- kamran (6/5): Complete Suit but Expedia staffing didn’t knowledg - Near good shopping sources, quite, complete suite, but the process for deposit of $500 took long and felt unprofessional. I have no confirmation if all was okay for release of my deposit. Of course I left the suit with no issues.
- Mohamad (10/5): Beware of what you pay for. Never again - The apartment was great and clean. Location was good. Outside the city. The issue I had was with the apartment owner/handler. He requested a $500 deposit - he was unable to charge through the ap. I pay pal the deposit and he’s hesitant about returning my calls. When I checked out he asked me to leave the keys on the counter top with the doors open. When I spoke with him a day after and several texts he said I possibly had broken his washing machine. Thankfully my friend stayed and waited for someone to arrive. Possibly could have accused of stealing one. He also asked me not to meet in the front because of management. The entire thing was sketchy , but I hadn’t payed for the apt in advance and figured I’d get my deposit back. My suggestion. If you decide to rent this space. Do not give a $500 deposit. The most is $150 and pay for it through the ap not directly to the renter.

- Errol (10/5): Apartment condo - New. Excellent location at the Don Mills Mall. 15 minutes to Eaton Centre. Very reasonably priced and great value.
