Nancy (8/5): Nature Retreat - The Hacienda is beautiful. Serene and quiet. The trip up the mountain is a dream. They advertise having a restaurant which is actually a cafe. Very limited choices several of which were not available. I ordered the chicken and couldn't eat it

Eric (6/5): I didn’t feel any love there - They gave me a room right next to the pool filter unit and I would have to hear that all night. I asked them for a room with a view because the place was empty and the view I had was of the pool unit out the window making the noise that it makes while it’s working cleaning the pool thank God I was able to change room with my daughter that had a room a little further down the place was very beautiful but the way they keep their animals is horrible that she need to be shared. The peacocks are in a dirty pen. We felt very bad for those animals. I have animals if you’re not gonna take care of them also, the restaurant is not open during the week so to go eat, we had to drive down to the town that only had a pizzeria that’s open. The town was great but in the morning they don’t even have coffee to serve for you. Place that price their cell phone coffee. I don’t have any coffee kind of defeats the purpose. I’m very sorry that we will not be coming back there again. I didn’t really feel any love in that place.

Keysha (5/5): No vuelvo. - Solo nos gustó el personal de el restaurante, fueron muy amables y los precios económicos. La habitación, el servicio a la habitación fue 0. La habitación incómoda y muy pequeña.

El personal del restaurante, a pesar de que no tenían clientela ya que el hotel estaba vacío, nos dieron un trato hostil. Nos hablaban como si molestáramos. Como si les molestara el tener q dejar los celulares a un lado para atendernos. En cuanto a la comida, estaba muy buena, por lo que el próximo día quisimos repetirla. En cuanto llegamos, los únicos dos empleados que salieron, nos hablaron de mala forma por lo que nos retiramos y no pensamos regresar ni recomendamos. Para nosotros el trato al cliente es muy importante y que quedaría muy mal yo sí recomiendo el lugar a conocidos y se encuentran con esa situación. Otra recomendación, no promocionen la piscina de piedra cuando no está en condiciones. Parece una poza de criar cerdos.
Ilen (5/5): A Peaceful Escape in Nature - What I liked the most about the hacienda was the location. It’s beautiful, surrounded by nature, and there’s a nearby waterfall you can easily walk to. The atmosphere is very quiet, and perfect if you want to disconnect, relax, and just enjoy being in the countryside without going out. What I didn’t like were the rates. I didn’t find much difference in price between the rooms, but the amenities varied a lot. Some rooms had many more features and were much more comfortable, yet the prices were quite similar. The room I was given actually had a leaking ceiling, which was in a bad condition. It felt like this wasn’t taken seriously, and overall the room seemed poorly maintained, almost like a motel room.

Rast (8/5): Great little place in a wonderful location. We'll be back again! - Amazing mountain location with cool hikes and lots of beautiful plants all around. Very quiet at night, I think I heard one car go by all night. The coffe they produce there is excellent as well. So fun to have our dogs stay with us, they had a blast! 8am is a little late to begin coffee and breakfast service. No microwave or fridge in the room.

Feliciano (7/5): I would only stay there again if property has more to offer for the price. - Nice country feeling of relaxation. Room fan did it's job in keeping the room kool. No bottled water or cups were offered in room. Other than sleep there was nothing to do but look at the mountains. It would be a good amenity to install a small game room and add a movie room because I saw many kids just running around the property with nothing to do. No complimentary coffee in the room even though they harvest their own coffee. That was odd.

Rittmaster (5/5): Location perfect for visiting the Maracao Forest. - Location. Woodland trails. I had reserved a room with kitchen facilities. What I got was a double burner that wasn't hot enough to boil water and a small refrigerator. There were no utensils, pots, pans or anything else that one might find in a kitchen. When I arrived the AC was set to 62 degrees, and the room was freezing. When I adjusted the AC, eventually up to 77 degrees, it still pushed out cold air.

The staff is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. The restaurant has an amazing view and very affordable prices. They ever have a little souvenir shop! The pool is to die for, a cold plunge to rejuvenate is a great way to start! I loved everything!

The room had a stove but no cookware, pots, or silverware making it useless unless you pack your own. NO COFFEE! Cannot make coffee in your room and they have no coffee available anywhere. The shower was very weak also.

Zuly (10/5): A wonderful anniversary getaway - The king-size room was perfect for us! The restaurant was excellent, and the overall stay was very affordable. They even surprised us with towel art, fresh flowers, and coffee beans to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We are beyond grateful. We’ll definitely be coming back! I didn't like the pool hours. I would have loved to take a morning swim around 8 am, but it didn’t open until 10 am, which was a bit disappointing.
