- Grainne (10/5): - Ideally located in a quiet road in the Queen’s quarter but close enough to walk or take public transport to wherever you want in the city. The accommodation was amazing - so big and spotlessly clean.
- Shauna (6/5): Comfortable beds, close to queens, convenient. - Two bedrooms Quite cold and bathrooms v small

- Fia (9/5): Very pleasant! - Great location
Lovely space, well kitted out, very cozy!
Easy to get in and out Beds and pillows weren’t very comfy, headboard not secured to bed in first room.
Tv and remote need replaced, very unresponsive
- Jade (10/5): - Easy to get to and from, good location, spacious
- Psaila (7/5): - It was central with pubs and grocery shops close by The kitchen was not well equipped. For example there were only 3 teaspoons when we were 4 people and there was only 1 dishcloth throughout our stay; also, the oven was dirty. There was no hand soap and only 1 towel per person for 3 nights.
- Rachel (10/5): - Great situation. Nice and clean. Beds comfy. Nothing
- Martine (7/5): Confortable stay. Walking distance to restaurants. Host need to forget about the safety deposit, nobody does this anymor - beds are comfortable
close to a few restaurants and small grocery store
quiet both bathrooms are on the same floor
far, for upstairs bedrooms
safety deposit cost me 40$ in foreign fees

- Young Rob (9/5): Wellesley was wonderful - Appreciated the laundry, and comfortable beds, along with the well equipped apartment. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and not too far to walk to the city centre and Titanic if you break it up over the day. Be aware no toilets on top bedroom floor.
- Oliver (10/5): - Really good value, very spacious and cozy. In a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the university. Super flexible check-in, and the host could even accommodate a rather late request for later check-out, which was hugely appreciated. All in all, highly recommended!

- Philip (8/5): Good value apartment ideal for a few days in Belfast - Ideal for 2 couples for a few days. Shops and bars in easy reach nearby. Host responsive and dealt with a necessary repair quickly. Good value compared to properties in City centre. Could have done with more pillows, larger bath towels, extra tea towels and dishcloths in kitchen. Smaller bedroom and en suite tight for space. Would have appreciated more notice of the required deposit.
- Victoria (10/5): Estancia 2 días en familia - Limpieza, amplitud, con todo tipo de detalles que han hecho la estancia muy agradable y cómoda

- Steven (9/5): Superb - The unit was very neat and tidy and it was in an excellent location of Belfast.
- Damien (8/5): The hosts are very reactive and fixed the issues we faced, for example the lock was not working well and the came the ne - Location and quick reacting hosts. The accommodation is no frills. To improve I would add some bottles of water because the water from the tap is gross. I know this is a Belfast issue not the hosts fault, but some bottled water would solve that.
Shower gel & shampoo is not provided.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aman (9/5): Superb - Clean and well kept apartment with great amenities. Buses into town or a walk in. The host was easy to get a hold of and accommodating. A great base for a girls trip.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. Really clean and welcoming. Very well situated and a short walk to the city centre.
- Deborah (3/5): Very disappointing - The location was very central and we were able to drive to the places we needed or walk. There was a Tesco Xpress in walking distance as well as eateries/ restaurants.
There was a large laundry room with a washer and separate dryer.
The overall size of the apartment was good
The beds were comfortable for everyone
The carpet area was relatively new.
We did not realise that the security deposit could not be added to a credit card (our error) as we have done elsewhere in the world- this was the only property to require one in our month of rentals in Ireland, so read the fine print very carefully. [We did not have a pay pal account ( gave this away years ago due to fraud) nor the other option which we had never heard of.] So we were pleased that the host waved the security deposit for us. Loads of maintenance issues throughout the flat :
1. a couple of the kitchen chairs were in need of repair or replacement as they couldn't be used.
2. Bathrooms: the main bathroom was broken as the shower had come apart and it looked as if several DIY attempts had been made to fix it .This was noticed when we arrived which we immediately contacted the host about and we were told there was no way to fix this as they were travelling as was their maintenance person. We were reduced to one shower which was literally a closet shower created at the end of the hall way where possibly a closet once was. This was not acceptable for 4 adults. The cleaner must have known as it would have been impossible to clean that shower with the hose not connected to the shower head.
3. The power point in the main bedroom on the right of the bed was falling out of the wall so we did not try to use this as we regarded this as a serious safety issue.
4. The linens on the main bed were stained and the towels were basically serviceable, just. ( I washed all of the towels and dried them for us to use)
5. The apartment was not clean as we found the remains/ rubbish left by previous guests in the kitchen, main bedroom and laundry.
(I did take photos of all of these issues for reference)
The hairdryer could not be used in a power point near a mirror
No tea towels/ no cleaning sponge or similar and very basic kitchen implements-dishwasher had items in it and needed to be run.
wifi was very spotty.
The hot water was not great for 4 adults showering one after the other as it was not consistently hot after the first person showered -these were always very short showers
The host did say they had phone numbers on the information, which they did, but we had 2 phones with sim cards for Ireland (as well as 2 on global roaming)and we could not get the phone numbers provided to work on any phone even when we went to a phone shop. So our communication regarding the shower was via text in the app.
- Richard (8/5): Everything we needed, good location good price. - In a great location Internal door needed few attempts to lock
- Sean (9/5): We had a lovely time - Lovely apartment! Very clean and very comfortable
- Kenji (7/5): Good -
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (8/5): Lovely apartment, had all you need for a short break. - Was very grateful to be allowed in apartment early to drop case off (My parents were arriving early) and host had no problem with this and very helpful. Was all good. (very tiny but maybe a cloth in kitchen to clean down worktops)
- Olivia (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joan (10/5): Fab weekend break - Brilliant house super comfy beds and house was in great location to enable you to walk to city 30 minutes but also had good pubs and restaurants nearby. Will return Belfast hospitality is great. Nothing
- Lyne (9/5): We enjoy our weekend in this cozy appartment. The hosts are really reactive! - Great beds and a very quiet neighborhood. A bit far from the center, but near of the university.
- Marian (9/5): Spacious warm central accommodation - Spacious warm accommodation, centrally located. Close to the university and a short bus ride into the city. Two toilets and showers good for a bigger party. Generous supply of crockery, cook ware and basics to facilitate cooking.
Host very responsive. No negatives
- Yinka (8/5): Alll in all a good stay, great host, would recommend - Was a nice apartment. Really liked the 2 bed, 2 bathroom element which made it really quick and easy to get ready!! Bedrooms good size, beds comfortable, towels available. Oh and great shower!!
Apartment is as it appears in the pictures.
Check-in was seamless and easy and a lovely touch was being able to check-in super early at no additional cost, so thank you for that! Saved walking around Belfast after a 4am start with our luggage!!
There are some good attractions a stones throw from the apartment, like the botanical gardens and the Ulster museum which was actually great and a must see. A few Pictures attached! The main issue was the cold. The hallway and kitchen/diner never seemed to warm up albeit the bedrooms did get nice and toasty really quickly which was great. Just need to make sure you keep the doors closed. There are also no toiletries in the bathroom, except hand-wash. Not sure if that's an over expectation for a rental apartment, but would have been a nice touch.
Location is the Queens quarter, it's about a 30min walk to city centre or a bus ride of about 10mins at a cost of £2.30, so not terrible but we would have wanted to be a little closer to the city centre for our first visit to Belfast.
Final slight issue for me was the deposit taken by making a PayPal deposit of £200. This needed to be made before you got the key code to the apartment, which i hadnt realised so we were already on our way to Belfast before i realised this! I am used to damage deposits being taken through booking.com, so my daughter thought this could be a scam BUT I will quickly add it wasn't and I got a message quite quickly to say the deposit had been received with the keycode details, phew!! Also on leaving the apartment i got a further messages saying my deposit would be refunded within 3 days before I even got home, which was great!!
- Jini (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Briege (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (10/5): Handy location for wkend break in Belfast - Good location (2 mins from university), was warm with comfortable beds, very clean & had everything we required for 2 night stay. Quiet street at night when we were there. Nothing major.. overall enjoyed stay. Few wee things:
Having to pay £350 refundable deposit two days before we arrived (it is stated in the terms!) & were petrified we'd break something!! Was returned ok though.
Not a pretty street.. with bins everywhere along the pavements... seems to be mostly rentals with key lockboxes.
Must've just been freshly painted as very strong smell of paint when we arrived.. but we got used to it!
- Nolan (9/5): Superb - Really comfortable base for our trip to Belfast. Plenty of space, well equipped, well cared for apartment for the 6 of us.
Erla was a lovely host. Lounge area is small for max capacity of the property, this didn’t affect us.
- Michael (9/5): Great visit with my daughter at Queens. - Quite convenient to Queens University and the shops.
- Sharon (9/5): Would definitely there stay again - Only issue we had was couldn’t get the shower to go hot in the furthest away bathroom. At the end of the stay we noticed a switch in the bedroom which was behind where we’d hung up our stuff so didn’t notice it previously. Perhaps a wee notice to say how to work it. Sorry if it was in your welcome email but I’ve since deleted that. Other than this the flat was perfect and in a very nice location.
- Jo (10/5): Great property in a great location and fab communication with the owner ☺️ - It was spacious, clean and in a great location. If anything possibly a full length mirror in the bedroom but everything else was wonderful
- John (8/5): Very good - Clean, spacious, close to centre/loca amenities. Street a bit scruffy but standard for a student area I guess.
- Frankie (10/5): Exceptional -
- K (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the apartment. I requested a birthday decoration for my son ahead of our visit, and it was perfectly done. We were also given extra time to stay in the apartment beyond the checkout time. We enjoyed our weekend stay in Belfast because of our lovely accommodation.
- Jenniferj511 (10/5): Would stay again - Super place! Really enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, nice shower and clean.
- Oisin (9/5): Perfect for dropping my son off in QUB - Rented the whole flat for a weekend. Flat is located in the Queens Quarter which is very nice and very close to QUB. Flat was very clean, everything worked e.g. shower, kettle etcetera and the beds were very comfortable. Seems to be an area favoured by students and was surprisingly quiet during the night. The guide provided by the host was very useful and very accurate. Nothing to complain off as far as the accommodation was concerned. Parking is a free for all! Very busy and we got lucky and could park on Wellesley Avenue. Parking or the lack of it appears to be a Belfast issue (and not just Belfast).
- Liam (10/5): Clean, modern and ideal for groups. -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable and close to the centre.
Small book with useful information about close by pubs etc.
The property is about 1mile from the centre which is walking distance or only around £6-8 in a taxi. The hop on off bus also stops close by at the end of the street. N/A
- Caitlin (10/5): We stayed here for the weekend as we were attending emerge festival and we couldn’t of been happier with our stay. The h - The property was very spacious and comfortable. Such homely vibes inside and was very easy to move around in. Separate floors for the different bedrooms was very nice as gave us all some privacy. N/A
- Carole (8/5): Excellent value. Great place for a group for a couple of days in Belfast. - The location was great. Close enough to the city but a quiet residential area. On street parking was easy. Restaurants and services were close. Our hosts kindly allowed us early access which was appreciated. As we were coming from overseas it would have made our stay a little more easy and comfortable if there was some soap/ shower gel in showers and maybe some washing powder.
- Kathy (9/5): Superb -
- Ma (8/5): Home from home. - Feels like home. Clean & tidy with complete facilities. Near the bus stops & shops. We enjoyed our stay. Some drawers in the kitchen cupboards needs repair. It's just minor, We're just worried that we get blamed for it.
- Peggy (7/5): Roomy apartment for family. - The location is excellent. Easy walk to Belfast Center. Lots of restaurants nearby, along with grocery stores. It is in a student area. We had two nights where the noise was excessive right outside one of the bedroom windows. The students were polite when asked to quiet down, but the noise continued. The apartment could use some additional towels, and perhaps a more comfortable couch in the lounge.
- Joanne (8/5): Great location for the city and university - I thought the location was excellent. It is in a student area, but I think most of them had already left for the Summer. It was a lovely and quiet. Very convenient for the bus stops & the hop on/hop off buses. The flat was very clean and the bedrooms are really good sizes & have good storage. Very handy to have 2 bathrooms & 2 loo’s. I would recommend & would stay again if I visited Belfast. The kitchen was well equipped, but just to be constructive, some of the knives need to be replaced & I think are unsafe currently. Some smaller wine glasses/flutes would be good too.
- Heidi (9/5): Superb - Large, comfortable, well furnished, clean flat for 5 of us. We appreciated 2 bathrooms and the washer/dryer. Street parking was not difficult. Easy to walk to area restaurants. It was all good.
- Lisa (9/5): Great location, comfortable property - Great location, beds are comfortable, quiet neighbours Nothing
- Miriam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional - We had to book at very short notice. Our host was responsive and met us on site.
Liked that the apartment is set up for two couples or a family, making it good value in those circumstances. Nothing. Well equiped, well heated apartment.

- Arlene (9/5): It was just perfect, host was very responsive to communication. Very clean, comfortable apartment. Close to shops , rest - The bedrooms were spacious and the en suites were just perfect. Kitchen diner was great and had everything you needed. The property was perfect for our stay.
- Grace (8/5): Very good - Great location, comfortable beds, constant hot water for showers. All in all we had a lovely stay and will 100% stay again.
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, & very comfortable, it had Everything we needed for a perfect stay. Great correspondence with our host who was able to accommodate our early arrival. Would definately highly recommend Nothing
- Elizabeth (10/5): It’s the perfect accommodation for a trip to Belfast - It was very clean and tidy. Great location and definitely good value for money Nothing. It was perfect
- Karen (8/5): Good location within walking distance of pubs & shops, student area so a little run down on the street but property - Good location, close to pubs and shops, lots of space, spotlessly clean, nice touches like hairdryer, straighteners, iron, tea & coffee Only on small tele in living room that didn’t work, toaster didn’t work, was very cold when we first arrived, showers not great only luke warm no matter how you changed temp. One towel per person was quite small.
- Cristina (9/5): Excellent - The apartment was nice and comfortable, perfect location in my case, just 20-30 mins walking to the city center and still plenty of stores and restaurants around. Super easy check in and Erla was a great host. The only thing that the kitchen is missing is a couple of knifes to be able to cut food properly in case you want to cook :)
