• Bruno (8/5): Simple BB at a good location. Deserves some improvements. - Location. Terrace for breakfast is a big advantage but is neglected. Very valuable breakfast. Just deceiving that there is no bread and just toasts. This time we were in the room Arabia. We prefered the room mandarino, which is the only one where you do not have to go outside through the corridor to your bathroom. On the other hand the mattress in mandarino has a bad smell and deserves to be discarded.

Apenas 2 detalhes que podem ser melhorados; não há local para apoiar shampoo e sabonete no box e o ralo do chuveiro está solto. Internet não funciona muito bem no quarto mas no hall funciona. Barulho da rua- lixeiro passa as 5:10 am e faz bastante barulho. Mas isso não pode ser controlado pelo estabelecimento.

The room was clean and comfortable and there is a very nice roof terrace overlooking the cathedral. Communication was very good and access was straightforward (all done remotely). A big thank you to the staff for arranging an early Sunday morning breakfast for us so we were able to depart on time to catch our flight. If you have mobility issues, be aware the property is at the top of three flights of stairs. Similarly, if you want staff in attendance to welcome you, this place probably isn't for you. For us it was fine.

Eigenes Badezimmer, allerdings ausserhalb, im Gang. W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert (man konnte sich nicht einwählen)

Bruits de moteur, de klaxon, d'éclats de voix Indication de parking sur l’annonce alors que c’est faux il faut stationner le véhicule sur la chaussée ou prendre un parking public payant L’annonce prévoit également un petit déjeuner copieux mais l’indisponibilité de la cuisine nous a amené à déjeuner au bar situé au rez de chaussée avec une convention minime d’une boisson et une viennoiserie par personne! Bref, annonce complètement hors sujet!

• Chloé (10/5): - Excellent séjour dans ce B&B ! L’emplacement est vraiment central, avec en plus une superbe vue depuis la terrasse, ce qui est un vrai plus. La chambre était impeccable, extrêmement propre, ce qui est vraiment très appréciable. La salle de bain est bien équipée avec des produits de toilette et un sèche-cheveux. Malgré une légèrement bruyante, cela reste tout à fait acceptable et n’a pas du tout gâché notre séjour. La communication avec l’établissement a été fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Le petit déjeuner, inclus, est bon et permet de bien commencer la journée en pleine forme. Un grand merci à la dame de ménage, qui est vraiment adorable ! Porte de la salle de bain difficile à fermée

• Urszula (10/5): Niesamowite miejsce na nocleg w Catanii z cudownym tarasem! ❤️ - Super lokalizacja, zaraz koło bazyliki Św. Agaty, blisko wszędzie, nawet na przystanek autobusowy skąd można przyjechać/pojechać na lotnisko. Bezpieczna okolica. Taras widokowy to naprawdę coś niesamowitego! Byłam w lutym i można zjeść śniadanie na tarasie. Wieczorem można przyjść i podziwiać Katanię nocą. Sam pokój zadbany, czysty, czyste ręczniki, sa przybory toaletowe, jest czajnik, można zrobić sobie kawę/herbate-jest idealnie!Pyszne śniadanie, bardzo miła Pani prowadząca to miejsce :) polecam!

• Florine (9/5): Séjour très agréable à côté des belles places du centre ville :) - Chambre et salle de bain très propre et surtout très très bien située (centre ville), explications claires pour l’arrivée. Belle terrasse mais nous sommes partis trop tôt et donc n’avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Plutôt bruyant (plusieurs passages dans les couloirs puisqu’il y a plusieurs chambres), attention la rue au pied de la chambre est une zone ZTL donc interdit de se garer.

Las camas eran cómodas y había aire acondicionado. Había espacio para guardar la ropa y también para tender en caso de haber lavado. El baño también era muy amplio, y la limpieza estuvo excelente.

• Ralf (8/5): - Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Frühstücksterrasse ist ein Plus. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft. Positiv anzumerken ist auch, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, das Gepäck nach dem Checkout noch stehen zu lassen. Die Kommunikation über Booking wie auch über WhatsApp war teils nur schwer möglich wegen der enormen zeitlichen Verzögerungen, mit denen einem (wenn überhaupt) geantwortet wird. Der gesamte Check-in läuft automatisch, man hat keinen menschlichen Ansprechpartner. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig, auch intern. Ohropax nicht vergessen!

Probabilmente l`idea del bagno si privato ma fuori dalla stanza. Ti ritrovi comunque a dover trasportare tutte le cose da una parte all`altra.

• Giulia (9/5): Buon BnB - Il BnB delle Terrazze di Santachiara ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. La camera era pulita, con bagno privato, appendiabiti, tavolo con due sedie, cassettiera, letto e cuscini comodi. Ai lati del letto c’erano due comodini con lucine da notte e un piccolo balcone che permetteva di cambiare l’aria facilmente. In generale, una stanza ottima, dotata del necessario per sistemarsi in modo confortevole. La posizione è ideale: vicina al centro e comoda anche per il rientro serale. Il check-in è autonomo e il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. La colazione, prevalentemente dolce, offriva una discreta varietà di prodotti. Nel complesso, è un buon BnB per chi non ha esigenze particolari. Piccole note da segnalare: manca l’ascensore e per raggiungere la struttura bisogna salire tre rampe di scale, così come una rampa per accedere alla terrazza (niente di particolarmente faticoso). Inoltre, il bagno era privo di tappetino — e uscire dalla doccia poteva risultare scivoloso — e uno dei tre lumini da notte era privo di lampadina. In sintesi, un ottimo BnB per chi cerca autonomia e semplicità, senza particolari pretese.

• nachum (7/5): - מיקום החדרים מצוין, טווח של הליכה ברגל לכל מקום. מרפסת הגג נחמדה ומאד נחמד לשבת לאכול ארוחת בוקר שם(חבל שהיה כל כך חם) בחדר המזגן היה מצוין,המקלחת מרווחת וגם מי שדואגת למקום הייתה שרותית ונעימה. התקשורת עם המקום גרועה.לא מצאנו חניה במשך למעלה משעתיים וכששלחנו הודעה ענתה לנו מישהי בשם שרון אחרי חצות. בעזרת שוטרים מצאנו חניון בתשלום(מאד יקר,אבל לא הייתה ברירה) את ארוחת בוקר אפשר לאכול בחדר פנימי אבל לא מפעילים מזגן וזה ממש לא נעים בחום קיצוני כמו שהיה בשהייתנו שם. החדרים בקומה שלישית וא.הבוקר מוגשת בעוד קומה למעלה,קצת תלול וקשה למבוגרים.
• Marguerite (9/5): Pratique, facile et calme - Chambre très bien placée dans le centre mais dans une rue calme, arrivée très facile (échange whatsapp + boîte à clefs) malgré l'heure tardive, petit déjeuner très agréable servi sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je n'avais pas compris que la salle de bain (privée) n'était pas attenante à la chambre. Même si elle est très proche, c'est un peu moins pratique. L'aération de la salle de bain n'est pas bonne.

• Fabiooo63 (9/5): Appartamento delizioso in centro a Catania - Posizione ideale per una gita a Catania, camera arredata bene e bagno confortevole con una bella doccia, ristrutturata di recente, climatizzata molto bene. Vista incantevole dal terrazzo al terzo piano senza ascensore quindi non adatta a persone con problemi, ma grazie a Dio stiamo bene e dopo le abbuffate Catanesi ci sta un pò di moto. Non sarebbe stato male avere una convenzione con i vari parcheggi custoditi nella zona, visto che una notte di parcheggio mi è costata 25€
• Florence (8/5): - Great place to stay. Super easy to walk to the lively area of town (less than 5 minutes away). Clean room, comfortable beds. Super spacious. Plus a vending machine and fridge in the communal area that you can use. Breakfast was okay, not many options but enough to have a bite before you start your day! Just beware that the bathrooms are detached from the rooms (this is on the listing but you may miss it)! Not an issue at all as it was super close to the room. Also note that the rooms are at the top of the building, so you have to climb 6 flights of stairs to get up! Not an issue for us but good to know if it may be a problem for you.

• Angela (7/5): Super Lage, nettes Personal - Gute Lage, man ist sehr schnell bei allen wesentlichen Orten (Elefantenbrunnen, Fischmarkt, S. Agata, Via Crociferi, Via Etna), auch beim Alibus vom und zum Flughafen. Frühstück auf der Terazza ist nett, aber vom Blick sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Badezimmer ist extern, aber vollkommen in Ordung. Es gibt AC, was bei 35 Grad hilfreich war. Alles in allem sympathisch.

• Vojtěch (8/5): Nice stay overal, except the bathroom experience. - Location. Although the bathroom is private, it is in a different room, so you need to cross the main hall to get there. We left the bathroom unlocked for 1 min and another person used it :)
