• Robinson Miguel (10/5): Un pequeño paraíso, muy cerca de Medellín. - Las instalaciones, lo espacioso, el contacto directo con la naturaleza, pareciese un hotel dentro de un parque. La comida exquisita y con buena presentación. El personal muy atento y amable. Las piscinas Dan la opción de estar en zonas más animadas, o más tranquilas, con unas puestas de sol increíbles, junto al río. En resumen..una maravilla Lo comentamos allí y quizás faltaría un menú de comida rápida. Hamburguesas o perritos, sobre todo los fines de semana, pensando en la gente que no quiere almorzar o cenar copiosamente.

• Ruben Dario (5/5): Lindo lugar, habitación regular - La ubicación La habitación, no fue entregada por ningún empleado, tiene nevera pero no funciona, la TV solo tiene 2 canales, las almohadas no son cómodas, el baño carece de accesorios como jabonera, para colocar papel, capillera y toalleros.

La piscina se ve sucia y no la limpian con el rigor que deben. No se controla el ingreso de copas o vasos de vidrio al área de piscina y encontré una copa de vidrio mientras nadaba en ella. Faltan espacios bajo techo o con parasol alrededor de la pisicina en donde se pueda sentar, no acostar.

La habitación fue entregada 2 horas después de la hora del check-in. La habitación entregada no coincidía con las imágenes de la reserva. La comida muy regular y había una oferta muy limitada, toca adaptarse al único plato que ofrecen en cada comida del día.

• diaz (6/5): Cómodo, faltan algunas cosas por mejorar. - Ya no es lo que era antes, aunque el aseo en las habitaciones fue muy bueno, en la piscina había mucha suciedad y las zonas aledañas estaban descuidadas. No tienen carta ni de bebidas ni de comidas, deberían tenerla para que el huésped conozca bien la alimentación, las bebidas que ofrecen, el detalle de estás y los precios. No hay variedad de alimentación ni cocktailes.

• PAULA (7/5): Via a Santa Fe de Antioquia , hospedaje con piscina, familiar - Es un hotel amplio ubicado en Santa Fe de Antioquia, con zona de hospedaje general y zona de Suites con bañera de hidromasaje privada. Parqueaderos al aire libre amplios, Kioskos amplios en zonas comunes, piscina con buen horario de uso y zonas a la sombra y al sol. Suficientes áreas de asoleadoras, sillas. Hotel amplio, arquitectura bonita, zona administrativa bien decorada- Ubicado a 7 minutos de Santa Fe de Antioquia. Hay conexión WIFI incluída. No hay variedad de comidas aparte del menú recomendado que por persona tiene un costo de aprox- 50 000 pesos COP cada vez que desees almorzar o cenar (es decir aparte de que viene incluido del desayuno, como no viene incluido el almuerzo o cena, hay pocas opciones, solo el menú que ellos digan) , pero no hay otras opciones por ejemplo una pizza, hamburguesa, perro caliente , sopa , etc. No hay servicio al cuarto. Claridad respecto a que el Buffet del desayuno solo se sirve según disponibilidad. No está disponible la carta de cocktails, bebidas, así que está consumiendo sin saber del precio. Se observan pocos trabajadores para atender a las personas. La música de la zona común podría elegirse mejor, evitando canciones obscenas. Debe dársele un curso de atención al cliente a los meseros, pues aunque son amables, falta saber como atender al cliente de una manera amable pero sin pasar ciertos limites. Se permiten mascotas, seria bueno que no estén en la zona de la piscina y esté bien estipulado. Además controlar la cantidad de gente que entra a Dias de Sol, pues un día me pareció no controlado , era mucha gente y los que estabamos hospedados queda todo lleno

• Chenevardandres (2/5): very disappointing - The photos are deceptive. The hotel is over 20 years old. The installations are old and run down especial the Swimmingpool Area back one. The rooms are ok, but decorated in a rather tasteless manner. The bathrooms are painted over, my feet stuck to the paint. The jacuzzi in the back in a part between walls is scary and disgusting to use. The hotel borders at a river where they dump the garbage and garden waste. very disappointing

Please compare my room photo to the marketing materials. The front desk staff are rude, inconsiderate, insulting, and pompous. Massively overpriced rooms. The room did not have a secure door, hot water (really), or a view (all rooms face the parking lot). Extraordinarily priced food and drink (no upfront pricing/menu) administered by a pool staff that intimidates guests to justify pricing and secure payment.

I paid for 2 days but we ended up going to Arena down the street after 1 day and we wished we would’ve had 2 days in arena instead (Arena is also half the price and 100% better).

• claudia m (4/5): No fué un descanso - Fuí hace dos años y pensé que encontraría por lo menos lo mismo ; felicito a las dos señoritas de la recepción por su amabilidad para procesar las quejas o reclamos ; el hotel tiene una área muy generosa como para tener una sola piscina ( integrada adultos y niños ); esta área de la piscina se llena con las personas que pagan por un día de sol (osea la cuarta parte de lo que pagamos los huéspedes que dormimos en el hotel ), esta población que llega a su pase de día , ocupa la zona húmeda y las asoleadoras , y te sientes como en una piscina pública ; el clima caliente de Santa Fe de Antioquia es para disfrutarlo al lado de la piscina y por eso pagas este valor que no es para nada económico; no hay lugar para los huéspedes en este espacio sobrevendido a los que van de paso; la cena un bufete muy pobre en calidad y variedad; ojalá cambien o no creo que sobrevivan a la calidad

• Juan (6/5): It's ok but don't expect luxury - The staff really makes this place memorable. Everyone is always happy to help and serve. The place itself is in serious need of TLC. The big pool had mold on the tiles, bathrooms on the common area wouldn't flush. In the room, the hot water didn't work the first night, had to call mtc over who took care of it quick. There weren't lock up safes in the room, and neither the front door nor the sliding door had extra security besides the regular lock. The town is still about a 5-10 min drive so you'll either have to pay for a "tuk-tuk" or take a drive there. We had breakfast at the hotel which was great, didn't try dinner there since we wanted the town experience

• ColdCanary (2/5): Disappointing Spa Hotel in Santa Fe - This could have been a great resort, if it was better managed and better staffed. The grounds and the buildings are nice, kept in old colonial style with lots of antiques and large communal rooms. The pool area is good, and its staff is very friendly. The reception staff is not much to complement, rather unfriendly and disinterested in guests. Speaks only Spanish. Not much outgoing or giving advice. The hotel is 3 kilometers out of the village entre, takes 25 mins to walk in the heat. 10 mins with tuc-tuc taxi (plus the wait). Forget about the "spa". Internet is advertised to be available, but we were unable to get a connection at all during our stay, even in the reception area. The free breakfast gets a 3/10 on our scale. The guest rooms are small, and almost unfurnished except for the beds. Not even a hook to hang a dress or a suit. Ourt toilet floor was constantnly flooding from the toilet, but this could not be fixed during our stay.
• Kari (2/5): A great disappointment in Santa Fe - - the pool is nice, and so is the pool bar staff - the reception staff are unfriendly, not attentive and does not speak anything but Spanish - the grounds and the buildings are very nice, old colonial style with lots of antiques - the guest rooms are very spartan, not even a closet or somewhere to hang a dress or suit - the management is unfriendly - forget about the "spa" part - a crummy little room with no service - our bathroom floor flooded with water from the toilet could not be fixed during our stay - internet is practically non-existing, even in the reception area - the free breakfast is nothing to write home about - all the time short on towels... - the listing on hotels.com said the Santa Fe attractions (Cathedral, village square, museums etc) is just 1 minutes walk away. The truth is 25 minutes walk, 3 kilometers (10 mins with tuc-tuc). We chosethis resort because of its claimed central location, and was very disappointed! Because of trfic and heat it was not possible to walk to the village centre.
