• David (6/5): No se le puede reprochar mucho, pero es muy poco ameno - La habitación de seis cama es amplia, hay bastante distancia entre las camas. La cocina es muy limitada. Hay un anafe, pero si querés una sartén tenés que dejar el pasaporte en el bar —no es una figura retórica— y, además, te dicen que la alarma de incendio es muy sensible y si la hacés sonar tenés que pagar una multa. También te cobran para dejar la mochila. Entiendo que todos los hostels de Copenhague te hacen pagar muchas cosas aparte. Si sos mochilero y venís de lejos, es una ciudad bastante cara y tampoco tiene tanto para ofrecer. Hay lugares mejores para ir.

• IRYNA (2/5): - Хороший WiFi , отмена брони в любое время , очень удобно Для меня не удачное месторасположение, в каком-то арабском районе , где смотреть не на что , я конечно понимаю , что номер смешанный , но селить так , чтобы ни одной девушки не было , такое себе , я одна и 7 мужчин ( запах стоял отвратительный , в номере , кровати ужасные , на верхнем ярусе человек переворачивается , а трясет и верх и низ , нет никаких разграничений между кроватями , это не комфортно ! Так же полотенца за отдельную плату , для отеля это не очень !
• Norbert (4/5): - Be- és kijelentkezés egyszerű volt. Túl vékonyak a falak. Minden behallatszott a folyosóról és a szomszédos szobákból. Este 20:00-22:00 között gyerekek rohangáltak a folyosón, hangosan kiabáltak és feküdtek a padlón. Kb. ebben az időszakban lehetett ajtó csapkodásokat hallani, de úgy, hogy a szobánk fala is beleremegett. Utolsó napon 10:00-ig lehetett kijelentkezni, viszont már 9:30-kor zárolták a kártyánkat, amíg reggelizni voltunk, a cuccaink pedig még bent voltak a szobában.

• Amelie (5/5): Für uns hat es nicht gepasst - Die Betten waren sauber und wir haben ok darin geschlafen. Das Frühstück war ansprechend bereitgestellt. Die Lobby ist freundlich. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Sehr kleines Zimmer, Betten haben sich im Schlaf verschoben, die Dusche nicht hygienisch. Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte blieben, würden wir ehrlich gesagt nicht nochmal kommen.

La ubicación, coge el metro que lo tienes a 300 metros y está en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en 10 minutos. Todo fue correcto.

• Rosalie (7/5): Okay - Breakfast was okay. You have cold cuts, cheese, cold cereals, yogurt, bread, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, milk and juices. There was no sausage, bacon, oatmeal, grits scrambled eggs. The room we have had 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds which was good for all of us 5 people. We have our private toilet/ shower inside our room. The room is a decent size and was clean. The sink was draining slow, they fixed that. The hair dryer did not turned on, they fixed that. The room and bathroom could do a renovation. The staff is very minimal. The self check in is not user friendly. The entrance of the hotel is at the back and there was no ramp so you have to carry your big and heavy suitcase up to stairs. If you want to use the ramp which was located at the end of the hotel, for which you only know after you inquire inside, you have to wait because they have to get the key from the environmental service. The front desk on our discharge date just completely denied they have a ramp until I insisted that there’s a ramp at the end of the hallway we can use and all she need to do is get the key. The lady who was working the night shift on our discharge date did not tell the other clients that they are not allowed to smoke in the lobby. They should have MORE STAFF managing the front desk considering they are lots of people checking in / checking out. There was a lot of young people on a school excursion during our stay. They can change the hallway carpet to tiles, hard laminate.

• Diane (1/5): Missvisande information om rummet - Läget var okej och köket fungerade bra Jag är mycket besviken på detta boende. På Booking-sidan stod det inte tydligt att det var ett gemensamt sovrum med 8 personer, både män och kvinnor. Jag bokade eftersom jag trodde att jag skulle få ett eget privat rum och endast dela kök. Informationen på hemsidan var väldigt otydlig och missvisande. Jag kände mig inte bekväm och därför sov jag inte ens på hotellet. Jag tycker att boendet måste vara mycket tydligare med vilken typ av rum man bokar så att andra gäster inte blir lurade eller får fel förväntningar.

Tungvint å sjekke inn på websiden på forhånd, førte til dobbel avgift på parkering ( regner med å få igjen pengene) Spesielt tungvint å fylle inn nasjonalitet og fødselsdato, brukte mye tid på innsjekking etter oppfordring på sms dagen før ankomst.
