- Laurence (10/5): Le Riad Eloise est un lieu magique, humain et typiquement marocain. - Notre séjour au Riad Eloise a été bien plus qu’ un simple voyage., une véritable parenthèse humaine et chaleureuse que nous n’oublierons pas. Dès notre arrivée, Alain a su nous mettre à l’aise grâce à sa bonne humeur, son humour et ses précieux conseils qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les échanges avec Abdel et Youssef toujours attentionnés, bienveillants et souriants, ainsi que les tout le personnel. Le Riad est un lieu où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Le calme, la douceur des lieux et la décoration apaisante créent une atmosphère unique , propice au repos et au bien être . Et que dire des déjeuners , absolument extraordinaires ! Une mention toute spéciale pour les délicieuses crêpes, le jus d’orange frais et les yaourts , devenus pour nous de vrais moments de bonheur, chaque matin,Nous repartons touchés par l’humanité et la gentillesse d’Alain et de toute l’équipe. Nous avons une pensée particulière pour Aïcha. Merci pour ces merveilleux souvenirs et pour cette authenticité rare ! Tout est absolument merveilleux et Alain est un hôte vraiment à l’écoute, disponible et extrêmement accueillant

- florentz (7/5): On voulait découvrir le vrai Marrakech et l’emplacement de ce Riad fait que c’est vraiment dépaysant au cœur de la Médin - L’accueille et les conseils touristiques reçus ! Le personnel adorable et le propriétaire Alain très sympa et serviable , bon wifi , personnel disponible 24/24h , suite luxe assez grande et facilement accessible. Pdj de bonne qualité. Roof top agréable . Rapport qualité prix . Suite beaucoup trop sombre dont la seul fenêtre donne sur la ruelle et au dessus de la porte d’entrée du Riad donc nuisance sonore ! salle de bain beaucoup trop petite par rapport au reste de la suite et présence de cafards ( signaler à l’équipe du Riad qui ont fais ce qu’ils ont pu ) tv marche difficilement, lumière du placard qui s’allume toute seul et qui dérange pour dormir . Les fumeurs devraient fumer uniquement sur le roof top et pas à l’intérieur du Riad . Mini piscine à l’intérieur mais beaucoup trop froide .

Parfait pour notre groupe de 12 personnes ( dont 2 enfants) Bien situé à proximité des commerces dans un quartier tranquille. Le personnel était au petit soin, et le petit déjeuner très copieux et bon. On vous remercie pour ses 4 jours passés en votre compagnie. Je recommande a 100%.

L’atmosphère y est paisible et chaleureuse, idéale pour se ressourcer. Un grand merci à Alain pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils Le personnel est attentionné, très disponible. Le petit déjeuner nous a régalé chaque matin! Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce Riad !

- Ann (7/5): Niet wauw maar goed en proper. - Propere kamer. Elke dag propere handdoeken en kamer netjes. Op een dag liep de douche niet door. We meldden dit en tegen s’avonds was het in orde.👍 Het ontbijt. Het was elke dag hetzelfde. Ik had nood aan brood Er was weinig brood. We kregen vooral zoetigheden zoals cake en pancakes. Het zwembad viel kleiner uit dan op de foto’s op booking.

- Hannah (9/5): Beautiful riad, great breakfast and exceptional staff - I received a really warm welcome from Alain who booked me in over mint tea and biscuits. He gave me lots of advice on where to visit. Abdel went above and beyond for me and booked my car hire. The riad is traditional with a plunge pool. It’s beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast was amazing, particularly the raib and orange juice. I would highly recommend this riad to fellow travellers. I’m disabled and found all the walking exhausting. I had to drag my cases through a no car zone for 10 mins. The riad is about 25 mins walk from jemaa al fna.

Super Riad très bien situé, au calme pour se reposer, à 15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa-El-Fna et très proche des souks. Au Top pour la propreté, la décoration soignée et une excellente literie. Petit-déjeuner excellent fait maison, complet et copieux pour bien démarrer la journée. Très varié et modifié réguliérement. Le thé à la menthe est un délice ! RAS - Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Ici, c’est d’abord le sourire sincère et la bienveillance de l’équipe qui vous enveloppent, comme une seconde famille. Le petit-déjeuner, un festin de saveurs et de couleurs, est à l’image de la déco : généreux, inspiré, et inoubliable. Sans oublier le rooftop, où le temps s’arrête entre ciel bleu et douceur des lieux. Tout est pensé pour que chaque instant soit une caresse pour les sens : une propreté irréprochable, une attention constante, et cette magie discrète qui transforme un séjour en souvenir précieux. Merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ce voyage bien plus qu’un simple passage… une expérience qui reste gravée dans le cœur. Un seul regret (mais de taille !) : la cuisine du Riad Éloïse était si délicieuse que nous aurions aimé en découvrir davantage ! Les deux plats que nous avons goûtés étaient absolument savoureux, et c’est bien là le problème… On en redemandait ! Un peu plus de choix au menu aurait été l’occasion de prolonger ce festival de saveurs qui a déjà conquis nos papilles. Mais une chose est sûre : ce que nous avons dégusté était excellent, et cela donne encore plus envie de revenir pour explorer le reste de la carte !

J'ai aussi pu avoir un bon diner le premier soir, savoureux et frais. L'accueil d'Alain et de toute l'équipe est très agréable, et pont rendu mon séjour vraiment superbe. rien.

Les produits fournis sentent divinement bons. La porte de la salle de bain est très étroite ce qui ne permettait pas d’y accéder facilement.

The staffs are very welcoming and assists you in every way they can. The room is cleaned and tidied everyday. If you want to experience a typical Morrocan place/home, this is it. Also, very safe area. We are at the top of the Riad, and sometimes, specially at night, the internet slows down.

We want to give a huge thanks to Abdel, Malika, Latifa, Zheur, and our great friend Youssef. Every person working there was so kind to us answering all our questions, giving us great recommendations, and overall making us feel safe and at home. The Riad is located within walking distance of everything, and if you need a taxi, there’s a taxi stand just a 3 minute walk away. The Riad looks even better in real life, and the food was absolutely delicious! Overall, this place had a 100% positive impact on our vacation in Marrakech. Thanks a lot to everyone we learned so much and had a great time in Morocco!

Quelle surprise d'être accueillis aussi chaleureusement par Alain qui a Nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise autour d'un thé et d'une carte de Marrakech en nous expliquant tout ce qu'il était possible d'y faire! Ayant une excursion l'après-midi de notre arrivée, nous avons découvert notre chambre en rentrant le soir! Nos bagages y avait été déposés😍 Le riad est juste MAGNIFIQUE!!!! Le personnel l'est tout autant! 🙏 Nous avons profité des petits déjeuners délicieux tous les jours! Et nous sommes RÉGALÉS avec un repas la veille de notre départ! Tajine bœuf poires pruneaux SUCCULENT😋 En terme d'emplacement, le riad est un peu reculé de la place (15-20 minutes à pied) mais il y a des souks à 5 minutes! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!!!!!!!!!

- Vero (10/5): Recomiendable! - Ubicado al final de la Medina. Aunque pueda parecer inseguro, sobretodo por la noche, toda la Medina es así. Se llega perfecto si te dejas guiar por la app maps.me que es la mejor para moverse por allí! Buena comunicación antes de llegar, facilitando el check in y toda la información y servicios que necesitara antes de llegar. Les comuniqué que era celíaca y si había posibilidad de adaptarme el desayuno y muy bien! Me hacían tortas especiales para mí cada día! Desayuno muy rico para empezar el día! Dispone de una terraza muy agradable y en la que se desayunaba cada día! La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto para 2 personas. Dispone de artículos de aseo, toallas con cambio diario, crema corporal, albornoz y secador de pelo! Hacían la habitación a diario. Cama cómoda Recomiendo el transfer desde el aeropuerto, porque te permite llegar bien al alojamiento sin perderte! Lo que no me gustó fueron cosas que no dependen directamente de ellos: que las calles de la Medina parecen inseguras y que todas las mañanas a las 5 de la mañana te despierta el canto del “Adham” Por decir algo, quizás la puerta del baño de nuestra habitación era un poco incómoda para pasar al aseo.
- Andrew (10/5): A beautiful oasis and a warm welcome - From the minute we arrived we received a warm welcome to this little oasis tucked away in an alleyway in the northern part of the old Medina. A mixture of old Moroccan and art was evident throughout the riad which gave the place a homely feel. Our superior room was a good size, beautifully decorated and the shower was huge. The Riad has four floors including a rooftop terrace, a third floor breakfast area (where our room was located) and a ground floor with a small but refreshing plunge pool, which was welcome at the end of each day. The Riad is in a very old part of the city and twenty minutes walk to the main square but each route we chose was a mixture of souks or small local businesses which highlighted our adventure.

Propreté impeccable. La chambre, avec climatisation, était confortable bien que relativement petite. Le petit-déjeuner fait maison est différent chaque jour et était délicieux. L’emplacement est pratique, avec tout à proximité, tout en offrant des nuits calmes et reposantes. En résumé, une très bonne adresse, conviviale et bien tenue, que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! La piscine ressemble plus à un grand bassin, un peu en dessous de ce que l’on imaginait.
- Joanne (10/5): - First impression of the location when arriving at night was a little apprehensive, however we had no need to be . The staff are fabulous, extremely welcoming and helpful. The approach to the riad is down a small alley way. Once we had explored marrakech by day Ight we realised most were like this as they are essentially boutique hotels in area where local families live, children play and the local smile and say hello. Room - we booked the standard double l it was exactly as per the photos . Small but that was fine. Beautiful bedding and a lovely bathroom. Complete with air con which was essential . Breakfast - slightly different each morning, however a typical Moroccan breakfast of different types of breads, pancakes, honey, jam, peanut butter, fresh fruit and yoghurt, accompanied by fresh orange juice and coffee. Pool - this is essential for cooling off, Not big enough for a swim but lovely for a dip . Surrounded by lovely seating and cushions. Pool towels provided. Roof terrace - a gorgeous area, full of wonderful plants, flowers , 2 areas with sun lounges and bannocks and then a separate area with lovely sofa seating and hanging chairs . The staff really made our stay and I would definitely recommend . The are is nice and quiet too and only a couple of minute walk until you reach the start of the street full of locals shops, crafts, and food. We booked the taxi to and from the airport and the driver was excellent. We will be back

Från det ögonblick jag klev innanför dörrarna möttes jag av en varm och genuin gästfrihet. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam, tillmötesgående och alltid med ett leende – de gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att min vistelse skulle bli minnesvärd. Rummet var smakfullt inrett i traditionell marockansk stil, mycket rent och bekvämt. Sängen var skön, och det fanns gott om utrymme att slappna av. Jag uppskattade särskilt den lugna atmosfären i riaden – en riktig oas mitt i den livliga medinan. Frukosten som serverades varje morgon var både god och generös, med färska råvaror och marockanska specialiteter som verkligen satte guldkant på dagen. Takterrassen var en favoritplats – perfekt för att koppla av med en kopp te och njuta av utsikten över staden. Läget var också utmärkt – tillräckligt nära för att enkelt ta sig till alla sevärdheter, men samtidigt tillräckligt avskilt för att erbjuda ro och stillhet. Jag kan inte säga annat än att Riad Eloise överträffade mina förväntningar. Det här är ett boende jag definitivt kommer tillbaka till nästa gång jag besöker Marrakech! Betyg: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5

- Raquel (10/5): A cherised memory! - The place was absolutely beautiful, the room was very comfortable we got the bigger room with 2 beds. I cannot say enough about the kindness and excellent services of all staff. The owner, Alan, was always available for everything and anything you may need. Breakfast was very good, assortment of breads and other typical moroccan pastries, and fresh yogurt and fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee was great! On our day back our flight was not until 11 pm so Alan allowed us to stay in the lobby, away from the heat and a midafternoon thunderstorm. The location is great plenty of shops and restaurant nearby with traditional Moroccan food. Just follow the wall!!!! The mint tea is excellent!!! Thank you all for making our stay so special!!!

- Steve (10/5): What a gem of a place - Everything about this property is excellent. It is in a great location away from the bustle of the streets. It has a lovely staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast is a traditional Moroccan breakfast with fresh homemade yoghurt and local honey, amongst other things. The rooms a beautifully painted in a traditional style with clean linen provided daily. The staff are always happy to help and use their local knowledge to advise on what to do and where to eat. I recommend this hotel as a great base to explore Marrakesh and its amazing streets. 10 out of 10

- Sean (10/5): Incredible staff, great location...we will be back - We had a wonderful stay at Riad Eloise and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The location was optimal, just a short walk from the souks, with taxi ranks nearby to travel further afield. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating! We really felt taken care of, with the owner and concierge bending over backwards to make our stay great. We ate at the restaurant for one evening meal which was probably the best meal we had during our whole stay in Marrakech. The breakfast was also delicious. The building has a beautiful roof terrace area with comfortable seating, hammocks and a wide city view. When we return to Marrakech we will definitely be staying here again.

Pool is small and not heated; but hardly anytime for that given the busy market around. No lifts - so be mindful if you are booking with anyone who may need help climbing stairs. Of course contacting the property to ensure a lower level room might help. All Riads are small houses by definition and I am not sure you will find one in any. Cars stop about 100 meters from this place. Again, they is the nature of old city / Medina. just fyi.. Just plan accordingly - no heavy luggages that you can't drag or carry.

It was very quiet at night so sleep wasn’t disturbed. The pool was freezing and therefore we couldn’t use it. It’s more ornamental than practical. The Wi-Fi was quite patchy.

Otherwise, the rooms and food were lovely, and the roof terrace was delightful. The riad was difficult to find, but that is the nature of the Medina! Perhaps a simple specific map to help find the riad would be useful.

Can thank them enough for making the stay easy and memorable. The Riad Eloise was always spotless and inviting, can't go wrong here. I do recommend getting them to arrange your shuttle to the riad, Marrakech is a maze and it'll take a while to get your bearings.
