- Giada (3/5): Günstiger Preis, sehr netter Service und ein gemütliches Bett, aber Schimmel im Bad und fleckige Bettwäsche haben den Au - Der Preis war mit 140 € für zwei Nächte und zwei Personen sehr günstig. Besonders positiv war die Dame an der Rezeption, die überaus nett und höflich war; sie hat uns unkompliziert ein anderes, etwas besseres Zimmer gegeben. Zudem war das Bett sehr gemütlich. Mehr Positives gab es allerdings nicht. Wir haben uns im Hotel leider nicht wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: In der Dusche gab es Schimmel und die Bettwäsche hatte ein paar kleine Flecken. Das hat den Aufenthalt trotz des guten Preises stark getrübt.

- Kenneth (6/5): Good location, but a little expensive for this hotel but served the purpose of being reasonably close to the airport. - Good location There was a banging noise like a door closing every 35 or 40 seconds not overly loud but could be heard. Not sure what it was.

The room was smelling horribly , like cigarettes (even after opening the windows), the bed sheets also. The floor full of dirt stains. The room wasn’t clean at all in general - very poor hygienic conditions.

- Juliane (3/5): Leider nicht empfehlenswert. - Die Lage, Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben während dem Aufenthalt niemand Vorort antreffen können. In unserem Zimmer lief die Toilettenspülung durchgehend, dies hat unseren Schlaf massiv verschlechtert. Wir haben ein neues Zimmer angefragt, welches uns auch einen Tag später zugesprochen wurde, jedoch bei nachfrage wie ein Zimmerwechsel von statten geht kam aufeinmal keinerlei Antwort mehr. Außerdem ist zu erwähnen das die Wände im Bad sehr dreckig waren. Unsere Zimmertür sah aus als wäre sie schon einmal aufgebrochen worden und konnte auch nicht zu 100% schließen. Da wir ein Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht hatten, gingen wir davon aus das auch für 2 Personen Handtücher zu finden sein werden. Auch hier wurden wir enttäuscht und auch auf diese Anfrage kam leider keine Antwort.

- Oleksandr (1/5): Scam! Die Fotos auf Booking sehen komplett anders aus als die Realität! - Die Lage ist super, die S-Bahn ist in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Leider ist der Raum selbst absolut nicht bewohnbar, wenn man keine gesundheitlichen Probleme riskieren möchte. Der Zustand war extrem unhygienisch, sodass man sich ernsthaft Sorgen um Sauberkeit und mögliche Hautprobleme machen muss Die Fotos entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität. Der Raum war eklig und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es roch überall stark nach Gras, was sehr unangenehm war. Zudem lagen Haare auf dem Bett, was ein klares Zeichen mangelnder Sauberkeit ist. Insgesamt herrschten schreckliche Bedingungen. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

- Pamela (1/5): Depressing for €550. - Location only They charged me twice the rate shown on booking.com website for the same dates. I was scammed and lost €200 as I stayed for one week. That is, I was over charged by €200 according to what they advertised for the same dates and period of time. My room was not serviced for 3 days and I had to request that they service my room. I emptied my own rubbish in the dumpster at the back of the hotel cause there was 3 days worth of rubbish.

- Robert (6/5): - Clean hotel close to the Düsseldorf Zoo train station. Had a kettle, instant coffee, biscuits and sweets. Bathroom was clean and relatively new looking. There was a strong smell of fabric softener in the room, which I'm allergic too.

- Richárd (1/5): Worst stay ever - smoke smell, dirty room and no slepp - Unfortunately, our stay at Berolina Haus surpassed all of our previous negative experiences. The room provided to us did not match the photos at all. Although the receptionist informed us that smoking was not allowed in the building, as soon as we entered our room, we were hit by a very strong smell of tobacco, and airing it out did not help. The floor and the window sill were dirty, and there were dents on the inside of the bathroom door that looked like they had been caused by someone punching it. The bed was also dirty. The walls and the light switches were dirty as well. After we informed them that this was not the type or quality of room we had booked and that we could not accept it, the receptionist initially told us that they were fully booked and could not offer another room. After some back-and-forth, she eventually managed to provide a different room. This one resembled the rooms shown in the photos more closely, but it was still dirty. Just when we thought that after the bad first impressions we would finally be able to rest, from midnight until 4 a.m. (!!!) we were repeatedly woken up by other guests loudly laughing, running around in an intoxicated state, and at one point by someone who apparently fell right in front of our door. Naturally, the receptionist was only present until 10 p.m., so there was no one to report the issue to during the night. It was the worst experience of our lives, and I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this place. I am also attaching photos.

Habíamos reservado para dos semanas y fue importante permanecer allí. La limpieza, la implementación (no tenía nada, solo un hervidor, sin tazas ni vasos) Telas de araña en el baño, acceso muy sucio, paredes sucias , sin espacio. Lo abandonamos luego de la primera noche y no nos reembolsaron nada
