• Roman (9/5): Wunderbares, einfaches Hotel im Historischen Viertel - Bequemes Bett, weitgehend sauberes Zimmer, Dusche/Toilette/Waschbecken getrennt (wenn auch nur durch nicht wirklich abschliessende Milchglastüren), geräumiges Zimmer, gute Lage, hilfsbereites Personal. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen! Die Plissees vor den Fenstern sind auf der Aussenseite sehr schmutzig und wenn man sie runterlässt, tönt es, als würde Sand oder so runterlaufen… die sollten ersetzt oder gereinigt werden.

• david (10/5): WOW! A truly amazing hotel in an incredible city - Oh. My. Gosh. The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico (and you wouldn’t know it from the outside, very unassuming). First every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, they’re just the greatest. Next the rooms are so bright and clean, HUGE windows letting in all the light. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Next is the location, right in Centro with an incredible bakery across the street and surrounded by out of this world local restaurants. The roof top patio is beautiful with views of the city, steeples and domes. All this and the rooms are completely quiet at night with amazing room darkening shades. I slept better here than at home. Absolutely nothing. I can’t wait to return

Me dijeron que podía hacer el Check in antes de las 3 según la disponibilidad, y fueron tan amables que lo hicieron a las 10am, eso fue un alivio ya que quería acostarme y descansar después del vuelo, en general una muy buena experiencia, volvería a ir. • Christoph (7/5): Sehr angenehm und gute Lage - Gut gelegen, nicht direkt am Zentral Platz aber dafür ruhig, komplett ohne Lärm. Super freundliche Bedienstete. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Direkt zwischen Künstlermarkt und Zentrum gelegen. Man geht etwa 7-10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Für uns ideal, aber für Gehschwache Besucher vielleicht zu viel. Nicht traditionell eingerichtet, eher im modern/business Stil. Auch das ist kein Nachteil, aber was will man sonst schreiben, wenn eigentlich alles gut war und man was negatives nennen soll.

The staff is fantastic, and always friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center with everything you want nearby. Finally, a great price for a comfortable stay. It's the second time I've stayed here, and the quality remains.

• Charles (10/5): - The other reviews pretty much cover all the important info. I'll just add some praise for the rooftop terrace: it has multiple tables, a couple of outlets, and WiFi coverage. It's ideal if you want to get some work done on the computer without spending money to go out to a cafe. Be aware: the hotel is right next to a busy street. Light sleepers will need earplugs.

Me Volvería a hospedar allí….
• Carmen (8/5): Our stay was pleasant. - Friendly staff. Close to Zócalo. I would had rather had an extra pillow instead of a single one. But I’m pretty sure that the staff would had accommodate my preferences if I had requested one. There was no tissues provided or bottle waters.
• Dan (7/5): Good value - good and simple hotel located right at the back of the town center I would advise asking to get a room facing the rear, also I had to call the reception at 3am to ask them to tell one of the guests to keep the noise down.
