• Anthony (9/5): Excellent apartment in wonderful location. - We had a wonderful stay in a well equipped apartment. Tremendous location where you can walk to everything. Hosts were great with excellent communication and the room was very clean. Would stay here again. We liked everything but you should be aware the stairs are a little narrow and steep and the church bells are directly across from you. These actually added to our enjoyment but I could understand some people not liking it. We are in our 60s and the stairs weren't an issue.

• Rachel (6/5): Generally a pleasant visit with some key areas to look at. - The flat was well equipped and items were clearly labelled with instructions. There was an informative app with recommendations for food etc. and instructions about facilities. It would have been helpful to have key information about WiFi and departure day details in paper form too as there was an initial difficulty receiving the text with the app download instructions. The bedroom would benefit from double glazed windows and curtains. The street was very loud and busy on Friday and Saturday night and at this time of year the sun comes in quite early. This meant that we did not get a couple of good nights of sleep ahead of a long drive. The bathroom, particularly the shower needs to be cleaned better and there are areas of dampness on the bathroom walls.

• Chris (3/5): Hugely disappointing, unacceptable levels of cleanliness simply cannot recommend, sorry. - This is the second occasion my wife and I have stayed here. Sadly this time though the shower cubicle was absolutely filthy to the point where I had to clean it before we could use it! It was so bad, the cleaning products left by the host were inadequate and I had to purchase some more from the shop nearby. The photos of this review were AFTER we had cleaned.

• Rhiannon (7/5): Perfect location, amazing hosts & easy to - Location was perfect. Everything I needed was left. Teabags, coffee, even a pint of milk etc. The bed felt too big for where it was in the room. Walking around it was a nightmare. Continuously banging legs on it. The little steps in the bathroom and going into the living room weren’t great either. Forever tripping up. Mould in the shower wasn’t a nice feeling, felt like it needed a really good scrub. Light fittings were thick with dust too.
• Teri (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable. A decent size with good facilities. The bed was comfortable, slept really well. Also we loved the old fashioned building, it was full of character. Good location in the town centre. Access to lots of streaming services on the TV which was a bonus. Good value for money Scalding hot taps- the tap water was either cold or scalding hot, the mixer didn't seem to be working properly. There was a technique to handling the taps but I could easily see that a child or someone with poorer dexterity could easily get scalded. Also cigarette smoke drifting in quite strongly through the vents. And I needed to chase the owner for the key code on our arrival

• Moira (7/5): Enjoyable visit to Weymouth - Close to all the town and sea. Spacious rooms for location and well appointed. Tight narrow staircase once inside apartment. Not in description of place. Kitchen tired but useable. Lots of early morning noise from utilities etc. in town. Evenings not too bad just music and people.
• Cathy (10/5): Very comfortable, beautiful apartment in town, a short walk to the beach. Loved it - We arrived earlier than expected. Contacted the host and they provided the code for the key lock box. Upon entering the property we were greeted with the gorgeous fresh smell of the plug in air freshener. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets had been provided as well as a fresh pack of cookies and a small bottle of milk. The place was spotless and very cosy. Fans were also provided as it was a very hot summer weekend. The only issue we had (which is no fault of the owners) was the noise of the street in the evening. Between the pubs, motorbikes/cars, people, road sweepers, and sea gulls it was very difficult to sleep as you could hear everything. Earplugs helped on nights 2/3
• Robert (8/5): A good central location, accurately described on the website. - Clean, good central location, everything there we needed-- even played dominos on the wet Saturday afternoon. Hot water tap gave very hot scalding water-- a warning needed or reduction of temperature. TV few freeview channels and Iplayer kept buffering every 8 seconds, so we couldn't watch the golf highlights from the beginning- disappointing. The stairs though warned about, were much steeper than expected..
• Louise (10/5): Visiting family - Beautiful presented property with a welcome gift of fresh flowers, cookies, fresh milk and a selection of hot beverages. Everything you needed in the kitchen to prepare food if you needed to and the bathroom had hand wash, shower wash and shampoo/conditioner to be able to use. Games in the lounge for if you were staying in and so much more.

• Ian (9/5): Lovely apartment in a lovely town. - Fantastic location, only a couple of minutes walk to the harbour front. Lovely bright and large apartment, fully fitted with everything you need. The staircase leading up to the apartment is very tight and winding meaning it’s quite difficult to access if you have mobility issues

Little touches like milk, cookies and fresh flowers really appreciated. Had to walk to/from car park as no parking at flat but several car parks close by for reasonable price

• Marie (10/5): Perfect for our short break to Weymouth - The location was great, really handy for everything. Lots of restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed and more even Netflix! Excellent Wi-Fi. We were even left a welcome basket which we didn't expect which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.
• Dalius (1/5): Totally nightmare - l The property is just a nightmare. Never seen cleaning, the apartment windows is basically no windows, wind goes in throw windows and its cold inside, the moisture is high in apartment. A lot of dust, my allergies almost killed me. Then asked about refund owner just disappeared. 2 days no reply, no money. After first day left the apartment. Nightmare. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you wanna destroy your holiday time n spirit. The location is extremaly loud and the windows basically doesn’t exist, so its basically living outside. Very loud.

• Julia (8/5): Very good - It was a lovely property that was comfortable and very central. We liked the welcome and the instructions for the property were very comprehensive. The main light in the bedroom wasn't working.
• Matthew (9/5): Great place to stay. - Lovely little apartment, perfect for my stay. Excellent location in town and close to the beach. Had everything I needed and more (despite being self catering, hosts provided bread, eggs and milk). While fine for me, the staircase is extremely narrow and would not be suitable for everyone.

• Mark (8/5): Weymouth visit in August - Location Spacious Clean Netflix and prime tv Quieter than expected no noise from clock but street noise and late night antics! Welcome hamper and flowers nice touch Second set of stairs to flat 2 difficult we both hit our heads needs a warning sign or something and very difficult even with our smaller bags. A lot of the windows painted shut or would open only fractionally however 3 fans available to cool things down. No dishwasher but very small washing machine instead. Was made clear on booking but a dish washer would probably be more useful. Not serviced apartment so diy cleaning and waste disposal. To be fair made clear pre booking but had expected some service although easy to keep the apartment clean.
• Fir (5/5): A clean and tidy stop for a short break in Weymouth. - The apartment was very well presented, contemporary and spacious for two people. There was a very welcome, welcome pack on our arrival, which saved us going to the shops for milk etc. We were in walking distance of the bus stops which helped us get around. The fans in the rooms were a blessing in this summer's heat. We had difficulty locating the property! This may have been our fault for not reading the info properly, but I don't remember seeing reference to a house number or 'property is above the barbers', which would have helped. We were tired at this point, so we recommend other travellers double check so they know where they are heading. We were perhaps unlucky in staying during a particularly noisy period in Weymouth town, with one night in particular being rowdy with people turning out from a nearby nightclub. With no double glazing this made it difficult to sleep.

• Verified traveler (10/5): August 2020 - Really lovely Flat, perfect location near the beach, shops, river & restaurants The only downside is the noise at night, church bells every half an hour & local residents on their way home. We would stay here again but we would use ear plugs as the flat & location are lovely
• Andy (10/5): One night stay in Weymouth - Very clean and tidy. It followed all the Govt guidelines on precautions for Covid19. Excellent location in the town but can be noisy outside. Note the Church clock sounding every hour.
• Kimmy (8/5): Lovely stay in weymouth - I liked the fact the apartment was very central and you could nip in and out and be in the centre of things . I didn't find the church bell no bother at all in fact it was quite comforting . The apartment did have two small steps one in bathroom which my partner nearly fell over and from hallway to front room but the building is listed so I know you have to expect this . Wi fi would have been nice . The downside was the outside noise which was specified in the booking info. To me it's a bit irresponsible of the bar license holder . The security should ask the customers just to keep a certain level of noise but this is outside of the apartments hands . If you want somewhere very central and enjoy a little hustle and bustle this the place for you . I live in Brighton so I am used to it and it's all part of the central location but feel club or bar owners should take some responsibility in keeping noise down outside their premises it is a condition of their license.
• nichola (8/5): Lovely but noisy - Fabulous location. Lovely apartment with everything you may need. Noisy location. Night club opposite and single glazing. Felt like we were sat outside with the party goers, could hear the bin men at 5 AM, etc. Could do with double glazing.
