- Rebecca (10/5): - Yeah, the place was good. I found the room quite big and not too noisy. I stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly. No bad for the price. I stayed at the Cook point caravan park and ordered a queen room and they gave me a room with two single beds. I was very annoyed as I had travelled 17 hours from Perth to visit my partner. They couldn’t do anything about it so I went to Blackrock instead and didn’t have any issues.
- Henry (6/5): - Liked-location Didn't like the no hot water in the morning for a shower due to a lot of workers who are permanent residents and start around 5am and use all the hot water , it's okay if you continue your journey about 10 am when the heater has recovered. Overall very basic overnight stay, clean and tidy about 2 1/2 stars
- Jayne (2/5): Stay away... - Booked a pet friendly room as was there for a hospital appointment 450km from home. TV didn't work, had to use my own sleeping bag as felt like i was being bitten in the night, was a donga with no floor covers. Then i was charged an additional $200 for having a small dog in the room as apparently i wasnt in a pet friendly room, to have it fumagated. Stay away from this place, and she hung up on me also stating that i lied when i coukdnt tell thwm about being bitten as i couldnt have left before they opened. Well the hospital can verify that one. Very rude management.

- jordana (2/5): Worst place ever - Opon arrival lady at front desk rude as ever got the key room was boiling hot and dirty and had one fold up bed which was not said in my booking and my whole family got bitten by bed bugs will never stay at this horrible blackrock again rather sleep on the beach
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disapointed - My daughter and i stayed here was looking forward to get away. I was in the middle of two other people. They seemed to know each other as all we heard was walking back and forth to each other's rooms. We were still awake at 12am as the walls are so thin I could hear next door swearing and yelling. I parked my car in a designated car park and got abused by another person staying there because I had apparently parked in their spot. We got up at about 9am one morning and could hear them yelling because apparently my daughter was too loud all she did was get up and have breakfast. Very uncomfortable. I will not stay there again.
- Sorcha (10/5): Everything you need at a budget price - The cabin we stayed in was great, with kitchen facilities that helped to keep the cost of our trip down (no need for takeaway!). Sadly we arrived in the middle of the night and didn’t have much opportunity to check out the rest of the park. Maree was lovely, and I really appreciated the extension of our check out to allow for a sleep in. I had a full day of driving ahead, and really needed a full night’s sleep. We look forward to visiting Blackrock when we return from Broome to Perth at the end of the year.
- Andrea (4/5): Weird smelling room - Room smelt very unpleasant, couldn't pinpoint it exactly but something similar to fish guts. Also found someone's half eaten lolly underneath my bed. The towel on my bed was dirty and one of the other towels had stains on it. I would sleep in my car before staying here again.
- sha (2/5): Not enough facilities - Room wasn’t clean enough. The place called “ kitchen” didn’t have any facilities to cook food . Very dirty ,untidy and smelly . couldn’t do anything as expected. We left earlier as possible

I can not tell too much different between 3 or 4 star motels. but 2 star are totally different. feel like a refugee camp. Not recommend for family stay. I believe lot of people ask for refund when they see the room. but there is a sign on the door "no refund, do not ask"

Having booked a room that provided cooking facilities I did expect that the cook top would at least work, it didn't. The kettle also failed to work and I was unable to make a coffee using the cook top. Overall cleanliness was poor, I do understand these rooms are old, but there was dirt on the supposedly clean sheets, I wound up sleeping on top of the bed. Staff were unfriendly on check in and this discouraged further interaction with them.
