• Cécile (7/5): Joli Dar bien placé avec quelques points d’attention - L’emplacement, le style même si ce n’est pas un Riad mais un Dar Les odeurs d’égouts émanant de la salle de bain très étroite au niveau du lavabo : difficile de bouger face au miroir. L’insonorisation des chambres inexistante. Les conseils sur les excursions sont incorrects et surtout les excursions sont tarifées le double de ce qui est proposés sur Get your guide par exemple. On nous a chargé le paiement par CB de 5% pour des frais de banque marocaine, ce qui est totalement illégal.

• Dian (9/5): Perfecte verblijf voor het ontdekken van Fez - Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, prachtige Riad en fijne locatie in de Medina maar op prima loopafstand van de parkeergarage. We hadden helaas last van een hardnekkige rioollucht uit het doucheputje en het bed was aardig smal.

• Ally (10/5): フェズで泊まるならここ！ - 宿泊する前の段階で質問メールをしたらすぐに丁寧な返答があり、しかも、チェックインしたときにそのことをちゃんと覚えていてくれました。 宿泊中もスタッフは親切でとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ルーフトップでいただく朝食もよかったです。 ロケーションもよく買い物や観光にもとても便利で、ブー・ジュルード門（タクシーにはここから乗ります）からも近いので他の町への移動の際も楽でした。 部屋は充分広く、中庭に向いた窓がおしゃれでした。照明も明るくてよかったです。 宿のせいではありませんが、０時くらいまで外が騒がしい日がありました。

Unica pecca è stato un odore sgradevole di scarichi, soprattuto al mattino, dato probabilmente dal fatto che avevamo la camera al pianterreno.

• Debora (9/5): GENOTEN! - Mooie riad op een perfecte locatie, met een heerlijk dakterras met prachtig uitzicht. Fijne kamer met tv. Leuke luikjes en sfeervolle verlichting. Goede, vriendelijke, aardige en sociale service (Dank Omar & Souhail!). Rustig en ontspannen sfeer. Lekker ontbijt. Niet dat wij het echt heel storend vonden of dat het tegen viel, maar als we iets kritisch moeten zeggen: De badkamer en wc waren wat krapjes in de Fez-room. Het galmt nogal in de centrale middenplaats, waardoor je makkelijk de mensen hoort praten beneden en mensen jouw horen, wanneer jij zelf beneden in gesprek bent met een ander. Mede daarom zaten wij liever op het dakterras, wat gewoon een prachtige en heerlijke plek was.

Perfect for people without kids who want to enjoy Fes and people’s hospit - The property has a lovely rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner or just enjoy some tea, peace and quiet after busy Medina. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. They truly made us feel like home. They accommodated all our needs. It is also great value for money as we spent double the price in Marrakech for a similar riad. Rooms very clean The rooms and bathrooms are a little smaller than in other riads but this is expected given an excellent price for the property.

We also ate dinner at the Riad and it was superb. The location was also great, right between the two main streets and easy to walk to and find The bathroom had mould, which doesn’t bother me but I know people can be allergic.

The team is amazing, from arrival to departure, they have taken exceptional care of us and provided us with information, tea and coffee and always a smile on their faces. We always chatted about our day in the Medina and felt very safe. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, the rooftop terrace is stunning, the food (breakfast and dinner) great and the hospitality extraordinarily. They welcome you as part of the family and make sure you feel like it. The location is perfect too, close to the blue gate and inbetween the two main streets. 200% recommended!

Como sugerencias mencionaría el incluir algo de fruta en el desayuno y alguna cosa más en el paquete de desayuno en caso de tener que salir de excursión antes de la hora a la que comienza el desayuno. Para tener en cuenta que por estar en la medina, y por su antigüedad, a veces se puede notar un olor en el cuarto de baño.

Omar and Nadir were very welcoming, friendly and happy to help with anything, as well as give us good information. The quality of the food was always excellent and beautifully presented. Great to have the choice of eating in the lovely courtyard or rooftop. The bathroom was quite small and it wasn’t easy to get a constant ideal water temperature in the shower.

• Sandi (10/5): A perfect stay! - The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very easy to find once you got your bearings. The staff was extraordinary and went above and beyond to anticipate and meet our needs. The walking guide they found for us was older, had lived in the Medina his entire life, spoke clear English, was knowledgeable about the history, and above all very kind and patient with my friend with mobility struggles. Nadir (the daytime host) was so attentive to all our needs and quirks and showed true Moroccan hospitality. One of us was gluten free and the team adjusted to that beautifully; the food was excellent (breakfast and a few extra meals). The nighttime host, Omar, arranged transportation from Fez to Chefchaouen with a wonderful driver, equally as attentive to our needs to take a few breaks on the 4 hour drive. Having a culinary background, I decided to spend a half day with Chef Omar: we planned a menu together, shopped at the spice and food market for all our needs, and made a lamb tagine with three sides. Chef Omar is a formally trained chef, has excellent understanding of English and was really fun to cook with. No one would ever tell us the ‘prices’ of anything 🙄 but it was all very fair and reasonable and no one ever tried to scam us. ($60 USD for all the food, cooking lesson, shopping experience and a fabulous dinner for 2!). The team also did a few loads of laundry for us (we packed lightly) for only about $2 each). I cannot rave about this place and team enough! We had such a wonderful and memorable time in Fez, and I will never forget the kindnesses and attention to detail. Thank you! What a great team! The only thing is the traditional lighting is not good for reading, so I would bring a (head lamp?) reading light if you are a reader. Also, no outdoor spaces, but it IS in the middle of the old Médina.

A dir poco stupendo! Nadir (il ragazzo che si occupa dell’accoglienza) è stato super premuroso e gentile bei nostri confronti, onestamente si incontrano di rado persone così!
• Michele (10/5): Exceptional stay! - I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay in Fes. The location is simply perfect—right inside the medina and just a short walk from the famous Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud), making it ideal for exploring the medina. The welcome was exceptional from the very first moment. Even though I arrived very early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and even offered me breakfast on arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. When I returned in the evening, my bags were already in my room. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the property was great. The food was another highlight of my stay. Breakfast was delicious and incredibly generous — I was so full that I didn’t even need lunch! Dinner was equally amazing, prepared with great care and full of flavour. The staff truly made the difference. They were always kind, welcoming, and available for anything I needed. Upon arrival, they took the time to explain everything about Fes and provided me with a map, which was extremely helpful. For my second day, they organised a private tour to Meknes, Volubilis, and Moulay Idriss. Everything was perfectly arranged: I traveled with my luggage, had a dedicated driver for the entire day, and at the end of the tour, I was dropped off directly at the airport. It was seamless and very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fes!

• Michelle (8/5): This Riad reflected Fes very well - classy and quiet - Nadir and Omar were really helpful and gracious hosts. I think we booked the worst room. We were looking for two single beds. The room was pretty tiny. The bathroom had this horrible smell, but I figured out I could run the fan all night and it helped. It was wonderfully quiet though at night time.
• Béatrice (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable ! - Un accueil formidable et attentionné grâce à Nadir et Omar. Une cuisine délicieuse grâce au chef et un petit déjeuner copieux , varié et très bon grâce à la cuisinière du matin. Toute l'équipe, femmes de ménage comprises sont aux petits soins . La situation du ryad près de la porte bleue est idéale pour pouvoir se promener dans la médina ou à l'extérieur vers les jardins. Le ryad est magnifique, refait avec goût. Les chambres sont confortables et très jolies équipées d'une climatisation réversible ce qui est un vrai plus. Encore merci à Nadir qui nous a servi notre petit déjeuner ce matin sur le rooftop sous un beau ciel bleu. Un moment hors du temps ! Nous reviendrons . Béatrice. Rien

Le camere non sono silenziose....fino a tarda sera si sentivano perfettamente voci e chiacchiere di chi si attardava nel patio. Sono stato in altri ryad dove il silenzio dalle 21 della sera è d'obbligo. Ho fattoo la richiesta di antecipare di mezz'ora la colazione rispetto all'orario solito....x la partenza...ma la richiesta non è stata soddisfatta....mi è stato preparato un sacchetto con 2 pastine industriali ed un succo con yogurt.......

• michele (10/5): Splendido Riad in pieno centro - Bellissimo Riad in pieno centro a Fes, personale favoloso la gentilezza di Nadir impeccabile. Bellissima terrazza per vedere tutta la Medina e splendida colazione molto abbondante. Le critiche non sono alla struttura ma ai servizi che abbiamo usufruito, servizio di hammam bello e pulito ma molto sbrigativo come servizio per 50€ per un ora mi sembra un po troppo. Servizio guida per visitare Fes diciamo che non è stata molto esplicativa per portarci in giro potevamo benissimo visitare da soli.

Un accueil chaleureux, avec une hôte de très haute qualité. Sans hésiter, nous y séjournerons de nouveau à notre prochain séjour à Fès !
• Lorinda (8/5): Overall our stay here was made wonderful by the informative and friendly front desk staff, Omar. - Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Served by omar from the front desk who was absolutely wonderful. Good selection of both local foods and some western food such as croissants. (We preferred the local food). Served in the traditional inner courtyard. Unfortunately there was a bad mildew smell in our bathroom. If the door was kept closed it was overpowering to go in there so we kept it open. Definitely need to change something about ventilation to prevent this in the future. The room was beautiful but that was a downfall.

Great panoramic view, comfortable rooms and an authentic feel about the place. The included breakfast was magnificent and the best breakfast I’ve had in my Morocco tour of 10 days. The cost of my night here I would have paid that for the breakfast in a local restaurant, don’t know how they make money 😂 Highly recommend this place for value and comfort. I will stay again Nothing

• Adrian (8/5): Good experience. - The Riad was fine. Very authentic building and centric location. It is very close to a lot of main attractions by walking distance. The listing doesn't have photos of the rooms so it was kind of a surprise when we arrive there.
• Beatrice (10/5): - Omar und Nadir sind zwei der herzlichsten Menschen die wir auf unserer Reise durch Marokko getroffen haben. Total lieb, herzlich und man hat wirklich das Gefühl Zuhause zu sein. Das Frühstück ist unfassbar lecker und das Riad hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Es war wirklich perfekt! Wir haben auf dem Parkplatz vor der Medina für 40 MAD geparkt und das hat perfekt gepasst. :)
