Extremely helpful and speaks to excellent English. Location is good. Has all basic amenities. No dinner service after 7 pm. And there is no place nearby where you can get food.

One person can converse in English, the rest of the staff use a translator on their mobile phones. Trouble with dinners, the restaurant serves meals is until 7pm. Luckily in the area there are small bars with food And tolerance of disrespectful behaviour of tourists from Russia, who were having a party, slamming doors and shouting in the corridor until 4 o'clock in the morning,

Also restuarant can have few Halal food options for Muslim tourists staying at the hotel, but over all overly satisfied with the hotel stay. Only one laundry machine and drying machine so long queue sometimes. and did not find swimming pool or sauna facility maybe it was there and we didnt look enough for it. Also no halal or Muslim food options :(

- Ted (6/5): - The hotel is very remote, in a new subdivision, not near the city center as advertised. The nearest business district is half an hour walk through the dark, in the night time. There is a local shuttle bus between the hotel and subway every hour until. 08:00 pm. However, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good. The money is worth, other than the bad location.
