• Selina (10/5): Perfect stay. Lovely hosts! - The hosts are wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and there is a lovely atmosphere. It is well located for the beach only minutes away on foot. The food they serve is also very tasty. The gyros are recommended! The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay again. Nothing.
• Daniela (7/5): - Antonio e Sofia, i gestori della struttura, insieme alla simpaticissima Cristina, loro collaboratrice, sono stati eccezionali ed hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro viaggio indimenticabile. La camera è essenziale, perfetta se non avete "particolari" pretese. Il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola venivano effettati a giorni alterni, mentre la pulizia del bagno e lo svuotamento dei cestini quotidianamente. Il bagno è di piccole dimensioni e la doccia è sprovvista di box (ha una fastidiosissima tenda). Il materasso e i cuscini non sono comodissimi.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great accommodations in quiet part of Zakynthos - This was a basic but lovely apartment in a great area of Zakynthos. The two rooms and separate kitchen/seating area were perfect for our family, especially being on different sleep schedules as we got over our jetlag. It is a very short walk to the waterfront, where there is a lovely swimming beach complete with free umbrellas and loungers provided by the community. There are a number of nice tavernas and a couple of little gifts shops, making it a delightful and quiet destination even in the peak of the tourist season. Antonio and Sofia were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The boat trip that they helped us arrange with Afros Rental Boats (just across the street from the hotel) was perfect and a highlight of our son's trip.

• Megan (7/5): - Friendly place on one of the main streets in Keri Beach village. Spacious rooms / accommodation with decent cafe / restaurant below for breakfast or other meals.
• Faustino (10/5): - La struttura è molto carina e ben tenuta, la posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare, ma la parte migliore del nostro alloggio è stata senza dubbio l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff. Antonio ci ha accolto subito in maniera calorosa, spiegandoci immediatamente tutto quello c'è da sapere e da fare sull'isola, e ha continuato a darci indicazioni ed aiutarci per tutto il tempo della vacanza. E' chiaro come per loro sia importante il benessere dei propri clienti, ci hanno aiutato a prenotare tutte le nostre attività, dal noleggio delle macchine alle escursioni in barca, fino ai suggerimenti su dove andare la sera. Consigliatissimi.

• Marisa (6/5): - Le due cose positive sono la posizione poco distante dal mare (anche se la struttura è sulla strada principale di Keri e quindi abbastanza trafficata ) e la dsponibilita' di Antonio La camera per tre persone è un po' piccola, l'arredamento è datato, il bagno minuscolo senza un mobile d'appoggio , la doccia ristretta con la tenda che si appiccica addosso mentre ci si lava cercando di non allagare il bagno La manutenzione è da rivedere: l'aggancio della doccia era rotto (abbiamo chiesto ad Antonio il favore di aggiustarlo e dopo tre giorni causa weekend è stato sistemato. In bagno non c'è il phone, come invece segnalato su booking . La TV non funziona e lo specchio in camera è da sostituire. Mancano le zanzariere in quanto ci sono molte zanzare. La camera nell' insieme è pulita ma le pulizie non sono state fatte tutti i giorni e abbiamo dovuto chiedere cambio asciugamani e la tovaglia di carta sul tavolo, nonostante fosse sporca per l' uso, non è mai stata cambiata in sei giorni di soggiorno. Su booking la colazione da pagare in struttura è a 10 euro .....sul posto molto di più........ Qualità prezzo non adeguato...... è una struttura da buono quindi il prezzo è troppo alto.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at this property! We rented an apartment and were especially impressed by the on-site restaurant, which is open from 6 AM until 2 AM the next day. It offers a full menu, including an absolutely delicious and authentic pita gyros – one of the best we've ever had! The owners run the restaurant themselves and are always present at the property, which adds a personal and warm touch to everything. They also rent out their own quads, cars, and scooters at much better prices than the local agencies. When it comes to boat rentals or sea excursions, the owner, Antonio, personally calls and organizes everything with trusted agencies. Thanks to this, guests receive a 10% to 20% discount on all such experiences. The beach is only 250 meters away, with a long, sandy entrance into the sea – the water is so warm and pleasant that you could stay in all day. There’s also a large private parking area located just 100 meters behind the property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized holiday!

• Jackie (8/5): Great hosts, good location, and good value for money. - The location was great - very close to the beach with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The owners were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, whether it was just a cheery good morning on our way out for the day, or Antonis offering great advice about best places on the island to visit. The tv in the room wasn't working (apparently none of them do as the system needs a major update) which wasn't a problem for me, however if you're like my partner and like to have the tv on then it might be an issue. Also, the shower cubicle is pretty small and cramped with one of those flimsy shower curtains which wrap around you when it gets wet. If you're claustrophobic you probably won't like it at all. Nothing major though, and all in all it was good value for money.

We base our Reviews on what we Pay, we stay all over the island for New experiences, we range from 2* to 5*, just for the Experience. We paid £28 for the night which is exceptional Value, and Antonio’s and his Family are lovely. He advised us to go to the Windmill Taverna where the Food was also exceptional. we’ll be back for one night this coming September.

The room was clean and equipped with basic utilities. We had fresh towels and A/C was working fine. There was a nice view from the balcony. Very small shower cubicle. The toilet could use some renovation (flush and toilet seat were a bit broken). Wi-Fi rather slow. However these things did not affect our overally good experience.

• David (10/5): Don't Hesitate! - Absolutely fantastic. Antones and Sophia (hope those are spelled right!) were incredible hosts. They helped us arrange everything we needed on the island. They're also amazing cooks!

L'unica cosa che si può migliorare è la doccia che è risultata piccola e con le "tendine" che ti si appiccicano addosso mentre fai la doccia. Ma il prezzo è stato ottimo e a noi è andato benissimo. Antonio e Sofia sono stati disponibilissimi e qualsiasi problema tu abbia loro sono pronti a risolverlo anche per problemi non inerenti la loro struttura. Ci siamo trovati come in famiglia. Quindi tenendo conto del prezzo pagato, della struttura gradevole anche se migliorabile e della grande disponibilità e gentilezza di Antonio e Sofia, considero questa struttura 5 stelle.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Extremely kind hosts, the place is adorable, quiet neighbourhood with stores and restaurants around and really close to the beach (2min walk) and their food is very tasty as well. The only thing I would complain about is that the air conditioning wasn't working (it's really hot) and the mattress wasn't very comfortable because of the springs. I would recommend it anyway as we had a great time there.

• Jonathan (10/5): Great place to stay in Limni Keri - This small studio hotel was amazing. They gave us a small studio with 2 beds (even if we are a couple) so more room for us! Antonio and Sophia (the owners) were always kind and friendly. The lobby, common spaces and the room were cleaned every day, so the place was spotless. The bar and restaurant run by Antonio and Sophia serves good quality food and drinks for very good prices. I strongly reccomend this place if you think to stay in Limni keri, which is a quite area right on the south west side of Zakynthos.
