The beautiful high ceilings, space heaters in the the bedrooms and the fully stocked kitchen were appreciated. The furniture and hot tub could be cleaner. - Ali (6/5): Nice place but dishonest practices - I liked the location and beautiful sounding and nice luxurious furniture, beds,... I also enjoyed the hot tub, and it felt like we are at home. After booking, I realized there is a barbecue, my wife contacted them over the phone to confirm if the BBQ is available and the propane tank is full. They confirmed the fact and we planned our meals based on that. We did our grocery shopping for the trip based on that just to arrive and realize it doesn't excist there. After calling them they denied it was advertised, and denied us calling them. Later on I realized we had booked a unit that was equipped with BBQ but they assigned another unit that didn't have it. They didn't offer any solution other than denying all of above.

There are noise restrictions but the neighbours did not stick to them.

Glad we had a car as this just made everything so much easier. Close to marketplace for shopping and 2 minute drive to village fro anything else. If you dont have a car, get lockers in the village to store your ski's. The hot tub was awesome. Not much, we had planned form teh location so there were no surprises. The insane lines on weekends, definately plan your ski days for mid week.

Check-in was easy. We had a problem with the wifi, and a tech support staff member showed up and resolved the issue in 15 minutes. We also had a problem with the DVD player. and the person who was helping us (Allison?) was very patient and walked us through all the steps on the phone and troubleshooting until the problem was resolved (we ended up figuring out that the dvd player was not hooked up to the tv). Such a comfortable, relaxing place to come back to and so nice to have a great kitchen perfectly equipped so we could do our own meals. the grounds are so well maintained and the plantings out our patio door wonderful sight for the eyes! Montebello is a wonderful place to stay!
- Tammi (10/5): Loved it! - Absolutely loved this condo, plenty of space for all of us and convenient 10-15 min walk to the village. It was clean and had all you need to enjoy the comforts of home on vacation. My only disappointment was it was really hot the few days we were there and it was hard to cool off at night and get comfortable.
