- Robin (8/5): This isn’t a holiday destination hotel. But it’s practical and the attitude of the staff is a huge benefit. - The staff have been very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager Mariana and Rahul whom I saw regularly on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made my stay extremely easy. The junior suite with only a window in the ceiling took some getting used to. It felt a bit subterranean. But the location and the excellence of the staff made up for it.

I didn’t have the breakfasts as I was meeting with a local friend, but it looked very good and comprehensive. Our booked accommodation cancelled on us 2 hours before myself and my daughter were due to check in leaving us stranded in London with no place to stay. We booked here last minute and they could not have been more welcoming, understanding and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped and the breakfast offer was also great. Would love there to be rooms that had two beds not 1, but at least it was a double so plenty of room for me and my child.

- Dawneigh (10/5): Excellent location for US Embasdy visits - Lovely room, bed really comfortable and good quality facilities and equipment. Plenty of plugs and USB provision. I booked a room with no windows as only one night, but really didnt matter as lots of lighting. The room did have a skylight as on top floor. Fantastic location for the US embassy which was the purpose of my visit...literally an easy 10 minute walk. Nine Elms & Vauxhall tube stations also a 10 minute walk, with lots of shops and eateries. The reception staff were courteous and served with a smile, very welcoming Would highly recommend.... Nothing I didn't like, but I would suggest a small fridge just to keep water, drinks cool.

- Sophia (8/5): Great 1-night stay after at gig in Brixton - My husband and I attended a gig at the Brixton O2 Academy and booked a night in the Best Western Vauxhall. The room was 'cosy' yet well appointed, fine for a 1-night stay but wouldn't suit someone wanting to stay much longer as there is no clothes storage in the room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was modern, a good shower, but again very compact. There are local shops and restaurants nearby. Lack of clothes and suitcase storage in the bedroom.

- Susan (10/5): Would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast was very nice and filling. Room was a little small along with the bathroom, but for 1 night it was nice and very clean. The only thing I thought was a little strange is where the TV was located. It was on brackets that moved but not enough to watch comfortably in bed. I would have put it on a different wall to make watching it easier. Located close to tube stations and quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the US Embassy as well. Loved that! Actually nothing.
- Georgi (6/5): Ok - The staff they tried to be very accommodating How small the rooms where it is a bit deceiving when you book from booking the pictures do not much the size and space of the rooms. I had to also change a room because I was given a wrong room and not the one that I booked. They tried to accommodate me but again it was not what I had. Also lack of windows that’s very bad ! It feels like you live in a Bunker which is not the best feeling. Definately not worth the price!

- Laura Mobbs (9/5): Perfect stay for US embassy visits!!!! - Perfect location for the US embassy (13 min walk), super comfy and clean room, very quiet, lovely full English breakfast buffet and friendly, communicative staff! Couldn't fault my stay. Obviously parking is annoying in the area but the hotel offered to reserve a space for £22 per day at the Hilton across the road. I'd reccomend reserving in advance as it worked out well for me. Nothing. Rooms are small but it's London so expected.

- fabrizia (8/5): Amazing stay, best hotel in years - The location is 10 min walk from metro station Vauxhall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need, we loved it. The best hotel in years. Very clean. The room is a bit small and there is not a lot of space especially if you are with 2 people. You can hear the floor creak when people walk, since the building is old.

- halsted (8/5): Nice compact hotel, with parking! - All in All was quite nice, staff were very helpful and accomodating the mattress was quite hard and the room was cold, even though the air con was set to heat (22c) it didn't seem to warm the room. I didn't bring this up with the staff as I was only staying one night so its partly on me as i'm sure they would have offered a solution

Breakfast was basic minimum and poor quality. - L emplacement et le personnel a l accueil The room had no windows but a skydom, it as smelling humidity and very noisy because of machines installed on the roof of the ground floor Breakfast was very poor. We were offered another room in replacement of the suite but the rooms and devs are very small so we declined.

- Benedict (2/5): Noisy. Very noisy. - The room was very noisy and it was difficult to sleep. Mysterious drilling, whining noises that the staff themselves could not explain and then the flushing of the toilets throughout the night - I think toilet for the concierge / staff is located among the guest rooms and obviously I don't wish for them not to have use of the facilities but being subjected to intensely noisy plumbing every two hours throughout the night is not condusive to any kind of rest.
