- Raymond (4/5): Stay in a different hotel in another town - The highlight was checking in and the first room smelled of weed with a rubber glove and a pill on the nightstand. Second room they gave us you had to twist the handle, do a little dance and then turn the knob down to get in. Sheets felt like they still had detergent on them same as the towels. Definitely an over priced stay.

- Virginia (10/5): Great Place - This place was exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental. Hot chocolate, coffee, and tea are served in the lobby all evening as well as coffee and tea in the room. The room was very spacious. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I would stay again.
- Judy (8/5): Very pleased... - I was kind of apprehensive about this hotel, seeing it was the only one in Syracuse, KS. However, when we got inside the lobby, it was modern, clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and when we got to the room, it was a wonderful surprise! Very clean and modern, comfortable beds, and all the amenities. The only "huh?" moment came in the morning when I stepped in the shower. The shower head was terribly old and caked with hard water crustiness and the cap for the faucet was cracked and ugly. The shower stall itself was modern and very nice. When we checked out, I talked to who i think was the manager. She was very aware of the situation and said she was in the process of getting new shower heads and faucets. I hope she does! That was the only downside of our stay...nothing that will keep us away in the future, though. I definitely would recommend this hotel!

- Valerie (2/5): - They sent us to a room that was not what we had for our reservation, and then gave us a hard time saying they were full, and there was nothing they could do.The hotel was obviously not full yet, the parking lot was empty. We had a reservation for 2 queen beds and gave us a king. She was about to try and make our kids, and us, share one bed. We finally got our room, so it apparently wasn't taken. She also was not very helpful directing us to our room. The hotel was very clean though, and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping was great, but front staff, at night, was not.

Nice lounge area with inviting and clean furniture, best place to stay within a 70+ mile radius. There was nothing to not like, but if you want a big breakfast spread, this hotel does not offer that, rather, offers an acceptable breakfast.

- Georgeanna (4/5): - We were given Room 231, in the corner, upstairs, where all the sounds of the big trucks (and there were many throughoutout the night) were caught by this room. In addition, the heater wouldn't turn off and woke us up frequently until we unplugged it. Also, you could hear every sound going up and down the stairs (thin walls) to the breakfast area. If you want to sleep, ask for a room that is quiet and doesn't have these weaknesses. Staff was excellent, however. They can't "fix" these issues, except to NOT rent that room (and it wasn't cheap) to anyone who is sound sensitive.
