After 9:00 PM Check-in takes place at the Hotel Anahi located in Via della Penna 65, very close to us, this service has an additional fee of €50 to be paid at the Arrival and has to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. For all arrivals after 11:00 PM please get in contact with the Property as soon as possible.

- Kezia (10/5): A perfect stay and the location is perfect as well! - Prefect location! Quiet, well-maintained property, such a comfortable bed, very clean and Francesco was so helpful. You feel like it’s more of an apartment with maid service and a shared kitchenette so you feel more like a local! I’ll stay there next time I’m in Rome and be sure to recommend to friends and family. If you want a really big room book the Bluesman Suite. I loved everything about it, truly!

Nice size for the price. Location was spot on. A little noisy when other people come in or out but that’s typical at any small hotel in Italy.

A bit noisy at times with moving furniture upstairs. The lock to the units was broken and had to jiggle to work. Also, need to convey Maison Degli Artistic is 3 suites on 1 floor of an apartment building which houses other daily rental units.

- Graham (9/5): I overall enjoyed my stay and would return again. - The property is in a great location and accessible to most attractions and the ATAC. The room is spacious and has ample lighting. I also liked the keyless entry options to the room. I wished the door entrances were keyless as well. The staff was always available to answer any questions and sent message wishing me a happy birthday :-) There were no utensils in the kitchen and no ice. The bathroom shower pressure was not great. The waterfall shower head was rusted and there were no shelves to store additional soaps/shower gels. The sink counters were not clean and the toilet paper was not stocked for our initial stay. The room needs dark out curtains, but instead has window shutters which are inconvenient and very dirty to have to open and close twice a day.

- Andrea (9/5): A perfect l place to stay - Overall it was a lovely place to stay in a great area and central for everything. Very accommodating host, and even left our luggage after check out an our flight wasn’t until the evening. Small kitchen with tea & coffee facilities in the reception area. The only negatives were the building works taking place directly outside the window of the room which we looked out on to and the apartment above was super noisy, dragging furniture around late at night and very early in the morning but this did not stop our enjoyment.

Francesco is a great host, he allowed an earlier check in time and met me on arrival at the property, he also provided maps and lots of other useful information. The building is beautiful and updated and the room itself was good sized and really nice with the fabulous Jacuzzi and large shower. But the star was Francesco, our contact. I made a mistake and needed an extra night, which was not available. He managed to get us a room at their sister property which was fortunate. He couldn’t be lovelier. I wish we were able to stay there extra night because it was quite wonderful but the room at the sister hotel was nice.

The room was big and we appreciated all the outlets to charge our devices. And with daily temps in the mid 90s, we appreciated the air conditioning. The decor is quirky and may not be to everyone’s taste. This is more a guesthouse than a hotel. No front desk or lobby and amenities were a bit sparse.

Francesco was an amazing host - super accommodating (above and beyond), friendly, and knowledgeable of the area with great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. We will stay again when in Rome again Not much - very satisfied. If I had to say one downside would be the shower door doesn’t go all the across so the floor got wet easily.

The host/manager was very accommodating and responsive The internet did not work properly for the whole of my stay. This created a major issue as i was travelling for work. I also had problems with hot water in the shower first couple of days. The latter was resolved by the host quickly.

The bed was not very comfortable for us but I know everyone is different. It was really hard to get our luggage up to the room as a worker said we weren’t allowed to use the elevator. The flush button on the toilet got stuck every time we would use it. The shower was extremely small for my husband.

The bathroom was spacious and Francesco was a very pleasant and accommodating host! The balcony looked over a courtyard of garbage bins. The pillows were soiled (underneath pillowcases). There were bugs in bathroom windows and corners.
