• Shepherd (4/5): Disappointed with the location. Of my room - The location was great. The amenities were nice. Very disappointed that the coffee shop would close early. My room was not the room is booked. Bar and snack bar was not open or available. All amenities were not available. I booked an oceanview room and had the view of a parking lot at entire stay.

• Susan (3/5): Overpriced, unclean, bogus fees charged - Not much There was no daily room service. The whole place felt unclean. The BS fees tacked on for resort fee cleaning fee and service fee were of no value to me and were just an excuse to take money because they had my credit card on file.

• Candy (6/5): Convenient but pricey. - Walking distance Paid 355 to book the motel. And then had to pay 198 when I got there. Not worth the money. The beds were hard There were only 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days.

• ranew (8/5): - Great location, awesome facilities, and the parking was not that bad. There was no ironing board in the room. I booked this room for a business trip, and when it came time to put my suit together, I had no where to iron my shirt. Since this was a private room, the front desk was no help. That is my only complaint. Overall, it was a perfectly priced room in a great spot. I am a happy customer. 😄

• Sheri (5/5): Terrible choice on my part - The pool Bed was hard .I woke up hurting. Couldn’t do much there because we were in a private owned room.Also, because we were in a privately owned room we were refused toilet paper and clean towels from housekeeping and the front desk, was told to go to the pool for towels, I did not see where or anyone that could assist. While at the pool a guest from one of the pool/ ocean front rooms was throwing food down and hit a child with an apple . Security couldn’t see on the cameras because the landmark didn’t film the upper part of the building. This was a terrible experience!

• Tanisha (7/5): I enjoyed myself , but they need to fix a few things within the hotel room. - Definetly the pools and the balcony . The sink smelled horrible and the bed was very squeaky.

• Erin (6/5): Fine for the price would most likely stay closer to Notth Myrtle Beach if we returned. - Close to the beach, kids loved the pool Water slides weren’t open. Only saw Restaurant opened once. Pool bar closed by 3pm.
• Willie (1/5): 1970s decor. - Same building g of the event. Room was on the 15th floor. Room was dated to the 70s. Dirty elevator morning and night. Wasn't what I am used too from a hotel or resort. The owner could have spent more on the details instead of the price.

• Cristine (6/5): - I liked the view and it was clean. We had specific things we were looking for in a hotel before we picked one. We picked the Landmark because it advertised that it had the things we wanted. It did not. I was very disappointed. Also,while we were there we encountered problems with the living room TV, it took 3 hours, and multiple times calling before someone came to fix it.
• Kendrick (10/5): Birthday weekend - The staff was respectful and knowledgeable. The 2 restaurants downstairs was great. Breakfast was my #1 spot. The room is had ((637)) was perfect for my birthday weekend. That balcony view was amazing Nothing to dislike.

• samuel (3/5): - Room service never came to my room 1016.i went down to front desk 3 days later.and the black lady..didn't get her name...said room service wasn't part of the package ..I said wow i didnt know that..so while I was standing there .I was asking for a few more towels..she said she would send somebody with a set..never received any towels..when I left I noticed the bed sheet have what looked like dried blood on it. Wasn't from me..when I checked out I has a white lady that had a supervisor badge ob And mentioned this..not sure if she wrote any of this down..the place was nice.location nice Staff could have been alot more helpful..was very disappointed with the front desk saying roomservice housekeeping wasn't part of the package I got thru booking.com... I was not happy when I checked out.

There was roaches and gnats in the room the room smelled old and stell we couldn't use the water park they were only open from 11to4 on certain days the management is unprofessional the worse place I've ever stayed i wouldn't recommend nobody to stay at the Landmark resort an they need to take the resort part of .

• Carl (1/5): - Convenience of being in town and near where we were attending camp for our kids. Water park closes at 4 we didn't get back from camp on Labor Day weekend until 3:30, our bed was so hard we couldn't sleep we left a whole night early because we couldn't sleep.
