Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa gracias al trato tan cercano, amable y acogedor de todo el personal. Especialmente Mustafá y Aída, que han sido encantadores en todo momento, siempre atentos, serviciales y con una sonrisa que hacía aún más especial la experiencia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y cuidada al detalle. El desayuno fue simplemente increíble: abundante, variado y todo delicioso, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, ideal para moverse y disfrutar de la zona cómodamente. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. Volveríamos sin pensarlo y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estancia auténtica, cómoda y con un trato excepcional. ¡Gracias especialmente a Mustafá y Aída por hacernos sentir tan bien!

Lyndsay (10/5): Great location with attentive staff - I had such a wonderful stay at Riad Bab Tilila and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect, everything is within easy walking distance, and the area felt very safe at all times. What really made the experience special was the people. Marieme is an incredible host who truly makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Mustafa was also fantastic, so attentive and clearly very hardworking, always making sure everything ran smoothly. If you’re looking for somewhere welcoming, comfortable, and well located in Marrakech, this is it. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our trip. The riad was beautiful, relaxing and full of character, with such a lovely atmosphere. I stayed here for my birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it special – surprising me with flowers and a birthday cake which was such a thoughtful touch and meant so much to me. We made some incredible memories during our stay, from exploring Marrakesh and enjoying cocktails in the evenings to an unforgettable desert trip with camel riding, quad biking, dinner and a show under the stars. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will always remember it and would absolutely love to return one day!

Mustapha, Marième et les dames du ménage et de la cuisine sont tous extraordinaires, d'une gentillesse et d'une hospitalité incroyables !!! Le riad est magnifique avec une superbe terrasse, avec une superbe vue sur l'Atlas. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, frais, variés et pantagruéliques... Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une belle déco. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Rien... à part un manque d'aération dans la chambre, mais pas simple dans un riad

Harald (10/5): Topp Lage, Super Nett und schön - Mustapha und natürlich auch seine Chefin Merieme waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Riad besteht eigentlich aus zwei Riads die ca. 5min Fußweg auseinander Liegen. Beide sind gleichermaßen schön und fast identisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, wobei die Auswahl ähnlich zu anderen Riads war. Die Aussicht von den Dachterrassen war super, da man das Atlasgebirge mit Schneekuppen sehen konnte. Die Lage ist super, da man zu Fuß alles erreicht und 5min entfernt ein bewachter Parkplatz liegt der allerdings ca. 100Dirham für 24h kostet. Es wurde uns außerdem ein Hamam mit Massage im Riad von Meriems Verwandtschaft vermittelt, welches 40m vom Riad entfernt lag. Das Bad hat leicht gemüffelt, war aber sehr sauber.

Josefien (10/5): Fijne, gastvrije plek op heel goede locatie. - Heel goede locatie. Net een beetje buiten de drukte van de souks maar zeker dicht genoeg zodat alles te voet kon gebeuren. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Communicatie op voorhand en tijdens verblijf verliep heel vlot. Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het transport van de luchthaven naar de riad. Ook daar kregen we mooi tijdig bericht en werden we opgewacht door een heel vriendelijke chauffeur. Je kon soms gemakkelijk andere gasten horen, maar dat ligt eerder aan hoe riads gebouwd zijn dan deze specifieke riad. Wij zelf hier uiteindelijk amper last van gehad.

maella (9/5): Chaleureux et pleins de surprises - L'accueil était vraiment chaleureux et le personnel au petits soins. Mustafa a su répondre à absolument toutes nos demandes et plus encore. C'est grâce à son partage et sa bienveillance que nous avons passés un si beau séjour. Les petits déj, le dîner et l'organisation des transports entre l'aéroport et le logement nous ont permis de passer un week-end sans problème de logistique tout était facile.
Tom (8/5): Nice and quiet riad with small cleans rooms and good bed - Nice and tidy riad in the medina with very friendly and warm personnel and owner. Great breakfast and Marieme the owner loves to give tips and advice for your stay in the city. Rooms are small but clean and cosy. Good bed. The Riad has 2 locations which means you have to walk 5-6 minutes to the other location for breakfast. This is far from ideal and we didn’t know this in advance. They could’ve communicated this more clearly

Linda (10/5): SUPER!! 🩷 - Riad piccolo ma dotato di ogni confort, molto silenzioso e molto pulito!! Si trova all’entrata della Medina, comodo ai punti incontro per escursioni varie e taxi. Cena marocchina preparata dalle loro cuoche, buonissima (entreè, zuppa, tajine ottimo, frutta)! Mustafa è SUPER, ha la soluzione a qualunque problema possa presentarsi!! Il nostro volo è arrivato in tarda serata, ci ha organizzato il trasferimento dall’aeroporto e ci è venuto a prendere al punto d’incontro ( 2 min dal Riad). Lo stesso alla partenza, ci hanno tenuto anche i bagagli tutto il giorno. Colazione speciale, preparata al momento. Spremute, thè, latte, caffè, pane tipico, uova, marmellate, miele, frutta ecc.. Mai avuto nessun problema mangiando di tutto. Noi avevamo 2 camere: Suite Ibtissam ottima x 3 adulti e Suite Adam x 2 adulti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!! Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto!

Miroslav (8/5): historické rušné centrum uprostřed tržnice, prostě Marrakesch - velmi dobrá snídaně, ochotná paní snášela co se dalo a bylo to velmi chutné, výborný místní mátový čaj přístup k hortelu byl chaotický.

Carmen (10/5): Perfekte Lage in Marrakesch - Diese Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und alles was man sehen sollte ist fußgängig leicht erreichbar. Das besondere hier war jedoch die Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse war auch sehr empfehlenswert!

La colazione ma soprattutto la cena cucinata dalla Rita è sublime, il miglior Tajine mai provato. Il primo giorno siamo atterrate presto e ci hanno offerto subito la colazione sul terrazzo con vista sulla Koutoubia. Mustafà, il ragazzo tuttofare, è molto gentile e disponibile.

Colazione abbondante e molto buona, i giorni in cui siamo partite presto per fare delle escursioni ci hanno fatto trovare una colazione take away. Tutto lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Consiglio fortemente per la gentilezza e la posizione che ha permesso di raggiungere in 10 minuti la piazza e il resto della attrazioni. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Rocky Balboa (9/5): Come sentirsi a casa....... - Il punto forte di questa struttura è stata la gentilezza, la cordialità di Marieme e di Brahim che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Dal transfert da e per l'aeroporto in piena notte, al thè in terrazza, si sono sempre prodigati affinché non ci mancasse mai nulla. Struttura vicinissima al centro e ad ogni attrazione. Colazione fantastica. Wi-fi funzionante. Non nego che se dovessimo ritornare a Marrakech questo sarebbe ancora il nostro alloggio. Grazie di tutto!!!! Se vogliamo trovare una nota negativa, se cosi possiamo dire, la stanza era un po' umida.

Jürgen (9/5): - Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bab Doukala, alles in der Medina ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren nicht im eigentlichen Riad, sondern in einer Dependance in der Nähe untergebracht. Sehr ruhige Lage und für ein Riad ausreichend große Räume. Ausgesprochen freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Umfangreiches und sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Vorab-Kommunikation per Whatts-App. Der Abfluss der Dusche in unserem Zimmer war verstopft, man musste sich mit dem Duschen beeilen, bevor das Zimmer unter Wasser gestanden hätte.

Mustapha nous a accueilli avec une très grande gentillesse et nous a servit avec le sourire tout au long de notre séjour. Les repas de Aïcha et Rita sont délicieux et copieux. Elles sont adorable et souriantes. Le chambre est très agréable, et très propre. Emplacement au top. Nous avions pris le transfert aéroport Merci, Les soeurs Estelle et Sandra RAS
Ramunė (8/5): Lovely local stay - I stayed one night and they have upgraded my room which was so nice. Thanks a lot for that, the room was beautiful! The toiletries could be upgraded, it wasn’t comfortable to use the shower gel etc even though they’re placed in a nice authentic way :)

Notre hôte Marieme adorable et un petit coup de cœur pour son aussi adorable fils Adam, Mustapha aux petits soins et disponible, Rita une cuisinière formidable et Aïda la reine du ménage. Très bien situé dans la Medina / les chambres sont très jolies et typiques / les petits-déjeuners et repas traditionnels marocains servis au Riad sont excellents et gargantuesques.
