quel giorno lavora fino alle 16:00 e viene da lontano non é fattibile. E viene detto solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato il soggiorno. Oltretutto avevo prenotato una stanza con vista “sui monumenti”, la vista affacciava su un tetto coperto, quindi non si vedeva altro che un tetto con i muri…

Ottima l’accoglienza dello staff al check-in, ci son stati forniti tanti consigli utili anche per mangiare, e gentilissima la signora della portineria! Ci torneremo sicuramente😊

• Claudio (9/5): Inmejorable ubicacion y atención - La ubicación inmejorable. En pleno centro de Florencia. El diseño de la habitación. Es muy tranquilo a la noche a pesar de lo céntrico. Tiene servicio de limpieza diario y agua y café de cortesía. Muy amable la atención. Las sabanas tenían una mancha de sangre seca. No funcionaba el frigobar ni la TV. Sin embargo lo solucionaron de inmediato. El colchón está vencido y era incomodo.

Letto super comodo (anche se avrei preferito un materasso unico piuttosto che due singoli attaccati) e bagno molto carino e funzionale.
