The property was exceptionally clean, the host was outstanding, and the breakfast tray was a lovely touch. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Could have had blinds on back door for night time.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional find. - The location was perfect as the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. The cottage was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in during our travels in Australia. Everything was of the highest quality and loved the African themed furnishings. Very comfortable bed and bathroom luxurious. Provisions for breakfast a nice touch as was the fruit bowl. It was my husband's birthday while we were here and we couldn't have found a nicer place to celebrate it. I would struggle to find anything negative about this little gem of a find.

• Sue and Terry (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, and comfortable. - Spacious, lovely nature views, very well equipped, comfortable, great fireplace and additionally the hosts left welcome food provisions for breakfasts for our stay which was a very lovely surprise. Our only comment would be that there was no floor heating and with concrete floors was quite cool, but the hosts provided lovely slippers and bathrobes. Probably as we are from Tasmania we have floor heating at home so it’s what we are used to. But not a big deal at all.

• Carmel (10/5): RELAXING AND PEACEFUL - We keep going back every year. Lovely place, the bathrooms are amazing and the beds are very comfortable and huge.
• Paula (10/5): Perfect - 3 Bells is an exceptional property. It is beautifully fit out with a luxurious bathroom,comprising of an extra large shower and a free standing bath. All the appliances in the kitchen are modern and all in working order, which is not always the case in some accomodation I have stayed at. The location is perfect too, just a short drive to either Bright or Wandiligong Pub. It was also lovely to have a welcome food package with bacon eggs bread jams yoghurt cereal and fruit. In all it was the perfect time away.

• Christine (10/5): We loved everything about our stay. - Easy access for someone on a walker. Breakfast waiting for us was wonderful! Plus fruit and juice. well stocked pantry and real coffee. King size be and I loved the themed bedrooms. Glamourous and spacious bathroom with heated towel rail and plenty of hot water. Loved the verandah to sit out on and enjoy the view. The polished concrete on the shower floors were a slip hazard for older people.

• Teresa (10/5): It was nice to be somewhere that we could feel just as comfortable as if we were at home. - when we got there it was such a pleasure to see all of the snacks, food, drinks and beverages. This is the best place we have stayed that really suited my husband in his powered wheelchair. The rooms were large and spacious and the bathroom and shower were very easy for him to access. It was in a nice quiet location and the yard was beautiful. It was a bonus to be able to take our little chihuahua on our stay over. Thankyou The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be a small ramp put at the sliding doors

• Ly (9/5): Wonderful place - The place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Each bedroom had a massive ensuite well stocked with toiletries and a bath tub which was very relaxing. The view of the mountains from outside the bedroom was spectacular and scenic. Breakfast, drinks and pantry items was a wonderful and appreciated inclusion after checking in and returning from a day out as it kept the kids fed. Tea selection was great. Loved the massive king bed which was comfy. The whole family was impressed and loved the place Decor of bedroom could be more modern. Coffee wasn't to my liking.

We loved sitting outside on the terrace looking at the front yard and mountain. Appreciate the breakfast tray on arrival. Nothing at all but as an interior designer I would suggest adding a couple of ottomans or coffee table in the living room.
• Tessa (10/5): Beautiful peaceful cottage stay near Bright with lovely thoughtful touches - Loved our stay in this beautiful cottage, perfect for our group of 3. The property is stunning with gorgeous views of the mountains and trees, and it’s great to be so close to Bright but away from the hustle and bustle in a peaceful setting. You’re also close to the great Wandi Pub and Nightingales - definitely worth checking out. The cottage itself is lovely with lots of thoughtful touches including a brilliant complimentary breakfast tray with some local produce. The place has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. We would love to come back! Nothing to not like!

Easy access for cycling, walking and some many excellent choices for food and drink in nearby Bright. Bathroom light switch was temperamental.
• Isabella (9/5): Stunning, relaxing and the perfect place to have some well deserved R&R - The complimentary breakfast was a beautiful suprise, the cottage was immaculate, left us wanting for absolutely nothing. From the coffee to the little extra's in the pantry was so useful and didn't mean another run down to the store. I would highly recommend the cottage, it's central location to everything and everywhere we were planninng to be over the weekend Got a little lost on the entrance/driveway but we did arrive in the evening-no issues

Peace and tranquillity, spa "like" homey accommodation, hillside set in a valley just moments outside of the amazing township of Bright. Seriously Perfect. Geez... I'd only be nit picking to write anything negative about the stay... So those of you with sticks up ya ... Don't ever leave the house... ever!

The bed was soooooo confortable and that was really important for my partner and I. The fireplace was soooo beautiful as well. If I had to critique anything; more kindling to get the fire started is all I can think of.

We have stayed in caravan parks and mediocre accommodation before all because we need to travel with our pooch (her poor health). It was so nice to pull up to the property and have some luxury. We liked that there is a full kitchen. Gorgeous views, lovely well thought out property and the hosts were very accommodating. I was unable to start the fireplace and Steve kindly came by and started it for me although it was not necessary as the split system heating kept us warm, it added to the ambience. Thank you Steve. Other than this we had complete privacy. The welcome pack of goodies is a very nice touch. Comfortable for both humans and furry companion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so we stayed a extra night. There wasn't anything to dislike.
• Heather (10/5): Another amazing stay :) - Such a well stocked fridge, a lovely fireplace and bath and king size bed. Such a spacious place with bike storage and a luxury feel. The only possible area for improvement would have been the shower - the shower heads were a little hard to work and a lot of water leaked on the floor. This would easily be fixed by having a basket for wet towels/bath mats and a set of spares. Either way, still a lovely shower.

Well equipped accommodation and serene surroundings. My 90 year old mother was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed her time. Will definitely revisit and hopefully stay a bit longer depending on affordability at the time. Thank you.

Cclean and comfortable sheets, The bathroom accessories, new individually packed bedroom slippers, windows, double glazed windows, awesome drinks and good quality breakfast! Unopened olive oil for frying. Ziploc bags, aluminium foil, and basically you feel everything is thought of and provided for! Unfortunately the kitchen's big frying pan was scratched. Possibly by some other customers.
• Kym (9/5): Superb - Open plan with huge amount of light, fresh and lovely area to relax in outside. Loved the delicious food left in the fridge and on the bench. Cleanliness was amazing and lots of extras in the house if required. This cannot be changed as it is the style of the house due to the flooring. However, every sound can be heard from every room due to the echo.

My partner was very impressed with the fridge which was fully stocked for breakfast & had some local beers to sample. The only thing not to plan was the weather!

The moment we pulled in the driveway a wave of relaxation hit us and we call felt so good. We loved the extra comforts like soaps and bits an pieces, just like a little hotel! absolutely perfect The only thing that was missing was access to a cordless vac or dust buster to be able to give the place a quick once over - other than that... PERFECT!

Being out of town, it meant we could have something to eat before heading off for the day. The bathroom, while beautifully appointed lacked heaters and the towel rack heater didn't work The shower head was a bit disappointing as well. given the floors are polished concrete, the bathroom was very cold.
