• Lucy (8/5): Very convenient & good for a small group stay - Very central and easy to find. Great for a group as the kitchen and living space was very good. Good blackout blinds and good kitchen facilities. The mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. The space is very basic and whilst the price reflected this, it did feel more like student digs.

• Darren (3/5): Disappointed. Could easily be much better. - Proximity to the boat show was good. Handy for city centre. Handy for shops. The place smelt quite badly when we arrived. There was no provisions. The WiFi was intermittent. The rooms were very hot. Everything just looked tired and uncared for. If it wasn't for the location being so handy I would have been moving out after day 1.
• Katie (5/5): Good location, poor property. - Brilliant location in the centre of town. The building it is in was grotty, we had no lights in the kitchen or dining area for the duration of the stay and the beds are very uncomfortable.

• Nye (5/5): Great location but dirty, would not return. - I was sent a code to access the main door of the block however due to wear and tear some of the buttons had rubbed off so I did not realise I had to press enter to get in. I called and this was rectified quickly. Gaining the keys to the apartment was easy. It was very basic but functional, whilst this is not a problem the photos demonstrated that there were homely touches and these were not present. Also it felt very dirty and grimy. The floor was sticky all over, and I had to sweep up as we arrived there was lots of hair and crumbs on the floor it had clearly not been hoovered. Whilst it did not affect the stay it seemed there was no attention to detail in the decorating, paint over plug sockets, terrible cutting in, paint on window sills etc.
• Maxwell (5/5): Good location, plenty of room, facilities were overdue for an update - Top location. Easy access to shops, buses, the waterfront ferries. Good sized rooms Needs an upgrade. Lifts didn’t go to the ground floor - several stairs to negotiate. L3 floorboards creak - very loud.

• Gurmuzachii (5/5): Passable - now I entered apartment 19, the apartment was not cleaned  the washing machine does not work. the staff is not responsive 
• Tom (5/5): The location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious but it needs a little attention / spruce up - The location was fantastic, it was easy for us to get to the harbour, the shops and the wedding venue. We were a family of four and had plenty of space, the bedrooms were very spacious. The bed linen was clean and the beds comfy. The shared entrance to the apartment was dirty and smelly, as was the lift. The apartment itself was very 'tired'. Examples would be towel rail broken off wall and never replaced. The shower was hand only shower and one of the brackets to hook it on was broken so you pretty much had to hold the shower in your hand when washing. The dish towel for drying dishes looked 30 years old. The walls in corridor had scuff marks. The apartment on our arrival had an unpleasant smell but i could not tell what it was.
• Sho (8/5): great value for a 2 day stay - Property in a great location, only 5-10 minutes walk into town. The property itself was great for a weekend away. You’ll find all the basic necessities in the apartment. the beds in the bedroom were too soft and the floor under the sofa beds were dusty and had some debris
