Duş hortumu bağlantı yerinden çıkıyordu, saç kurutma makinesinin başlığı çıkıyordu ve rezervasyonu farkında olmadan tek kişilik seçmişim diye ikinci kişi için havlu ve battaniye ücreti olarak ekstra 15 Euro (gecelik 5 Euro) talep edilmesi hiç hoş değildi. PB isimli girişteki sol dairede konakladık.

The same was true for using the luggage storage after checkout. The host was nice and responsive to any message I had I could have used a nightstand and some better lighting around the bed. Πεντακάθαρα όλα και με εξαιρετική συνεννόηση και ευελιξία όσον αφορά τις αποσκευές. Άμεσα διαθέσιμοι. Ήταν άνετο δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις, θα το επέλεγα πάλι σίγουρα. Μικρά παπλώματα, χωρίς να είναι ουσιώδες ή ενοχλητικό.

• Viliam Bratislava (9/5): Takmer dokonalé - Výborná lokalita, čistota, absolutne ticho napriek umiestneniu apartmánu v centre, 4 poschodie nevadilo, postel bola ok chybalo nejaké vybavenie kuchyne, nejaké nože na krájanie a nejaké kavové šálky a podobne. Čo chýbalo najviac bol toaletný papier. Po príchode do apartmánu sa na toalete nachádzal jeden polovičný kotúč toaletného papiera. Malo to stačiť na 3 noci pre dve osoby. Museli sme dokupovať.

• Jana (9/5): - Skvěle vybavené ubytování, místo v příjemné a klidné lokalitě (i když kousek dál od metra), čistota Bohužel mne několikrát v noci vzbudil hluk z dalších pokojů, zdi mezi pokoji zřejmě nejsou nejsilnější. Necítila jsem se zcela bezpečně, což souvisí i s tím, že se jedná o typ ubytování, kde není přítomen personál.

E' al terzo piano senza ascensore ma un pò di moto fa bene. Perfect accommodation, in a great location, bright and well-proportioned with comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings. The bathroom is perfect. It's on the third floor with no elevator, but a bit of exercise is beneficial. Suggerisco al gestore di rendere più piacevole l'accoglienza. A volte bastano pochi dettagli, per esempio far trovare un apio di bottiglie di acqua e, visto che c'è la macchina per il caffè, qualche cialda. Sono certo che gli ospiti apprezzano molto questi piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza per unaccoglienza migliore. I suggest the Host make the welcome more pleasant. Sometimes a few small details are enough, such as providing a selection of bottles of water and, since there's a coffee machine, a few pods. I'm sure guests really appreciate these small details, which make all the difference in a better welcome.
