Lucie Peltier (10/5): Un super séjour dans ce petit hôtel à taille humaine - Tout est nickel, tout neuf. Les chambres sont très propres et très mignonnes. Le gros plus de cet hébergement : le personnel. Tous sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Il y a des petits gestes agréables : prêt de parapluies, conseils pour manger, pour visiter, des mots dans notre langue. Sur le papier, l'hôtel est 1 étoile mais ça valait largement les 4 étoiles fait pendent nos deux semaines du nord de l'espagne. Merci !

Mais par dessus tout, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de tout le personnel qui nous a séduits, ils ont été au top pour nous donner tous les conseils dont nous avions besoin, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Vraiment rien... Peut-être pour dire quelque chose, la machine à café qui est un peu lente.... mais rien de bien grave !

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il est stipulé sur le site que le personnel parle français,ce n'était pas la cas, c'est dommage. Nous avons réussi à nous faire comprendre avec les traducteurs des téléphones.

Peter (10/5): "Großes Kino" im kleinen Hotel - Top Service. Das Personal ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer (Suite nach hinten raus) war sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das sehr modern eingerichtete Bad ist mit einer bodengleiche Dusche und zwei Waschbecken ausgestattet. Da gibt es endlich mal nix zu meckern!

David (8/5): El Hotel muy bonito, pero en nuestro caso no pudimos descansar. - La limpieza y todo el mobiliario nuevo. Se escuchaba por la noche una máquina de aire acondicionado y del ruido no pudimos dormir prácticamente nada.
