• Johnny (7/5): Good - Location is great - right on the action. I Had a problem and massaged to owner and he came and assisted, very friendly gave me tips where to go. Room size was OK, hot water. Fine for 1 night with light weight luggage. At night staff wasn't there so needed to wait for checl in but i made reservation only 1 hour prior so its maybe on me. No elevator with narrow staircase and passageway with no assistance so i wouldnt reccomand come with big luggage, leakage from sink in bathroom (but had 2 sinks), no hand towels, no soaps, hard bed. Air-condition made noise. Noise from surroundings night clubs but no so strong.. very hot balcony - looks like a storage room and not balcony.

Staff very friendly and helpful. But until 3 o clock it can be loud.. but that is to be expected from this Soi Some things in the room are in need of repair but for me.. I could accept it.

• Timur (4/5): good option for undemanding solo traveler - Simple check-in and check-out Tea and coffee at the reception 2 bottles of water are provided per day (although no water was provided on the second day) convenient location air conditioning + refrigerator are in working order The toilet bowl was broken, staggered, water was pouring out from under it. The floor is dirty throughout the room, including the bathroom. Bedding and towels are changed only upon request. Room cleaning is available upon request only. Very noisy at night because there are many clubs nearby
• Christoph (6/5): Pleasant - Location is very good. Free parking is offered approx. 50m walk from the front door for motor vehicles which is rare from a guesthouse in such a location. Decent value for 1000 Baht per night. The room wasn't the cleanest and some of the furniture and fixtures are a little worn. There are night life establishments very close by and close at approx. 2am, it's not too loud but something that should be considered.

• Robert (1/5): poor and run down hotel with lots of cockroach everywhere - The staff do what they can with nothing , very old photo, reality is scary, you have been warned the hotel is very dilapidated, room in poor condition and very old furniture, some broken, uncomfortable and full of cockroaches everywhere, even in the room, photo 10 years old, I had rented for 8 days but left after 1 night without sleeping because of the noise, air conditioning malfunctioning and patio without fresh air because closing with the air conditioning motor so 50 degrees inside, and sink faucet not fixed, he refunded my money and pay only 1 day, the hotel is very old and surrounded by gogo and bar only a few meters away but no restaurant for me. Too many downsides to this hotel.

• Sari (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the room and the staff was very pleasant and quick to clean room and help our quistions Place location is lovely being in center of almost everywhere, however no matter how you try to reach it you will be met with AGOGO club(similar to strip clubs) . Being a single traveler with friends I didn't mind at all however in case you're traveling with family or gf it might cause you an issue .
• Silvester (8/5): Hotel was very good..no complaints only 3 GoGo's nearby and until 2am not really possible to sleep. - No breakfast but enough restaurants there Hotel very very nice... but you must love the nightlife of Pattaya as when you are staying here you are in the middle of it. All the time; there is no escaping the noise until around 2am. But very nice staff..even upgraded my room for free.
• michael (6/5): Not cleaned daily - Safe box on bottom shelf making it hard to use. My room had little space to store cloths. I saw other rooms in the pace and the layout was better in these rooms. Rooms are not cleaned everyday and the free bottles of water that it says you get are not there as the cleaner does not come around. The staff would swap the towels of asked. If being picky the staff are not the normal super friendly you find in a Thai hotel. Location good as near everything but not on main road I think Pace is more for long stayers then a short stayer like me.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Trivsamt mitt i smeten - Jag är mycket nöjd med vistelsen. Trevligt litet hotell, ingen hiss och ingen vakt. Men inga problem för mig, egen nyckel för att komma in genom entrén när det ej är bemannat. Många kanaler på TV och gratis Wi-Fi. Tyst och lugnt må en liten tvärgata till soi Buakhau och nära LK metro så allt finns nära. Mitt rum hade ingen balkong, den var ersatt med de på bilden.

I did like the fact that even though the bathroom was small, the shower was somewhat isolated due to it having a shower curtain.
• Verified traveler (8/5): かわいらしい、きれいな部屋です - かわいらしい、きれいな部屋です。難点は、管理人（フロント）が常駐ではないので深夜着とかだと少し時間がかかる（電話する必要があります）点、部屋の清掃の札がないので、いつ掃除してほしいか伝える必要がある、Wifiが何故か急につながらなくなる、階段しかない、外が見られない、という点ですがこれらに目をつぶり、近場で遊ぶための拠点という位置づけであれば部屋はきれいですし、活動するにはそこそこ、の場所かなと思います。
• WEI-TUNG (8/5): Economical hotel - No hairdryer in the room you should inform reception in advance. The room is near the street so it's little noise at night. Cannot connect with the free wifi. There're lot of convenience stores and restaurants near hotel. The room is ample and clean.
