• Henri (9/5): Prettig betaalbaar verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar. - Zeer prettige en enthousiaste gastheer. Maakt een gezellig praatje en geeft goede tips voor waar je lekker kunt eten en mooie routes in de omgeving. Eigenlijk niets.
• Marialuce (6/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, davvero strategica per visitare comodamente le Langhe. Anche la colazione era varia e di buona qualità. Nei corridoi e in camera faceva molto freddo. Nonostante avessimo richiesto una stufa – che ci è stata fornita – questa ha avuto un cortocircuito e lo staff non è stato in grado né di sostituirla né di offrirci un cambio di camera o una soluzione alternativa per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Una situazione deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel che si definisce a quattro stelle!

• Linda (7/5): Bof - L’emplacement est bien , la chambre est spacieuse, le personnel est aimable. La qualité de la literie laisse à désirer et le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris dans le prix de la chambre et reste assez basique pour un 4 étoiles. Les portes de la douche ne se fermaient pas correctement et impossible d’utiliser le jacuzzi extérieur car en panne..

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Alba, nel cuore delle Langhe. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Lo staff simpaticissimo, molto attento e disponibile. Il WiFi non era il massimo, ma non mi è servito. Cuscino per me troppo morbido (disponibile un altro extra in camera).

Je loopt in ca. 25 min richting het centrum, over een weg met allerhande winkels, e.d. Er staan fietsen tot je beschikking. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, goed en veelzijdig ontbijt goede parkeermogelijkheden en een gym, alhoewel geen gebruik van gemaakt. Niente

• Katrin (9/5): A charming small hotel in a beautiful surrounding - A charming small hotel. Feels very cosy. Beautiful garden. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. The outdoor swimming pool was closed (October). The location is a 20 min walk to the historic center. Walking at night felt quite safe, tho and during the day you can rent the bike, so not really a problem.

• amst04 (8/5): Alba i tryffeltider - Personalen var välkomnande och hjälpsam oavsett vad vi efterfrågade. Hotellet ligger lite utanför centrum men eftersom vi hade bil så var det bra med fri parkering och på sommarhalvåret är det trevligt att det finns trädgård/uteplats vid boendet vilket fanns här. Vårt rum hade en egen liten uteplats med eftermiddagssol. Rummet var rymligt med plats för två fåtöljer. Frukosten var typiskt italienskt, som svensk hade vi uppskattat ett bättre urval av bröd, på kakfronten fanns det mer än tillräckligt. Plus för att det fanns cyklar att låna, tyvärr saknade de dock lyktor. Det fanns kylskåp på rummet . Vi fick ett handikappanpassat rum, märktes endast i badrummet men där var duschen inte speciellt fräsch och toalettstolen satt väldigt lågt. Något märkligt, åter för en svensk, var sängens längd 195 cm, något kort för långa svenskar, och är det dubbelsäng så bäddas det med ett lakan/täcke som man ska ligga och dra i när man är van med vars ett. Poolen var tyvärr stängd för säsongen men var betydligt mindre än vad vi uppfattat på bilderna.

• Ulf (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Service - Das Personal waren professionell, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Unser Auto könnten wir ohne zusätzliche Kosten am Hotel parken. Die Lage war nicht so gut. Um das Stadzentrum zu erreichen müssten wir das Auto benutzen.

Un petit negatif est qu'il faudrai expliqué au gens qu'il y a la clim celle-ci à son bouton deactivation caché derrière une lampe et fait un bruit d'enfer. De la lumière passe sous la porte car les colour's reste allumer toute la nuit directement sur le lit.Et du café soluble dans un hotel italien c'est triste in devrai au moins avoir le choix. Attention le balcon joli mais bcp d'insecte sur les arbre qui sont sur le balcon potentielsement dangereux pour les allergiques ( guepes)

• Irmtraut (10/5): Wir haben uns immer gefreut, wenn wir Zeit im Hotel verbringen konnten. - Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, die angebotenen Produkte sind von hoher Qualität.

• Jannich (9/5): - The staff were so helpful and could not do enough to accommodate us. They gave a bottle of wine on the house when we turned up at the hotel but our luggage hadn't made it to Italy. When it was delivered the next day they paid the 5 Euro charge for us as well. We were able to drink our own wine (bought on a wine tour) in the garden / restaurant with them providing glasss and an opener and when we needed a knife for a picnic they lent us one from the kitchen. The breakfast was really delicious and sitting in the gardens looking at vineyards whilst only being a 20 minute walk from the centre of town was also great. Our room was a really decent size and very comfortable but I think some of the others may be a lot smaller.

• Maria (7/5): - Lovely outdoor area. The location is great as they have bikes you can take into Alba. The ventilation systems were very loud and seem to not get the maintenance as it should. We have visited before without same issue. It seems odd that dogs are allowed in the garden/pool area where you have the sun beds. Several times, a dog owner allowed their dog to urinate in the pool area, unfortunately.

The property itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing pool area, cozy seating, and every detail thought out for comfort. What really made the experience unforgettable, however, was the owner Nicco. His warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond anything I could have expected. From local recommendations to thoughtful touches throughout my stay. He also has great knowledge about wine thus in total a great experience If you are visiting Alba, whether for wine, food, or simply to unwind, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is a perfect combination of comfort luxury, charm, and heartfelt hospitality. I will absolutely return on my next trip here Nothing
