- Janar (5/5): Not good, not terrible - The accommotion was in a nice neighbourhood. Shops, cafes and restaurants were quite nearby. The hostess was very hospitable and helpful. Due to the room being on the cellar level, it was a bit damp. There was also mold in the bathroom. The room needs some sound proofing, as everything from the outside and the upper levels of the house was clearly audible.

До історичного центру можна дійти пішки, не поспішаючи,за одну годину. Або їхати автобусами ,нажаль з пересадками і це єдина незручність.

Herbatka, kawka w proszku,kubki i czajnik do dyspozycji. Jest nawet urządzenie p-komarom i wkłady 👍Bezproblemowe przekazanie i oddanie kluczy. - Christine (7/5): - Nous n'étions pas dans le centre ville mais l'endroit était bien desservi en bus. Le coin était calme et non bruyant. La clim était un peu bruyante. L'hébergement, bien qu'en dehors de la zone à trafic limité, n'était pas atteignable sans traverser cette zone, nous ne connaissions pas les passages et ils ne nous ont pas été indiqués. Pour le retour, malgré les informations (erronnées du coup) de l'office de tourisme, nous avons encore été obligés de traverser cette zone. En attente des amendes à payer...

- Laura (2/5): Schlecht. - Ich habe leider keine besonders gute Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel gemacht. Die Lage war noch in Ordnung – zu Fuß erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in etwa 45 Minuten. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kommt also klar. Allerdings war das Zimmer eine herbe Enttäuschung: Es lag im Keller, war sehr dunkel und hatte vergitterte Fenster, was eine beklemmende Atmosphäre erzeugte. Das schlimmste war jedoch das Badezimmer: Es war in einem absolut unhygienischen Zustand. Die Dusche und die Wände waren voll mit Schimmel, die Fugen schwarz verfärbt, und es roch unangenehm modrig. Es war schlichtweg ekelhaft und absolut nicht zumutbar – so etwas sollte in einem Hotel nicht vorkommen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen – vor allem wegen der massiven hygienischen Mängel..

- REGINE (3/5): - Quiet neighbourhood. Unfortunately, I can confirm most of the negative reviews you will find about this B&B (moldy bathroom, wobbly furniture etc.). I wish I had read them before booking. The (impossibility of) communication with the owner who wanted advance payments she was not intitled to was particularly challenging. After several interventions from booking.com customer support (thank you to them!), check-in finally worked out.

- Andrej (7/5): Čudovite Firence, zadovoljivo bivanje - 3 km od centra, dobra postelja, mirna lokacija Ni se dalo regulirati temperature radiatorja v kopalnici, vroče, pri klimi luknja direktno ven, škripajoča vrata za stranišče, zajtrk samo sladko, marmelada čokolada... Z ne veliko truda bi bilo lahko vse to odpravljeno.

- Jessica (1/5): Go somewhere else - Nothing Literally no communication from the owner, you are on your own from the check in to the check out. If you send them a message you may not receive an answer. The rooms are underground, so expect a lot of humidity (even on the sheets) and no natural light. The bathroom is horrendous with a broken door and mold on the shower. It was such an unpleasant experience that it ruined our stay in Florence. I really suggest you to find a better place because even if the price is cheap it doesn't worth the money.

Оскільки у нас був пізній заїзд, то ми отримали чітку інструкцію як добратись до помешкання, щоб не заважати іншим. Великий, просторий номер. Був вихід на невеличку терасу, де можна ще гарно провести час ввечері. Басейн вже не працював. Дуже було доречно печиво і водичка в номері, оскільки по приїзді вже нічого не працювало. Протікала лейка в душі, потрібен ремонт

Didn't bother us as we love to walk. Bus stop close for people that have difficulty walking. Communication was a little off as I had tried to ask for breakfast over 2 days via, Booking.com, text and wattsapp. None of them got through. Not a great concern I would definitely return
